Great place to go for used parts and some newer hard to find to find parts really good prices and even better prices when they have sales going on I would recommend everyone thats in need of parts for newer and older cars give this place a shot its worth it

If you close your doors at 4:30 then your closing time should be posted at 4:30 so people don’t waste their time driving up here for no reason

Good efficient set up. One owner was very friendly and offered bottled water to cool down after being in the heat. Then other owner rushed me back out in the heat because of expense of paying employees. However, overall good experience. I will return the next time I need used auto parts.

Got all our stuff ready for the fill a bucket day and travelled 25 miles to pick. My son is 11 and was super excited for the adventure. Upon arrival we were told he couldnt enter because he wasnt 18. What a joke, Ive never been told this at any other yard. Me and my mechanic friends will go elsewhere at any cost. Way to ruin a Sunday morning, thanks pickers.

I went to the new Longview location on the first Saturday of their Grand Opening..I was there right before they opened up..upon opening I was greeted by the assistant manager Diana Davis with a HUGE SMILE and asking what kind of part(s) I was looking for..I told her and she went right to work locating the area in the yard where the parts would be located.Diana went outside and pointed to where the exact location(s) of the part(s) I needed,and off I went..the yard was extra clean and looked very safe and inviting !It had been raining for off and on a week,and I was expecting to be digging around in muddy walk ways and area around the vehicles,but I was surprised and very happy that it was not like that at all..there was concrete or rocks all around,so no muddiness anywhere !!This was I believe their second day of opening,so there were yard workers moving vehicles into their designated area(s),and they had a really nice selection of vehicles that actually had parts available,not a bunch of picked over junk and waste of time looking,so overall I enjoyed my visit there and will definitely be going back very soon after it cools off a little.Also Tara greeted me at the Pay window with a nice smile,and asked me if I found everything I needed,and looked at what part I got and the price,and had me rang up and ready to go within 2-3 minutes,telling me if I have any questions or need them to look up the price and/or need parts give them a call.Overall I have to give Diana and Tara,and the rest of the workers all a 5 star 2 thumbs up rating !! I can only guess that it has improved now that they are getting everything lined out their, and I cant wait to get back there soon !Ross K

What a great place to get parts! They print out a receipt so you know what row to go to. Reasonable prices and offer a 1 year warranty on the parts.

The new management is great. Very informative and helpful customer service. I know very little about cars but was able to get everything I needed and learn a few things in the process. For a modern day salvage yard this is probably one of the better ones

Online it clearly says this establishment is open 7 days a week. I called and no one answered, so I had a friend drive me from van to Longview to get that part I need for my car. They have a sign on the door saying that they are no longer open on the weekends, yet failed to update their online hours to notify the distant public of their changes. I work 6 days a week from 7 to 5 in van with Sunday being my only day off. I had to take today off of work to come to this place that is supposedly open 7 days a week only to notice they have failed to maintain accuracy on the hours listed online. Not only did I lose money from this event, I am thinking they have lost me as a new customer due to someone forgetting to update the online hours.

Diana was very knowledgeable at finding what we needed. Told us the exact location so we didnt have to hunt. When we need something else we will come back for sure.

Love this spot when I’m looking for parts for my vehicle. They almost always have what I need and the updated space looks incredibly professional and clean. Excited for them to get opened up again!

They have thief’s working there. the took 4 new tires off of my car and replaced all of them with old donut tires && collected on my insurance for $1800 and stole my tires . Not professional PAM is rude, no one new anything they tried to say someone stole them and they didn’t know who... THEY DID!! It should be against the law to take advantage of your JOB Title to get over on ppl & steal there stuff . And take advantage of the insurance so they can get a payout! Guess they must be desperate for money to do that to a 66 year old !!!

This place is so unreal. Ive been here at Joeboys waiting for 5 hours to get want I need. First I tried to use my credit card Diane said her machine was down and the store across the street was down also, but other customers where able to use theirs. 2nd: one hour later they come out and tell me it will be tomorrow before they could get my part. So I explain to them that was not the information I received over the phone and I do not want the part anymore and I would like my money back. After that another person comes out and tell me they would have my part out in a couple of hours.So I went to lunch came back set 2 hours and my part is still not ready.I finally go in and let the lady know I dont want the part and I would like my money back she apologized for the long wait and tell me it will be 30 more minutes. I tell her no thank you I just want my money back. She made ever excuse not to give my money back with that said it make me feel like the motor will not be good. While waiting an man came in and brought some with his credit card. Now am out of money. Then she want to give me an $50 credit. For the long wait. Am pray very hard for this.
