Loved this store.all things clearly sized.high end looked like new Nike jacket only 9.00.staff awesome.helpful and the pregnant lady made our two yr old feel important while we found light up paw patrol. thank you for making people wear masks just got over covid and because of poor health an not take shots.still cant believe how many people still want to spread it.the staff had masks so you were not turned away and still protected the rest of us

Absolutely loved this store! The young Lady Mia helped me and my wife so much I couldn’t have asked for a better representative of the store to help us out. I’m getting my granddaughter for Halloween, I’m dressing her as Dorothy from the wizard of Oz. I’ve been looking everywhere for red slippers that will match perfect and Mia spent the time to look through the infant shoes with me to find the perfect ruby red slippers!! I have twin granddaughters and of course everything has to match. Two of the employees are also twins, and they work hard to group things that match together so you dont have to search through everything. The best place to shop for childrens clothing! Children grow out of clothes quick, so its a breath of fresh air to know there is somewhere to go thats affordable, clean & friendly! Veronica and Saccora can hook you up and then some. You will come in the store with all of last years clothes that dont fit your growing children anymore and leave with new clothes that fit and you pocket book still full THANK YOU GIRLS WE COULDNT DO IT WITH OUT YOU.

The store is quite large with a great selection of clothes which were very well organized. The toy and book section is more limited. You MUST wear a mask, and I am grateful they require it. However, dont expect to be able to use the bathroom however upset your toddler is or how pregnant you look. :(

Gregg Abbott has lifted the mask mandate yet this store thinks they can still force the mask issue. I will be taking this futher up the ladder and turning them in maybe if they get a fine then they will understand they cant force u to wear a mask.

1 Word - RUDE!!! These are the rudest, most unfriendly, zero personality people I have encountered in some time. This was my 2nd trip in to sell toddler clothes and may I add, MY LAST! I will never BUY OR SELL from this store again.Only lack of management can constitute such rudeness! I usually have no trouble with this store. But today I am assuming everyone had a bad attitude and was completely unprofessional. I dont recommend shopping here or even dealing with the Karens that are behind that counter.

Nice friendly staff. Affordable childrens clothes that are slightly used. Also have other baby items, strollers, bassinets, body carriers, baby bathtubs. Good selection from newborn through childrens maybe 5T or so?

Usually stop in here occasionally when I am in Longview and always have someone greeting me upon entering. They have tons of clothing options which are very reasonably priced and in good condition.

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a resale shop! Very happy with what they bought from me and I cant wait to shop here! Lauren is so sweet. They helped unload your vehicle and they also help reload your vehicle for what items they do not purchase. Very fair and reasonable definitely will go back again and again!

We called to find out what type of items and what time we could bring them in. We were told we could bring them in at 3. I show up at 3:15 and was immediately told that they are not accepting items. I’m not sure who’s running this place but it’s unorganized and unprofessional.

I will start by saying I *usually* love Once Upon A Child franchises. I’ve been to two of them outside of this one and have had great experiences with both. We will be driving to Tyler from now on. Today, I went in to sell items and to find some pants for my two kids. I have no issues selling, as prices are dependent on a database. I have an issue with the store itself. It’s beyond messy. There’s a mountain of clothes - no exaggeration - behind the counter that are tagged and just piled up. There’s endless stuff on the counters. When I got my purchases, I knocked a toy AND the store PHONE off the counter because there’s just NO room at all. Clothes are on the floor, baby gear spills out into the aisles, two people can’t fit into the aisles at one time or you feel like you’re constantly apologizing because you’re on top of someone else. The owner was up front talking about an employee that is about to be fired if she comes back. Workers are incredibly slow checking out. There seems to be no teamwork between workers. I didn’t see a single worker actually manning the store where we shop to make sure clothes were organized and put in the right spots, other than one lady labeling clearance. All in all, a very poorly run store. Will not be back for a while.

The staff have always been nice everytime Ive been in. The aisles are small but I come in for certain items and get in and out quickly. I have sold a few times and was very happy with my amounts. Im pleased with the selection, I have 4 boys and always come out with something they need..

It smelled very clean walking in, looked very cleaned. All the clothes looked to be in great condition, and smelled great. Idk what laundry soap yall use but I need to know. 😂Love how many shoes there is to choose from. The toys were okay, not too bad.Friendly staff, and very quiet inside the store. On Sunday July 21st, 2019 I went to this location due to multiple advertisements about the store. I walk in with my wife to look around and buy items for my son and was greeted with the rudest associates that I have ever dealt with at any establishment. There are no signs up stating they are closed only a hand written paper sign stating “we are not accepting donations past 3pm today”and when I looked on google before arriving it stated “open sundays 12-5pm”. To the owner of this location I would advise to do some retraining for all associates to achieve better customer service skills and make sure there is correct visual/advertisement for this business. Due to how I was treated I would rather pay full price or drive an hour to Tyler for the other location. To the reader I hope your experience at this particular location is better than what I received. First impressions are everything.

So I brought 3 dresses up there about a month ago or so and the took the dresses said they would call back that day it took them 3 days I went back up there and the told me they lost the dresses at first and my sheet of paper and told me they would do store credit why does the website and front door say sell for cash false advertising I wouldn’t recommend anyone bringing their stuff to sell there. I would give them no stars if I could:( I didn’t give them dresses for free. At least change your website about cash on spot and door

I do not recommend once upon a child Longview. I will gladly drive to Tyler. Lets start with the crowded tiny, unorganized store. Clothes all over the floor. We could barely fit my nieces stroller down the isle. Its A MESS you can barely move clothes on the rack to look at them. The boys department is HORRIBLE. No lights, and all the sizes are mixed up. The staff was RUDE and talking about going out and doing things thats werent appropriate for kids to hear. The one that supposed to be the manager looks worse than all of them with blue hair. Yall need to improve your whole store. We wont be back

So they have a pretty nice selection of clothes and shoes my biggest problem has been selling items they keep saying they will take more clothes the next day but next day there is a sign saying they aren’t taking things until the next day... I understand these things happen just wish they would put it on there Facebook page so I won’t be making trips for no reason... today the sign was confusing in that it said we are experiencing high volumes... I went in one lady acted like she would go through then another cane and said no we will be taking donations tomorrow... just annoying... I will come to shop again I am sure but selling doesn’t seem to be worth it unfortunately
