As a small business owner, having my phone in great working contains at all times is essential. I have used Shattered ER for years and they are always fast, friendly, and have extremely reasonable prices. Would recommend them to everyone and will never use anyone else!

I used them several years ago, it was less expensive than the deductible from my phone insurance. I am actually taking another phone to them as soon as I get a quote and drop off time. Pleased with price quality and service!

I have mixed reviews on this place. I went there because the high ratings. I bought a phone and right before the warranty ran out the phone started messing up so I took it in and the lady was very nice and they fixed it super fast. Well a couple of days later phone started messing up again but my husband was out of town with the phone so I had to wait about a week later to take it back in. When I went in there was a man I had never met so I told him what was going on and his attitude from the moment I walked in was RUDE. He was very cocky, unnecessarily rude, talked to me like I was stupid. Once he called his manager his attitude changed. So they said they had to ship the phone off and it would take about a week. After the week was up I called at least two times a day every day for several days before getting a hold of anyone. The same guy answered the phone and the way he spoke to me was pure trash. I can not believe they have good ratings and business with that man working there. The manager and the woman are very nice, but I am writing this review because I have left messages for manager to contact me about this issue and no response. I will never in my life go back there, there’s lots more places that do the same job!

Have a red anniversary Wii from 2010 (kind of old school special to me!) that quit reading games. I used a disc cleaner, but that didnt work. Game Exchange referred me to them. They only charged the bench test price when the problem turned out to be just a build up of dust internally, which they took care of in one day. I have recommended them to a couple of friends already. I appreciate that kind of honesty and competence.

My husband took my Iphone8 in to have the screen replaced. They did the job in under an hour and for a very reasonable price. When I got home I realized that the screen wasnt completely clipped in correctly. I took it in the following morning and showed them, and they told me they would check to see if they could clip it in, and if not they would replace the screen at no extra cost to me. They managed to get it fixed in 5 minutes and it is working great! Very friendly staff.

We have used them several times. They replaced my son’s iPad screen and the charging port on my husband’s iPhone. They were quick and the best prices in town. Great service!

Place is pure thrash Called bout selling a phone lady I talked to said they were only buying top end phones told her what mine was and she said they really wanted it so I walked all the way there with a $360 phone and a $40 case on it all in brand new excellent condition just for some guy working there to be rude as hell and offered me $20 for phone and case I even showed him screen shot from eBay that I took earlier that day showing phone was 359.35 and he just replied with cool I dont really care and that is not professional at all

I referred an out of town friend with a broken iPhone screen. He took his phone in working fine other than the broken screen and they charged him $200. 45 minutes later when he went to pick it up, they refunded his money and told him they couldnt repair it. The biggest problem is they killed it completely as it wouldnt work at all after they had it.

I’ve had my phone (iPhone 7Plus) for 12 months. In that time, I’ve dropped it a hundred or so times and the screen has never broken. Until last Wednesday when I dropped it on the concrete and it shattered. 🙄 I filed a claim on my insurance and found out that for an $89 deductible, I could have a technician come to me (!!!) and replace the screen - wait for it - the next day, y’all (I was all over that!) The other option was a refurb phone for $149. No thanks. I was beyond excited for this easy-for-me repair.Until.Three nights later when I dropped it on the floor in my house and the screen shattered again. THREE NIGHTS!! Did you know if you have two claims within a 12 month period, despite never having a claim in five years, that they cancel your insurance for 12 months? I didn’t know that, but I know now. 🙄So, I opted to have it repaired by Shattered ER here in Longview because if I drop this damn thing in water, I’m going to want the insurance for that and not because my middle name is apparently “Butter Fingers.”Shattered ER on High Street in Longview had my screen replaced in an hour, they were the least expensive for my phone (and only $20 more than my deductible), made a recommendation for tempered glass and offered an Otter Box Defender Series for $20 less than Amazon.AND the sweet soul up front told me I looked beautiful and she was sorry I was having a crappy Monday.I’m putting her in my will.If you’re a klutz like me, go to Shattered ER. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

I had an iphone 6 with a shattered screen I dreaded the repair because I had heard so many peoples bad experiences with their repairs i made several calls to different stores and decided that they sounded up-front and friendly He had said 30-45 minutes and $75 The service was quick and he was cordial i could not be more satisfied I also took a couple of smart phones and he gave me a good price for them. Cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate the help at Shattered ER. I walked in with a dead IPad, and came out again with not only a revived IPad, but also a big smile on my face. The folks there are not only considerate, but so knowledgeable.

Took 3 devices there after going to the Apple store in Tyler. Had an IPad Gen 2, IPad Mini and IPhone 6 Plus. The Apple store wanted over $900 to fix all three. All but the IPad mini could be save. Price of the repair wasnt worth getting it fixed from either. Both Shops told me the same thing. The IPad Gen 2, Apple wanted 200 to fix and Shattered Er wanted half that. And all that was wrong with it was the charging port. The IPhone was the main reason I went there. The Apple Store told me that the phone couldnt be fixed and that it had water damage. I wanted a second opinion. Low and behold they fixed it for about 150. Way less than the price of a new one...I will be back, the didnt try to sell me anything i didnt need and took care of what I wanted. I also checked out some of there used stock, wasnt bad price and looked NIB. I just dont need anythings else at this time

Do not go there.... I sent someone there a couple of weeks after they repaired my phone and they doubled the price... Be careful and stay away.

I ran over my I-Phone 6 with my F-150! Thought it was history but Shattered ER replaced the screen while I waited; good as new! Price was better than 2 other places I had called. Store employee Aaron was knowledgeable, polite and took the time to answer my questions over the phone before I decided to go in.Before calling Shattered ER, I had called Cellphone Repair Solutions and Cell Spot both in Longview after seeing them on Angies List. Dont even bother calling them. Line was busy, busy. When I did get through, they hung up on me not once but twice! I suspect that their A and B Angie ratings were only given out after they posted self-serving reviews.Oh, by the way - when I spoke with my phone carrier in Kilgore about my damaged phone, they too recommended Shattered ER. Dont guess, get the best at SHATTERED ER.

My son when there to have his crack iphone 6s fix the guy indicated he had 1 glass left for his phone but never quoted him a price. He told him that he will be closing in 12 minutes come back tomorrow. My son is a college student and came back after class the following day. He fixed his cracked iphone 6s and told him it will be $200. Mine you we have insurance on that phone. It is hard for us to get it fix thru our insurance since he is in college. He fixed his friend phone 2 weeks ago for $80 why would he fix my son phone for $200. His friend mother went there to get her son phone fix. I call 10 places in the Houston and League City Area that charge only $129 to fix a cracked iphone 6s and then the guy at Shattered ER charge him $40 to put the crack screen back on. Riping young kids off is a shame. Personally riping anyone off is a disgrace thief!!!! Please Do Not Go There They Are A Rip Off Quoting Different Prices

Get what you ordered before giving any cash because if they say they will get it for you. Not always and you wont get your money back. Been there done that with them.

Didnt seem very knowledgeable about my device, which is a leading brand. Asked for my credit card info over the phone before ordering the needed part but would not give me a price quote, only an estimate. Open hours fluctuate daily.

Me and my girlfriend came in today to get my iPhone 6 and her iphone 5s and it only took a hour for them to finish both phones. Also it only cost me about 200 I think thats a pretty good deal.

I bought an iPhone 6 screen from them brand new. After installing it and turning my phone on, I found that the screen is far from brand new. There are several discolored spots on the screen and the rest of the screen is terrible quality as far as the resolution goes. When I called about this, they said theres no way thats possible because they only sell new screens. This isnt the first bad experience that Ive had with them so they wont be getting my business again.

I got my screen replaced on my LG g3 and it fell off the same day I spent 119 and the screen broke again they obviously dont use the right backing on the screen because it flexed on the bottom like there was nothing behind it holding it down and it fell off in my pocket and cracked the side because it was loose going back tomorrow to see if they will make it right and I will post again to let everyone know what happens

All the phones they sell is refurbish and on top of that they dont do refund I would not recommend is too much drama
