Overall it is not just the store but the app needs to have the time or the cutoff time for propane refill. Nothing more disappointing than getting to the store ready to get a propane refill and find out they have cut off the time at 4:00 when theyre open till 9:00 p.m.. poor poor information given out of the store not to mention waste of my time and fuel expense getting there and back home only to find out I cant get it until the next day after they open and only until 4:00 p.m.

Ive always enjoyed going to Tractor supply and I spend alot of money there. After discovering my cows had a busted water trough this evening, I drove 40 min to Tractor Supply in Longview to get another one. When I went to check out, at 8:05pm, I was told that I couldnt purchase it after 8pm even though theyre open till 9pm. The cashier said nothing could be purchased off outside lot after 8. I offered to carry it thru and was told that wasnt allowed after 8pm. Ill spend my money somewhere else in the future

I started to have a really bad experience with Julie the manager. She refused to take back some kayaks even with a receipt and proof of purchase. We did come back and try and speak to the store manager, Wayne, talked to him about it and even though he wouldn’t be able to resell them took them and back and we got a full refund. Wayne is a good man and does the right thing no matter what. Thank you!!!

Don’t shop online to have delivered the tracking is wrong and changes on a daily basis they tell you it will be delivered and you have to have someone over 18 there so you rearrange your life leave work early cancel doctors appointments for almost 2 weeks to be home for the supposed delivery only to find out that it hasn’t even shipped!! They even have the assembly company call to set up assembly of the chicken coop but still did not deliver the coop!! I’m still waiting on my chicken coop hopefully it actually shows up eventually but I will never order online from tractor supply again always had great experiences with them in the store but clearly they’re shipping and delivery department Needs some serious work

Decent stock of stuff. Gilmer store usually has more. Staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful.DO NOT USE CURBSIDE PICKUP. ONLINE ORDERS ARE NOT ACCURATE AND THEY HAVE NO MECHANISM TO ADDRESS ISSUES.

Easy to get to and great selection. I think T/S has better deals than Lowes on tools and equipment with the same brands.

Tractor Supply has gotten way better over the past couple of years. A few years ago, I would have graciously only given one star. They all but lost my business due to their lack of cashiers/long check out time, months of begging then manager to order mineral blocks necessary for farm animals to live, and several other issues. No longer my priority stop for all my farming needs, but my third and fourth rating star is for the current employees, whose helpfulness are restoring my faith in the store. Hope your manager appreciates you as much as I do.

This is my go to place for all my farm needs. From feed to feeders. From bedding to toys and housing to harnesses. This place has so much its hard to define in a short review. The staff are the most knowledgeable and friendly you will find anywhere. We are blessed to have this great business right here in Longview.

We shop here fairly often. Convenient location. Good selection of basic farm type feed and equipment. Sometimes they have really good clearance prices on decorative items, etc. and they have a section of clearance items that sometimes offers really good bargains. I like how you can order online and simply have your order ready for pick up later.

Tried to exchange a pressure washer that is under warranty and they cant find where I purchased it under a corporate account.

Good country store. If you havent been yet, you should check them out. They have stuff for animals, for the yard, tools, lawn mowers, fencing, and clothing. Feeds, and in Spring, they even have chicks! The employees are really nice, too!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased ducklings a few weeks ago and had several questions. The associate that helped me also informed me of some less expensive quality feeders and water dispensers as well as a great deal on pine bedding. I plan to use Tractor Supply for all of our future feeding/animal care supplies.

Out of the DEF thats on sale. But other than that everything was great. The check out lady was terrific.

Only reason they didnt get a 5 star is because they were out of stock of the item I really needed at the moment. But the staff was awesome. Very kind and helpful. 5 star for the staff.

I shop here often because of the convenient location and good animal feed selection. Also, the staff is friendly, if you can find them. Most of the time, however, its a real hassle finding an employee to help. Several times, I have given up looking for an employee on the floor, and left frustrated. Also, in the hardware section, about half the bins are empty... months at a time. The store has potential but seems poorly managed.

Always helpful, I get all my feed for my farm here. From chickens, to pigs, to dogs, to cows... They help me with it all. Definitely make a farmers life easier.

Who knew Tractor Supply was so cool! I adore the selectiontion, they have the cutest t-shirts, and a ton of really ace home & lawn decorations.

Dont expect this stores inventory to align with the in stock inventory online. Call first or go to Marshall, better selection. Great deals on clearance though.

Had a great experience shopping at tractor supply in longview today. I was greeted when I walked in and I received assistance from 2 employees. Both of which were friendly and knowledgeable. They had exactly what I needed and the price was less than I would have expected .

The cashier was very nice and professional! No floor staff In sight to help and the layout of the store was a bit random. Trailer tires were in two places several isles apart.

They have a good inventory, but i saw the workers being treated very rudly by one of the workers. She had tattoos and brown hair, but she was not wearing her name tag so I dont know her name. The workers were trying to do their job and help customers but she was yelling at them constantly and it was very annoying, all the workers were efficient and helpful except for her.

I had a gift card, so I dropped in the Longview store. All I can say is this aint Atwoods. Small store with less selection. They have little to no clothes for a big guy. (Strike 1) No fresh, gimmee popcorn at the door (Strike 2) The cashier didnt know how to redeem my giftcard (Strike 3, aaaaand youre out!) Dont waste your time here. Find an Atwoods, they have everything Tractor Supply has and MORE, LOTS MORE!

They have the worst customer service, there is never enough people working. The sale item signs do not match the price when you get to the register. The manager never came to adjust the price. It takes to long for someone to come and fill up the propane. I hate shopping here but unfortunately this is where I buy my dogs food and its the cheapest place to get propane of you can get someone to come and fill it up.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. I love going there and seeing what they have but I hate spending all the money I have in my pocket to get so many things I want and need! Its a mans play station! Youll find stuff to buy even if you dont need it!

Prices on shelf isnt what the register rings up. Happens every visit. So frustrating having to wait to check out only to have to wait even longer while they try to get somebody to check the price.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a store by far . I called to see what the length of the 9” auger bit is that they had in stock because online it didn’t list it under the specification . I needed a 3 foot long one because 4ft is to long for my tractor . They lady was very upset she had to get up and go measure the bit . She said she was going to put me on hold I heard her say gah lee and then her coworkers started laughing . If you have a problem with doing a little extra for a customer at least make sure they are on hold first....

This is my sixth trip to Longview location this year.I used to come here more but last six trips I have left because the item wanted was out of stock on each visit or not enough instock. I was buying a stick of round and square tube. When I need 4 bolts there are only 3. Evry time. I looked the the square tube and its still out if stock 4 months later. Im done. Lowes and Home Depot are across the street. Shut down this location abd I wont miss it.

Looking for ax handle and they didnt have any replacement handles. Dont go here if thats what your needing

Friendly and super quick service, guy was knowledgable and right on board with the project I was doing. Got the fuel system on my truck back up and going in no time!

WOW!! And not a good wow....i called twice to see about getting propane bottles filled at 7:33 pm and they said they couldnt do it after dark. Well, i called Tyler and apparently they can so its just a Longview store problem. I even offered to hold a flash light and was still refused service. This location is a joke and apparently the guy who fills propane will do anything to get out of it.

Service could be improved but overall was ok.
