Ive had previous car buying experiences that were absolutely horrible but Lane made it so easy and straight forward. Between him and the manager, Lenny, it was a very pleasant and easy experience. They werent just trying to make a sale, they were actually trying to satisfy me and my wife to the best of their ability. Great people, a clean facility and a great first car purchase.

Tire pressure went low on interstate. Exited and went to service department of Tower Honda. None of the service writers could get off their phones long enough to help me. Finally a service worker named Korrus came to the rescue. I wanted the tires checked not just filled. Korrus found a nail in my tire and he plugged it. 5 stars for Korrus. 0 stars for ALL the service writers. Tower Honda you can do better!!!!

I left a 5 star review a month ago and came to update.We walked away from this dealership thinking wed never go anywhere else for a vehicle. At this point of time that couldnt be further from the truth.We purchased an extended warranty and Im not sure unless the issue is major we will even use it because of the immense amount of time, lack of appropriate updates, and walk-arounds given. After a week of having the vehicle the touch screen stopped working and some piddly things like the sun roof jamming. Screen came on and we could use voice control to work it but touching it did nothing. We brought the vehicle back up to the dealership THREE WEEKS AGO. I have now made a $450 payment on a vehicle I cant even use! Last week I was told it would be ready by Wednesday after calling every day for a week and no one picking up. Then they called my husband to tell him it would be done Friday. Sure enough they called again and said it would be done Monday (yesterday). So I called yesterday, was told the mechanic doesnt work on Mondays and that the part wouldnt come in until today, that they have no clue when it is expected to be done. If I could take the whole contract back and go elsewhere I would.
After having initial problems with the finance company I was using, they were able to get the deal completed at the same terms. Our salesman, Lane was very professional and Danny made sure my wife got the vehicle she wanted. Thank yall!
Service adviser is rude....we have all kind of issues with our 2 2019 Hondas ...we have a accord and a civic... extremely dissatisfied
Work is always done. Not the friendliest and the reps seem like they hate their job but they know what theyre doing and get you taken care of.
Gerard was our salseperson; but he did absolutely no selling. There was no pressure, only information about the car. When we decided to purchase, he brought the paperwork to us. Best service ever.
