Who runs this place? Worst service ever! 7 employees sitting in the office, one at counter.... our company spends $$$$$$ here. “Pro pickup” is false

Ordered parts, was told the would be available in two day and that they would call me. The did not. I had to follow-up. Was informed that parts had arrived. Following day drove nearly 20 miles to pick them up. Only half the order was there! Waited for nearly 30 minutes while three EEs looked for the parts! What a joke.

Always have what I need or can order it.

I only needed a small washer for my pop-up drain. The counter guys treated me like I was buying an entire bathroom. Fantastic help.
