No complaints about the service at all but the fee to use a CC was my problem. I have no problem paying fees that I know about but I don’t want to be surprised with hidden fees. It was not ever mentioned on several phone calls nor was it posted in the location.

$40 for a repair, quarter size or smaller. Quickly made an appointment and got in.

Called a Monday to make an appointment for a Tuesday to fix a window chip mary answered the phone, when I get there mary seems to have an attitude, then she say appointment was scheduled for Wednesday because she didn’t have enough help. Waste of time.

When I got their they was ready for me, so I give them a 5 star, everything was good on my truck, the staff was friendly

Have used this shop several times for windshield repair and replacement (we own commercial trucks). They have always been able to work us in pretty quickly and their prices are fair. Definitely recommend.

We had a hexagon-shaped piece of glass shelving that had to be replaced for a large curio cabinet. I took in the partial piece of glass w a pattern drawn to complete the shape. They cut it for me and had it ready by the next day. They were very friendly and professional, and the work was fairly priced, as I had contacted a couple of other vendors for pricing. The piece fit perfectly, and we could not be more satisfied w our experience w Eagle Auto Glass!P.S. - They do more than windshields!!!

Tried online quote - no reply. Went by personally - they called several days later - a tech from another company was replacing my glass as they called. I figured they were not interested.

Great professional seevice

Eagle Auto Glass of Longview told me my cab brake light was leaking when actually it was the rear window. I poured water on where I thought it was leaking, not wetting brake light at all, and the water poured in. I called them and they stuck to their test results, that they say showed the brake light was where the water was coming in. I wanted to take the pickup back and show them, but they wanted me to make another appointment for a 5 min test. Not sure whats up with that, but I will get someone else to repair the window.

Called and left a message on a Saturday, they never called back
