Two ladies in there providing THE BEST customer service than any other place in JC Pennys. They were both very helpful to my friend that was needing done quality makeup. This IS the best place for that. They dont judge you like a lot of makeup counters Ive seen where you cant even get help. They knew ALL of their products VERY well.
Overall I like this store and the employees are always nice and helpful but they really need to expand their product options. Like get all the new Nars foundations, Killian perfumes,etc.
The girls inside Sephora were very helpful and kind. The tall girl instantly knew what I needed when it came to fragrance and the shorter girl Knew what I needed when it came to Skin care. By far great service and I will be coming back in the near future for when I have more questions about Skin care.

In the market for a new foundation (bareminerals discontinued my shade) so I decided to go check out Sephora, they are AMAZING! The associate let me take about 4 different samples & was so courteous I WILL DO ALL MY MAKEUP shopping here from now on!!I wish I could remember her name because shes an ALL STAR!!
I love Sephora but every time I walk in here I’m watched like a hawk as if I’m about to shove all the merchandise in my tiny purse or barely there pockets. I get having to make sure merchandise isn’t stolen but literally following the customers every move and peeking around corners seeing what the customer is holding? If I purchase high end I now stick to ulta or buy online. They only reason I really have to go in here is to buy a specific foundation brand so I get my shade right or to get my free birthday gift. If I’m going to spend good money I don’t want to be treated like a criminal and I sure as heck am not going to help any sales representative there get any commission.

Awful. They wont accept returns on brands they don’t stock. They shouldn’t carry the name Sephora if that’s the case in my opinion. Never been a fan of this location they hover over you constantly and half the time their point perks displays are totally empty. Completely disappointed. Honestly go to Ulta or shop online.
I love Sephora but literally ever time I walk in this place they all watch you and I don’t even have pockets I wear leggings nor do I bring a purse I just had a small wallet that only holds my card and I understand they are doing there job but I literally got asked over 15 times by 4 different people over and over is everything okay do you need help I literally said no thank you it’s okay less then 4 mins ago like no thanks you really have to have patience to go here I Rather go to Ulta I recommend Ulta.
The tall Mexican girl in there is super rude I’ve gone in the store a few times and gotten samples and she muttered she never buys anything well you should be Fired and the last time I went in there I told it to her face
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The rude lady with the red hair was crazy! I accidentally set off an alarm and she thought I was trying to steal!! They kept circling me and my friends and she even went and got the JCPenney manager to say we were being “disruptive.” Then the manager came over to me and asked me why I was in the store. My friend was just buying mascara and I have always gone to this store and never had a problem until today. Super disrespectiful.
Need a bigger of stock of product but rather than good
I had the strangest experience here, i swear the girl who works the front was on drugs. I asked her questions and she couldnt give me and answer and when i asked about their products she had no freaking idea about any of them and was rude . I came here because ulta didnt have my shade of bare minerals but after this experience Ill order online or go back to ulta. DONT GO HERE.

Ive returned things maybe 3x to this location in the 2 years ive lived in Longview. Never had a problem. Until today. Tried to return a foundation I ordered online. The woman with the red hair was rude for no reason. Maybe she was having a bad day. Not sure. But I hate returning things because I have to search for the receipt or its a daunting process. I had the foundation for a little under a month but used it 3x because it broke me out. It just sat on my vanity until I decided to return it today. The woman really tried to tell me half of it was gone. She kept opening it up and looking inside, and seriously tried to challenge me as if I didnt purchase it. I even had the email to show I purchased the product, why not just ask to see it. I had my order number and they ended up calling Sephora customer service to verify. When Sephora confirmed, you could twll she was slightly irritated. I understand there are some scrupulous people in this world, but who is able to use over half a foundation in less than a month? And Ive never opened a foundation when I buy it to see how much actual product is in it when you take out the pump. I guess I should. Usually majority of the workers are cordial. Besides the trash on the stands where people toss their makeup wipes etc overflowing, its a good size location and with a decent amount of products.
The sephora inside jcp actually sucks. They dont even have devacurl, tarte foundation, or anastasia beverly hills liquid lipsticks. They never have anything i need.
