I have received help from Stirling Honda a couple times now. The first time I needed to get my radio code and I couldnt figure out where to find, I called a couple places in town and they all wanted me to bring my vehicle in. When I called Stirling the receptionist was very helpful and was even able to find the code I needed. Just a couple days ago I went in to get my air bag change out because of a recall that Honda was doing. Both times the staff was very nice, knowledgeable and I wasnt even charged for their service. Stirling Honda is the only Honda dealer in town that I trust! Thank you Stirling Honda staff for all that you do!!

I love this dealership! I have bought three vehicles over the last ten years, and now my daughter as well. I have all my services done here and I am always happy, but today I was just blown away with their attention to detail. I needed to have a service done and they needed to remove the car seats. While checking out it was on my papers, then Morgan my cashier reminded me about the car seats, then Liz ran over to tell me about the car seats and then when I got into the car I see this note!! Thank you sterling Honda I have had nothing but amazing service but I have had the best service from jace, Robert, Liz, Morgan….

Jared was our salesman and very accommodating and he answered all our questions. If he didnt have an answer he immediately found the answer for us. Even after the deal was done and days after the sale he continued to accommodate us by answering even more questions. Nate our finance guy was very nice too. He didnt spend hours like other car dealerships to get our paperwork completed. We will be life long customers and have already recommended them to friends. These guys make you feel cared for and their deals are very fair.

It took me 2 days to find a perfect dream car. I live in Portland. Most Portland Honda Dealers want $2000 or more dealer mark up due to covid, demand and supply. I thought that was insane. I am glad that I was able to get on hold of Kris from Stirling Honda. I was able to get the color that I want and MSRP price was listed. We recently went into Sterling Honda interested in possibly trading our car in . We ended up leaving towards the end of the Negotiations in regards to a trade. The pressure was to much after we said we were going to lunch to talk about this and we’d let him know after lunch . We ended up walking out saying we would not be back and asking them to not call us . Well last Sunday the same salesman called us again asking if there was anything we needed . ???? We told them we wouldn’t be back. And we won’t go back there .

First time ever buying a car from a dealership. I wanted an suv, and needed a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive, and 3rd row. I didnt get what I needed, but I got an SUV, and the process was very easy, took a couple hours, but to be expected. I love my car, and will hopefully trading my car in next year for an suv with 4 wheel drive and 3rd row seating

I purchased a 2011 truck and was assured it was a clean quality vehicle as I was not given the inspection report or car fax upon delivery. I was assured it passed inspection and I would get a copy of both in a few days. I received the car fax days after the purchase only to find the vehicle was from Canada and its salt covered roads! I did not receive a copy of the presale/safety inspection report i originally requested. I took the truck to Midas to replace a rattling rear shock and they advised me to take it back to the dealer and show a manager all the rust underneath and in both rocker panels. I had already replaced the mirror blinkers, puddle lights, high mount third brake light, engine bay light, and rear sway bar bushings... all things that should have been caught upon inspection! When I brought this information to the service manager he apologized for the things that were missed and said the technician that performed the presale and safety inspection noted the rust but it wasn’t that bad. This information was not disclosed prior to my purchase and with no car fax or inspection report to look at I bought a vehicle riddled with rust! See pictures attached. The lower rocker panels are all rusty and bubbles are visible under the paint! Got an estimate totaling $9500 to repair all the rust! The driver side undercarriage has steel plates welded to it to support the running boards and are also covered in rust. I was hoping to unwind the deal or at least get Mr. Stirling to meet me in the middle as I paid full retail for this truck with the trust in the vehicle inspection and car fax coming back favorably. This obviously is not the case and Mr. Stirling isn’t willing to make it right. Be careful what you buy from this dealership and get on the ground and look underneath even if it’s raining! Trust is obviously not in Stirling Honda’s company mission statement! Now I have to retain a lawyer... at least I purchased a service contract so the “as is” clause is null and void and the implied warranty of Merchantability is valid! The vehicle must be “free of major defects and of average quality of similar vehicles available for sale in that price range.” It is not!

Tom is very courteous & helpful . However the cashier was rude, This along with the fact that I bought my car new there & was told I’d receive oil changes for the life of my car which was rescinded 2 years after my purchase gives me the idea perhaps I should take my service elsewhere. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a rude cashier. I bought this car new and tried to keep business local but Stirling Honda does not keep its word. The oil change was taken away when they were starting to expand

Everything was as smooth as usual. This was a routine oil change. I was a little early for my appointment but they took me in early. The car was ready - including the car wash - in less than an hour. I had some questions about my next service - at 120,000 miles - and Tom took the time to print out the cost sheet for it and assured me it could wait till my next oil change. All great.
