Longview Auto and Tire provides excellent service. They got me in at my requested time despite a glitch in the online appointment form. I went in for an oil change and received a complete chassis inspection and got my tires rotated at no charge. I appreciate the professionals there, and love that it’s a locally-owned business!

I had a great experience with Longview tire. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and funny. There was a miscommunication where my vehicle was supposed to stay overnight. Well I showed up to pick it up and they had just started working on it. They had it done in 2 hours. I was impressed! I will return in the future!

Maddie was very helpful to get me scheduled on short notice. Service fast and they explained everything that needed to be done. I was in for a wheel alignment but they checked entire suspension and made all okay before doing alignment. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. This place is incredible. They have the best technicians in town. Im glad that Dustan Walker is here so I can feel comfortable with the best Subaru tech I know working on my car. I believe he was the only Subaru Master Tech at the local Subaru dealer. Hope no one goes to that rip off dealer anymore. Five stars seems to low for the great service from this shop.

They were able to squeeze me in day of for an oil change, most other we shops I called were booked out for weeks. They also checked my car out and let me know all the issues that should be taken care of soon, without making me feel like they had to take care of it IMMEDIATELY. Most places Ive been to will try to pressure me into more service. They even emailed me quotes for what the repairs that needed to be done would cost! Definitely will go back! I also feel like 50 dollars for an oil change is a fair price.

Appointments are always available when needed. In one case we had a difficult emergency and time was made to resolve it. Staff are professional and friendly. We trust them.

While towing a 30 trailer I had a flat on my F-450 and called early morning for repair. You took me in and fixed and replaced the tire as soon as I got there. Everybody was very courteous. I could not have asked for better. Thank you for being there for me.

Very professional and thorough. Asked them to inspect for a 150k service and they sure found a lot of things to replace and change. I plan to keep the vehicle for a while so I was happy with the scheduled maintenance and services they requested. They even stayed late that day to make sure I got my vehicle back on time that day.. Car started acting weird driving back from Vancouver, took it in the next day; $160 to diagnose, turned out to be a Cv Axle, wanted $4000 to fix 😂 took my business elsewhere and got everything patched up for less than a thousand. Very disappointed.

We had been searching for a place to have our Clsss A Motorhome serviced closer to home. We contacted Matt at Longview Tire and he was very positive about them doing this for us. This past Monday we had them service our rig. The Customer Service and the work they did for us was great. Being able to have this work done here in Longview by true professionals is a positive for us.

I showed up 5 minutes early for my 8am to-in-toe out wheel alignment on my 1967 Ford F100 but apparently a shop manager thought their laborer was wasting time and had him start a Van alignment as I was sitting there waiting for him. 1 hour and 25 minutes later (9:20am) he got my alignment done in 20 minutes. To the laborer I will say: Thank you for a job well done. To the unknown shop manager I say: Shame on you for putting productivity ahead of customer service. I had to cancel a 9:30 appointment. On the plus side I was given a No Charge bill for my patience. Thank you but I will take my future business elsewhere.

On Monday, July 12th at 7:00am, I took a punctured tire to Longview Auto & Tire. I was surprised to see the sign say open because Google Maps had them opening at 7:30am. I went in and was greeted, in a friendly manner, by Bob. I asked about the opening time and Bob told me he likes to open the doors early. He asked why I was there and I explained about my punctured tire. He acted sympathetic to my situation and asked me to make my self comfortable until a service advisor and a technician could arrive. Around 7:30am, Matt, a service advisor, asked me about my tire. He was friendly and professional. In just a few minutes, actually before I even knew it, the tire was fixed. I spoke with the technician, Ulises. He was also friendly and professional. He gave me the tire balancing weight that caused the puncture and had been embedded in my tire. Ulises also explained how he had fixed the tire. He used a plug patch combination. I needed just a little more air in the tire and Derek willingly, and efficiently, helped me out with that. I have now traveled over 500 miles on that tire and it is still holding air perfectly. I give Longview Auto & Tire my highest recommendation.

With having good reviews, I unfortunately did not receive a good experience- I called this morning by 8am and spoke with Matt. He said to bring my vehicle in around 9am, which I did and after giving them info I left. By 1pm I had not heard anything, so I called to check the status. The lady who answered said I was next in line, my vehicle would be worked on in the next 10 minutes. Now 4pm rolls around, I decide to just stop in to see. My vehicle was exactly where I parked it and had not been touched after 7 hours and a lie from the lady earlier! I will not be coming back for any of my vehicle needs, what a waste of time.

Bob, Sam and the tech doing the repair did so on time to meet a deadline for me to travel the next morning. They did a great job and the repair made a difference in a smoother and safer travel on the road. Thank you all!

Longview auto and tire is in a really good location, which is why I decided to give them a call to see if I could get my car in for an alignment. Unlike anywhere else I called, they were very polite, professional, and willing to help me out. I set up an appointment, and everything went very smooth, I was told it could take up to two hours, it was done faster then that. They explained how far my alignment was off before, and how much they corrected it. My car feels way better going down the road!! I would absolutely encourage anyone to bring their vehicle here, I am glad I decided to give them a call, and I think anyone else would be satisfied with the service they provide. I’m a customer service fan, I have zero complaints!!

The people are very friendly and they do good work. The wait time however, even with an appointment was over three hours. Be prepared to wait, or to drop your vehicle off and pick it up later. They also didnt have the filter in stock for our car. This added to the delay. They did give us a discount for our inconvenience, but this would not be my first choice for car servicing in the future.

We drove in, Reuben tested the battery we brought, found a replacement, carried it out for us, we paid our bill & were on our way within 10 minutes! Wonderful, prompt, courteous service! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

I was very happy with the service they provided on my car. I needed a big job done of getting my timing chain replaced, they quoted me less then other shops around, communicated with me every step of the way and even got it done faster then expected so we didnt have to cancel birthday plans!

Overall its been good. Ive been having work done to a 1990 suburban. One of the jobs was all new brakes, which they did a great job. I did have an issue when I picked it up. I looked under the hood and the cover was off the brake fluid resivor. Not a huge deal but it did concern me. Currently they changed the ac to R134 from R12. The cost was over $1200 with an estimate of $700. I didnt mind as long as it worked. It worked great for a week, till it leaked fluorescent green out of the ac compressor. I took it in this morning and the were able to get right on it. Im hoping for it to be ready after work. The shop also changed the head gasket and went through the top end of my 2014 Subaru wagon. Its working great!

I chose to give a 4 instead of 3 due to the kindness of staff while in store though my experience was a bit frustrating. Paid for 4 new tires on a Friday and was told to come anytime after 11 on Monday to have them installed. I called Monday morning to inquire about how long it would take and if there was a need to make appointment. I was told it would take about an hour and was a slow day a and no appointment was necessary. I arrived at 3:30 to be informed that deliveries from Portland did not arrive due to the frozen roads and my tires would not be in until the following day. Apparently, phone calls would generally be made to customers in that situation but the person who ordered was off that day. Much better communication needs to be prioritized between both staff and customers. This was my first experience with your business as I have always used Les Schwab exclusively and it wasn’t a great first impression. But staff was extremely kind and friendly while in store and kindness covers a lot of defects in my opinion. I will give another opportunity to have better quality service.

I bought some new wheels for my wifes van on Tirerack.com and made an appointment to have them installed. The installation went well and took about as long as any decent tire tire shop takes. The cost was a little higher than anticipated, but they did install new lug nuts. The ones Tirerack supplied were goofy and the wrong color.Now that know a good local tire shop Ill be using them for our other vehicles. Recommended.
