Showed up on a Friday morning when they opened with 2 people ahead of me. They were able to get my exhaust installed and I was gone by 9:30. Great pricing and service. The exhaust came with wrong hardware for the tips. I came back once I received the hardware and they installed/adjusted the tips. Will use them again in the further.

Took my 2021 Ram 1500 in this morning (3/27/2021) to have a Magnaflow exhaust put on. Their customer service was very nice, courteous and professional. Heres the deal. Spent $326 for catalytic converter replacement after they told me thats what it needed. Then they said its running better, but you need a tune-up, another $228. Nope, and no. Im not buying it, and its not running better. Then I asked for the old converter and they said all I could get for it would be $30-$40. (Which is still worth my time) I got $180 for that converter. That NO finishes it with ever going back.

I called multiple times and was told to come by later in the afternoon and they would be able to fit me in. I called back the first time and they said that they had over booked and would not be able to get me in that day. I showed up the other two days and was told the same exact thing. This place has wasted so much of my time and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially if they are limited on time!!!

The technician that was doing the job also took the time to show me what was being done and even recommended some options. I highly recommend the shop for your exhaust needs! They were ok but I had an alignment and my steering wheel still wasnt straight like its supposed to be so I have to drive straight down the road but my steering wheel looks like Im turning left all the time.

I got a full custom true dual exhaust with headers, amd they also did am alignment. They kept me informed of what was going on, and the shop did a great job.

Best place ever! My air conditioning wasnt working. Turns out it was air filters that cost $10 more than I had. They got them for me and put them in for what I had. Didnt charge me for labor or all the other things that was done . No other place will touch my car again!

They could not install my muffler wasted trip

My truck was making a sound that I couldnt track down. It was something belt driven and I had replaced nearly everything on the belt when finally I just decided to have it looked at. More than full time student and I work full time. When I got there they kind of acted like they didnt want to deal with it. A tech went outside with me to have a look and listen, when I popped the hood his first words were Youve already replaced everything we would. I told them to keep it over night and figure it out. I went out of town Friday morning and I was told I would hear something the following morning, Saturday. I didnt hear anything Saturday, I didnt hear anything Sunday. Monday morning I heard nothing so I called them. I happened to speak with a manager who told me they drove it and couldnt hear anything so they did nothing. I have a few issues with that. The tech had heard the sound when I took it up there so they did know what I was talking about. Second, even if they couldnt hear it just sitting on their hands and not letting me know over a period of days is terrible customer service and business practice. Finally, you really have to be deaf not to be able to hear this. If nothing else just drive up beside a wall and the echo will amplify the sound. First time and last time Im going here. If I had a choice I wouldnt give them even one star, they deserve zero,

I have used this shop extensively and despite spending TONS of money there theyve only successfully fixed the problem about half the time. The employees there have actively MADE FUN OF ME for things well beyond my control and have acted like all kinds of things were my fault. I would advise you to avoid these people and this business. They were my top choice for a number of years but Im not going back there again. The last three visits left my wallet drained but the mechanical issues I hired them to fix were NOT FIXED. 3 strikes, youre out, in my opinion. Most recently, the vehicle was actually WORSE when I got it back than when I took it in. On two occasions I had the suspicion that they charged me for work that they didnt even do.

I searched all over Longview for a weld in o2 bung and no one had one. I even searched for a nut with the same thread pitch at all your major home improvement stores even fastenal didnt have one. I asked if I could buy just the o2 bung so I could weld it on myself and they took great care of me. Would highly recommend this shop.

NOT recommended!My wife and I have had service here for years, never a problem. Well, that is over. I had a complete brake job done and there were problems from the start. The parking brake was not adjusted correctly so I did a minor adjustment myself. The major adjustment has to be made at the wheel with the drum removed. I thought when I had a free day I would make an appointment and have it adjusted properly.The brake couldnt wait that long so it just fell apart on the loop and created a heck of a noise as the parts fell apart inside the drum. I brought it to them and explained that the innards had come apart while driving.Upon inspection, the cable clip was deformed and unusable. The manager/owner said he would order one and make it good. Great!First, the part received was the wrong part. Then after several trips to have the repair done and multiple phone calls I was told that it is a dealer item. ??? So, order it from the dealer!To make a long and tortuous story shorter, The part was never received and the repair was never performed. I dont think the manager/owner ever planned to make the repair good. Its been months now and I have never been recontacted. Parking break unusable, and in Longview, where there are very few level parking spaces, there is a lot of undue stress on the locking mechanism in an automatic transmission.The good? Friendly staff and clean environment. The bad? Mediocre mechanics and deceptive attitude when it comes to correcting a botched repair.If you have a repair done and it works? Great!If there is a problem? Sorry, Youre on your own!

Had to get my 40 foot bumper pull RV inspected. Usually pull on side of building and they would take 2 employees to check it over, (lights, reflectors, tires, ect) but now I have to back the 40 foot trailer that is 8 foot wide into a bay so 1 employee can check it over.. said its the law now? Anyway they also do good exhaust and brake work.. even on old cadillacs!

I went in for a front stablizer install and they didn’t even put it on the right way the first time, had to show there people how it goes on and then they put it on again and took it right back off ! Even though it was right the 2 Nd time also charge me labor for it !!! They tried to argue with me when I told them it wasn’t right to charge labor and it’s still not put on !! I will be turning them in to the better business bureau since they won’t give me a refund ! Won’t see me or my friends back in there for sure !

I take all my vehicles here for all my exhaust needs, very quick to get you in and taken care of. Ive taken at least 4 vehicles in there without any appointment and usually dpend less than a hour there

For the record, I dont work there. I had dual exhaust with a Flowmaster muffler installed on my F150 about a year ago. Its been great. Dropped it off and they had it complete that afternoon. I had a hanger break, they fixed it on my lunch break. Great customer service.

My boyfriend’s “check engine” light came on so he went to get his truck looked at at Allstar Automotive, and they charged $100 to fix it. The light came on the next day, so he went back and they wanted to charge human AGAIN. So he took his business elsewhere and the new place told him whoever put on the part on didn’t replace it, they just patched it. Redicuous!!!!!!

I hired this shop to repair the catalytic converter and exhaust pipe (combustion system) on my 2004 Ford Escape pickup. I arrived from a mechanic friend. The repair was apparently successful, but there were some related problems later. The air conditioning was damaged and other parts did not work as the days went by. When I complained to them they totally evaded responsibility, they did not accept their faults and my truck is still bad. They claimed that they placed the broken pieces and nothing else. This workshop is absolutely useless.
