Had the carpet we needed for our tritune trailer ! Shreveport didnt have any quality carpet for trailer bumps. Drove over to Nichols in Longview!

Had a great experience with Daryl, their parts manager. Searched several Ranger dealers from DFW to Austin to Shreveport only to be told that parts were unavailable or 6-8 weeks out. Daryl went to work and ordered me two complete hub, spindle, rotor and bearings sets for my Ranger trailer which was broke down in Corsicana. It was a miracle, we had em three days later and was able to transport them to Corsicana. Got them on the next day, problem solved.There were dealers that even called their Ranger rep. that didnt have any luck. Thank you Daryl, you saved me. Not sure how you did it but you did.

At Lake O the Pines for a tournament this weekend. Arrived at the lake midday and had an issue with my boat which I originally bought at Nichols Marine in Norman, OK. Poor customer service. Lied about the lead time on pretty much everything in order to get our boat in the shop. When we got the boat in the said we will get to it when we get to it. Dont buy a boat from here they just arent worth the effort

Couldnt get anyone to answer the business phone. Tried calling 5 times within their business hours.
