Always the most well informed/knowledgeable staff! If they dont have it in stock, they can get it within a day or two. They always have a solution or advice on materials and products, sometime products I did not even know existed! The yard crew is always so helpful as well. Great place to do business!

Large store inventory with small town service.Shane was a wealth of knowledge wrapped up with seemingly infinite patience. He had answers plus inventory and prices to compete with the big box stores. Customer service is important to me and ProBuild has won me over. Im now a repeat customer.

It is a great service having staff help load vehicle and their prices are the same as the big box stores despite the extra service and not having to wait in line to check out. I always get my lumber, sheetrock, and insulation here.

Wow should have got the hint when parking lot was ghost at rush hour...front desk guy made a British drama seem exciting asked for advice on hinges and was told straight up i dont know!... i t earned 2 stars because the yard crew where nice and friendly (wish they worked front counter)...
