They offer propane service but apparently only when its convenient for them.

I came in with a flat and they took care of me very quickly and gave me a good estimate on mounting new tires. Very happy

After several years as their customer, they are my go-to when it comes to my car. From friendliness to exceptional prices, they provide incredible customer service. They have always been honest about my car and any repairs that need to be done. Or repairs that arent needed, in my case sometimes. when I think there is something wrong. They have always patiently answered all my questions and concerns. If you want someone you can trust, these are your guys. Your car will be in excellent hands.

You know how when you get food from gas stations the ends are hard. Well not here. The place is great, and the people are woundering.

They totally mis-diagnosed my truck. All they did was a scan and tried to say it was the computer. Got a 2nd opinion and actually saw the part and they were WAY off. Not to mention, the estimate they quoted me to repair my truck was outrageous. Ill NEVER go to them for any auto diagnoses again. Wont even buy gas from them because of their inability.

Good service station - Ive had cheap cars for years so they have been problematical to keep maintained. Jacobsens has been straightforward, giving honest estimates that they meet exactly, not recommending unneeded repairs but making sure that the really needed repairs do get done. They are excellent.

This place such a huge ripoff. I went in there the other day to get help with finishing an install of an ac unit. The guy wanted me to pull the ac unit out and take the belt off and wanted me to pay for a $650 dollar ac kit when i paid $350 for the kit i already had.I will not ever use or recommendThis place to get work done on a vehicle or even to get gas from. This is my own personal view and feelings as i went to quality care down on 15th across from jiffy lube and he helped me and only charged me $50 bucks.Buyer beware on this cheveron store

Actually negative 2. Was heading to the cost so thought I would try the film service for once and have them check fluids, etc. First I sat for ever waiting for someone to come. No one did so got out and walked inside to see if I needed to pay first, cashier told me to go back out there and they will come. So I did, attendant finally shows up and while checking oil, tries jamming the dip stick back in breaking off the handle. Long story short, the supervisor I called over, refused to pay for the new part, or fix it right than, and said its an engineering default and they arent going to do anything. I said unless you can show me a Chrysler recall you needed to cover your mechanics work. They still refused. Im still working on this issue.... Do not go there, they do not stand behind their employees work. That stick was jammed in so far we about didnt get it out.

Pulled up at 9:12pm, lights were on and someone was inside standing at the register. I tried the door but found it to be locked so I tried the other door, also locked. I looked inside and the guy at the register just looked over at me then went and turned off the lights! There was no, Sorry, were closed. or anything else, just turned off the darn lights and ignored me. HOW RUDE IS THAT? I walk with a cane so its not like it was easy getting out of the car and walking up there either! I looked all over but couldnt find the business hours posted anywhere.I think Ill ask the council if businesses are no longer required by law to clearly post their hours...
