Your security team is in need of retraining calling my wife a thief is unacceptable.When someone makes a mistake by not scanning a single item (magazine) after checking out of self checkout (due to long lines and lack of staff) with a 2 year old baby and brings said item back to the store after realizing the misunderstanding and you want to ban her for life is ridiculous. Im going to call into corporate and Ill be going to your regional manager here shortly as this is not ethical and was quite embarrassing as she has never stolen anything in her life. HER JOB LITERALLY IS SHOPPING FOR PEOPLE WHO CANT THEMSELVES!!!

Dam good priced food, can be iffy on produce( it wont last long in the fridge), but its well priced. Chicken is good if you high grade it. The pork is great almost ever time. I dont buy the hamburger, too many foreign objects in it!

I just love this store. We generally go to the WA side. Prices so MUCH BETTER. Never have to stand in line for very long. Associates friendly and I have found them very helpful as well. Ive met several people there that have been so kind and understanding. Accepting my Autistic grandson. If youve not been, you should. Most DEFINITELY !!

I am handicapped. I need an electric cartMost times one is not available. Today there were 3 such carts but both had dead batteries. I only needed 5 things so I tried to do it with a regular cart. I barely made it. I was in at of pain when I got through. I had 3 other errands icould not do and when got home I needed breathing and pain medication. It will take several days of medication to get back to my normal. I have stopped shopping Winco because this is commonI now only go there because of an item I cant get elsewhere. When I was able bodied Winco was my main store

Its my main place to shop. I can always count on the better prices and most times better fruits n veggies. I wish they did a rewards program tho. But I can say whenever I have an issue theyve resolved it easily. So its definitely worth being a return customer.

Prices have gone up but I guess that is expected with the world being on shut down for so long over covid. When the store person recognized the lines were longer than there were checkers, they opened more lines. Thank you!

The most reasonable prices in town .

Drove 2 hours to shop here to try to save money just to be belittled by the cashier at self-checkout because I didn’t know the item limit. We normally shop after midnight when self-checkout is closed and I’m too short to look up and see signage on the ceiling. There was nothing at eye level and instead of politely informing me I was humiliated in front of other customers for not knowing. The other checker was polite and very kind but the girl at self-checkout was so rude.

This is the only place Ill do my grocery shopping! I can stretch a buck, selection is great. They rotate price inflation, so when I notice the staples I purchase are low in price Ill buy extra. Staff is helpful, its very clean. The staff seems to keep a close eye on the produce, I rarely have to pass on items because they seem expired. The bulk bins are well maintained and deli has a great selection. They even have a sushi bar which is reasonably priced and fresh.

Staff is very friendly, store is clean and well stocked and I feel safe inside.The parking lot is a bit of a nightmare and Ive almost been hit by drivers, even though I am courteous and pay attention to what is going on around me.

I had an awesome experience here! First time shopping here by myself and what I noticed is that they never move stuff around so you always know where to find it. One thing is that they only had 3 lanes open for checkout so it was a little crazy but nice when I got to move up to an opening one!

I like the store but the changes at self checkout are unwelcome. Limiting the type of transaction on half of the stations slows and confuses the checkout process. Totally unnecessary and not very intelligent.

I enjoy shopping here. Although Im saddened by the fact that they cant seem to keep my favorite coconut & chocolate ice creams in stock.😜

I have been to several Winnco foods for their chicken and potatoe wedges and they have THE worst fried/baked chicken and I think they reuse their potato wedges because they are always dried up like day old.

Winco is always a great place to get good prices on food.

It was a great visit. Lines werent bad. They could stand to get another bank of self checkouts. I feel like they would do well to have another set of six, with a carousel bag rack, so you can scan larger orders. Also, self check-out attendance that look happy would be happy

I love WinCo, amazing prices on bulk foods and in between. I live near Astoria, OR, and I wish there was one closer, but I dont mind making a monthly odyssey though for such great selection and prices.

Winco is a love and hate experience, people will love the vast variety of items and rock bottom prices that they offer (Mainly due to lack of greeters, baggers, and extra employees). Winco has a bulk section that is tops in this area. The deli is always stocked with the best in the way of meats and cheeses, they also have excellent pasta salads. Their selection of raw meat is decent, however in my opinion the Bakery has taken a hit in quality over the last 10 years since they opened. Now for the downside, the major drawback of Winco is the enormous crowds, you think that Walmart is bad (And it is) they fail in comparison to Winco during their peak hours. If you are a person who is agoraphobic I strongly suggest shopping at Winco when its late at night. I find the best experience being around the 12am to 2am range. Also, when it comes to the bathrooms I try to avoid it, nothing against Winco but the bathrooms have been vandalized overtime due to transients. Overall I give Winco Foods a 3 out of 5

Happy to have the opportunity to shop at WinCo on our way home from Portland Airport! Always great prices, produce, deli and meats. They were our go-to store when we lived in CA. Be aware they dont take credit cards. I suppose that helps them maintain low prices.

The produce dept is getting better. The selection of items is good. The prices are reasonable. The store is clean. The one drawback is that I am a disabled person and have a hard time finding a motorized cart to use that is charged or in working order! The ones they have are old and jerk at times. I have a spine condition and am in a lot of pain when I finish shopping.

From what I understand the prices for everything are good but some of them can be more but not much more (depending on where you shop other than here). I am super sad because they added a wheelie bar so I cant wheelie and walk anymore. 10/10 prices good the cashiers are friendly and nice and this place is nice and kept clean from where I went.

Wow! I have never been to Longview. I decided to stop in to Winco. It was very busy and I have not seen so many people without masks since the pandemic began. I watched a unmasked couple in the self check (15 items or less) with a completely full shopping cart put an employee at risk 3 times because they had issues with the register and she couldnt social distance to help them. Winco has security, this should not be allowed to happen. That was one of the worst things of many I saw first hand there. I thought small communitys take care of each other. Shame on Winco for not protecting their employees.

They have a great variety and competitive prices. If youre looking to feed your family and you are on a strict budget Winco is a great option!

Decent Winco. Pricing is great. Food is also great. Pizza is fabulous.Employees however, are hit and miss. Some are great... others not so welcoming. I wouldnt jump to head to this Winco, but if I needed to pinch an extra 30 bucks I would make the stop.

Was at Winco last night, the evening before Thanksgiving, and was actually able to find everything my girlfriend and I needed to slap together a very impromptu holiday dinner. The place was a bit crowded and chaotic, but the lines moved quickly and the absolutely swamped attendant at Self-checkout was incredibly helpful.

I enjoying shopping at WinCo the prices are fair the store is clean and the employees are great.

Love this store. I do the majority of my shopping here. Even pet food and cleaning products because their prices are comparable to the big box chains like Walmart. The only items I dont purchase there are my beauty items (they dont carry my brands), feminine products (the convenience doesnt outweigh the price difference), and produce (not a large enough organic section and often low quality items that spoil quickly).

I like WinCo but I have a hard time shopping there with how lax they are with enforcing state health mandates. Every time Im there Ive seen lots of people just without a mask and being really rude. Knowing people with health issues I cant be putting them at risk so Im having to shop elsewhere now. Oh well.

Great prices and a good selection of bulk foods. Go in around 8 or 9 at night if you can because it can get real busy during the day.

Depending on the time and day you go shopping, it can be pleasant to shop or pure chaos with people all about. If you have been concerned about covid-19, and practice social distancing and wearing a mask in public areas, I suggest shopping after 2:30am to 5:45am in the early morning hours to keep with a minimum occupancy. During these hours, the majority of the people there are either vendors or store employees. Aisles may have a cart or two with an employee unloading and restocking items on shelves, which is easier to move pass than during daytime to evening hours with the crowds of groups everywhere i.e., parent or parents.picked up kids at daycare and needs to stop for groceries on the way home. I have also noticed that prices seem.to jump.up and down on certain items. Some of the items are also available in bulk which is nice way to save some money. Overall its the only store at this time I believe that is open 24 hours which of course is convenient.

Their products are not very fresh but its not bad either. They have a variety of can goods, dry boxed food to freezer and fridge stuff with a little bit of vegan selection and pretty good cheese display in there deli section.

Best prices for most things . Only down fall I have found is organic produce is slim.

Prices can very, but when items are on sale they can save you some money. Overall the store is usually fairly clean. Cashiers tend to be pretty friendly and most do their job well. The one star deduction is from how their stock can be pretty empty at times later in the day. Its that or they will fill the space of an item they are completely out of, and put another item of the same brand into the shelf there. An example of this would be putting fritos beans in place of the fritos cheese dip on the shelf. Id definitely suggest shopping earlier in the day if possible since thats when they are fully stocked up.
