The sales associate Sydney was beyond amazing. Originally we came in for just a band for my fiance and a band for my engagement ring. We ended up leaving with the wedding ring of my dream! She was beyond understanding and very helpful in showing us rings that were in our budget. Usually I am intimidated in jewelry stores and often get oversold but Sydney understood and made sure to stay in our budget! I would whole heartedly suggest going to zales and asking for Sydney!

Went to resize a ring I bought at a different Zales and was told to wear a mask. Our state of Texas is open I was not required to wear a mask when I purchased the ring. I would not ever recommend this Zales in longview Tx.

We were just looking. My husband and I will be married 32yrs. 12/9. Sydnie was our salesperson. This young lady went far and above my expectations of a sales representative. We were replacing my original wedding ring. She worked with us. She wanted to know our story, and before we left I had my new ring, a ring fir my husband, and ring fir my birthday. To top it all off, when she handed us the rings in a basket, she looked at my husband and told him “ you have to ask her” and my husband asked me again to marry him. How special is that! Thank you sydnie for being sensitive and loving. I will always come back to Zales.

Mr. Campbell was very rude towards me and my wife, though their prices are cheap their quality of goods are also cheap as well. My wife had her rings, the one I proposed to her with and married her with, stone fall out twice within the first year. We were told it’s was because she was too rough with the ring and that she damaged one of the prongs(though my wife rarely wears the ring in public, only to special events. She wears her band or a ring I bought her when we were dating instead.)The first time we paid to have the ring reset. The second time the stone was lost for good. We went to the store at which we bought the ring and Mr. Campbell told us that she didn’t take good care of the ring and that we would have to buy a new ring or leave. He was not genuine when he said “sorry”. He told me that gold was soft and that was the reason why it fell out so easy. He said that they have over 50+ people a week come in for stones falling out. Which leads me to believe that there is a genuine problem with the products they are selling. This will be the last time I ever purchase anything from this company. I feel disrespected and cheated. I will do more research this time and buy my wife a ring she deserves and can wear for the rest of her life instead of 6 months at a time. Shame on this company and I recommend you look at reviews like this before spending your money at a company that does not care for their customers and their families.

Got a promotional plan no interest for first 18 months then what i was told is that 29% interest of the remaining balance would be charged to my account after that ... not the case they add all the interest from the original price went from a $500 balance to a $1100 balance... The credit card representative was unhelpful and made it seem like they had not been getting steady payments and that 18 month promotional plan was a super grand thing and could not help with the crazy amount of interest at all and kept saying well you have online billing it states the amount of interest that would be charged. I’ll pay it off and go to there competitors who have 36 month promotional plan! I won’t be back after paying a large amount of money

Here I am long time zales customer. I have got all my jewelry here since I met my husband 6 years ago and prior to that as well but have been faithful to them the last 6 years. I have always had a good experience in the store. Recently there has been some representative changes in the store and it is really declining. I sent my sister and her fiance in to the store with high hopes of the good service I have always received. Going in for a simple engagement ring they picked one out after he proposed they took it back to be resized. That is where the down hill slide started. The female rep was very rude to my sister and passed her off on a nother guy when she realized it wasnt a sale. Weeks later they get the call the ring was back. They pick it up and then in the car she starts studying. This ring was not hers at all. It was a very cheap version of her ring. The next day they went back and they apologized told her they could try to find her ring if she wanted. Duh!!!! So couple days went by nothing...they didnt find it. So they sent in another one at that point out of the counter. They told her a ruff estimate. After calls of the week to check up on the ring its finally here. They go up there to find the ring that they were engraving free for the inconvenience was all wrong!!!!!!!!! At this point save the dates have to be done so she is keeping the ring for pics then will send it back. At this point we are afraid of she takes it back will it even be back for the wedding!?!? They also were going to buy the band and a pair of wedding earrings for her big day and this is most likely not going to happen there. Outrageous!!!!!!!! Customer contact needs to be better and better in store customer service as well.
