I came in with a cracked screen on my iPhone. He replaced it for $130.00. Two days later a line showed up on the screen; the next day every time I open my phone it fades in and out of picture. Also noticed my facial recognition stopped working. Upon my return he said I must have dropped it and would not warranty the screen. Don’t waste your money here. They will see you junk just to take your money.
Everytime I walk in and I feel more like a burden than a customer. Theres always an excuse to not help. If this is how everyone is treated, I dont know how hes in business.

Ive went to this cell phone repair shop atleast 5 times in the past year and a half (Im not very good with my phone screens) and every time theyve been excellent in every sense. They were quick, cheap, and did it right. Only once did I have a problem and it was because my iPhone frame was slightly bent and the new screen started coming out so I took it back the next day and they only charged me to straighten the frame plus put a new screen in for me. I would definitely recommend them.
Replaced my screen with a cheap screen. Stopped working same day was not willing to work with me to get repair done right or refund money. Horrible customer service. Will not use again and you should be scared to
Mobile repair man was awesome, and they do some type of magic and just with in 15 minute they repair my iphone screen.really it was awesome, and amazing.i will give him 10 Star / 10 Star
Ok so first off they guy put a fake screen on my iPad and after 2 months it started glitching on me. I went in to confront about fake screen and he played dumb and then told me it had been to long and there was nothing he could do. Don’t go to this dude. #AmericanAllTheWayGave him a chance and he blew it

They are none in the same by owner. As far as I know, this facility is excellent. Great place for customer service and cellular related services in Longview, TX. Ask for Amish. He will take excellent care of you.
I went to the one on 80 but since they dont have somewhere i can review i will write it here because it is the same company. I took my phone in there to be repaired and the guy was very rude. You could tell he did not want me there. He barely looked at my phone and said it could not be fixed. I took it somewhere else and I am currently using it. If the guy had taken the time to look at it then he would have got my business but he didnt and i will never go back there
I went in and the guy knew exactly what was wrong with my phone and fixed it within 30 minutes. The payment was also very low, whereas another place was looking to charge me double what he was. If I have another problem I will definitely be going back to them to have my phone repair!
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! PAID $100 FOR MY SONS SCREEN TO BE REPLACED AND IT WAS BROKE 5 DAYS LATER!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!

Took my daughters iphone there because it wouldnt stsys charged. He changed the battery and it was $50. We realized he didnt put the phone back together correctly and I called he sounded agitated over the phone. He said he would fix it free of charge so I took my daughter back up there and told her to run in. Well he said that the phone was coming apart because she charged her phone too long. He ended up taking the phones battery out and put in another. Now, her phone is running slow and it will not stay charged again. I never write reviews but this is wrong. I should have walked in with her .
Hit Or Miss!!they did a great job the 1st time they replaced a cracked screen on my phone.But, this last time; Took 3 days to get it back, and they lost my SIMM card!!I was out of town, for a week, had my phone picked up, no SIMM.working on 9 days without a working phone now...Then they wanted to question if it ever had a SIMM card?so I lost most of my business contacts, and will have to start over with that..I wont be back!!!
