I made an appointment at the bridal shop down the street (which treated us with nothing but kindness and respect) and wanted to see what this store had to offer. There were 3 employees working and no customers inside. We were treated as if we had just rudely interrupted their conversation. The store worker did not greet us, I had to ask if we could look at bridal gowns and she frowned at me for not having an appointment, I wasn’t going to beg her to take my business so we walked out. I am blown away by how rude an empty store manager could be, we were respectful and wearing masks. Please don’t waste your time at this shop, there are obviously other stores who care about having customers.

I am disappointed in the way Lillies & Lace treats their brides. After an employee made an incorrect alteration to my dress, they not only denied any error occurred but added insult to injury by refusing to refund me, or make ANY attempt to resolve the problem that THEY created. A dress that costs THOUSANDS of dollars being mistakenly altered to the point it no longer, and will never, fit me is AN ISSUE. They attempted to blame me for their mistake. There is NO WAY a dress fit me almost perfectly and two weeks later is 3 sizes too small. They were provided with photographic documentation showing the dress before and after they altered it, yet they vehemently deny they altered the dress. It never left the bridal shop. Once I left my review on their Facebook page, they took down all of their social media. Seems awfully suspicious of someone who did “nothing wrong.” SHAME ON YOU LILLIES & LACE for destroying a dress, and a bride’s hopes and then doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix it. 0/10. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

With the way I am built it’s hard to find a dress anywhere. I automatically had no hope in finding a dress for coronation/ prom. When I got helped she automatically pulled at least 5 dresses off the racks for me to try on. I left very happy and satisfied with the dress I found. It was a very successful trip and they were super nice. I definitely would recommend this place.

Dress didnt fit correctly. The response from the shop owner felt as if she didnt care...the dressed was already paid for. I would neither ever shop here ever again or recommend this place.

This would have been the place I purchased my wedding dress IF the sales assistant Ashley wasnt so rude and obnoxious with my weeding planner. Ashley had previously quoted one price for my wedding planner over the phone and a different price when I went in a few days later....$110 difference. Going in I didnt know the price she quoted my planner; I just told her to find the cheapest place to purchase two particular dresses closest to me and from there she e-mail me their address. When my wedding planner called the store and asked why the price difference Ashley didnt have an explanation, but instead got rude and defensive and ended with the stated, Well you dont have to do business with us! My planner asked to speak with the owner Ms. Nancy and while explaining the situation she could still hear Ashley in the background making rude remarks. Even though Ms. Nancy quoted her the original price, I will be taking my business to Brides and Belles in Tyler were my planner suggested in the first place. Customer service and a good attitude gets the customer every time!
