Blake is a stand up guy. Very honest and professional. He does all kinds of glass work, but he also does window tinting as well. He is one of the fastest at it and is very quick. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a great job at a very reasonable price. Check him out I promise you wont be disappointed. He even helped me install my car audio system. Like I said he is a great guy. Go see him and I guarantee you that he will take care of you and you will be very happy you did.

On May 28th 2021 I contacted Crack Solutions in Longview,tx. I spoke with Mr. James to come to Center to repair my son windshield on his 2012 Mitsubishi eclipse. I paid them $275 by debit card he was suppose to come out on June 1st at 1pm and fix the windshield but he did not show up so I called him and he apologized and said he would come out the following day which was June 2nd at 10a.m. but again he did not show. I began calling and texting and their was no reply so than i drove to Longview and the building where their supposed to be located is vacant and the neighbors said its been vacant since December of 2020 finally on June the 3rd late that evening he contacts me back and says hes sorry again he will come out the next day and fix our windshield which is now June 4th i tol him at this point i do not want him to fix my windshield because my husband had found another company and all we want at this point is our refund. So he apologized by text and stated he would refund my money by 7 to 10 business days which now it has been 11 business days and i been calling them for two days asking about my refund of my $275 and he will not even answer my calls ate my text and respond to me so at this point im going to police station to file fraudulent charges cause i refuse to be scammed like this.

They are awesome!!!! I called about a nick in my windshield and they were available to fix it immediately while I watched. Very courteous and price was good.

This is an edited review:My wife and I both needed windshields replaced about 6 months ago. We made an appointment for both vehicles in the same visit. We were told it would take an hour or less to do both vehicles. After waiting for about 3 hours my wifes car was done, (with stringy black glue stuff all on the dash and seats) however, my truck that they had already removed the windshield from, would not be ready till Monday afternoon (this was on a Saturday) because they did not have the correct glass. So, I had to take a day off of work on Monday because I was without a vehicle. I got a ride to Longview (from Gladewater) on Monday, around noon, so I could wait for my truck to be ready because they promised it would be ready by noon. When the glass delivery came in, (around 4pm) they STILL did not have the correct glass! Blake said it was something about using the part number from the vehicle manufacturer instead of the part number from the glass manufacturer (basically that he ordered the wrong glass twice in a row). He said they would deliver it that night around 10pm. They never called and at 1145pm I called and they said they would be there in 15 minutes, 45 minutes later they text me to call Blake. Blake asked if he could bring the truck by later tomorrow and I explained to him that I work for a living, and I need my truck. He delivered it at 230am. I noticed, after the truck was FINALLY delivered that the registration sticker that was on the windshield was for a different vehicle. Ever since they changed the glass it leaks whenever it rains. Their work is sloppy, they are incompetent, and unorganized.

Took money; stopped answering phone calls. Scams, thieves, con artists. Good thing I have been a paralegal to several attorneys; I guarantee this business won’t be around for much longer. Too much going on in the world today, to take advantage of people.

Professional work at a reasonable price. Dont go waste your time somewhere else.

I was in a bind after my windshield was cracked. I was being told over $400 for a new windshield. I e-mailed to get a quote and see how quickly I could get my car in. Whitney responded within hours, and I called the next day, and brought my car in a day later. I could have brought my car in the first day. After some miscommunication on my part about my vehicle having lane departure, when I brought my car in, he told me he didnt have the proper windshield glass because I offered confusing information on my vehicles lane departure function. A lane departure windshield glass would have cost me $450. He offered to use the glass he had, and charged me $225 less, and Whitney made the lane departure function work. Because I thought I could pay on a card, he offered to charge me $25 less to get cash out at an ATM across the street. This place was very professional, and did a great job on my windshield and with the lane departure system. Whitney was so nice. My daughter commented on how nice she was. Thank you Crack Solutions Auto Glass for replacing my windshield so efficiently, quickly and professionally for a great price.

I chose Crack Solution based on the price and the reviews however when I picked up my vehicle it was not what I expected. My molding looked chewed up to which I later found out that their dog actually did. Instead of coming to me and saying that and ordering a new molding, leave the window out and wait. they attempted to just glue the heck out of it. I ordered a new molding and set up a new appointment for 9am. I took the day off to do this but when I arrived no one was there. Tried to call but just went to voicemail. I couldn’t leave a message since they don’t have one set up. I finally got a text from them 45 minutes later letting me know they wouldn’t be there until 11am. I had already called another shop to fix the issue since I wasn’t having a good feeling about the repair. Cheaper is not always better. Honesty is the best policy.

Replaced my Cracked windshield. It is not completely sealed & they have not returned my phone calls or texts. Now I have to take my vehicle somewhere else to get the job finished.

The guys were super nice and worked quickly. It rained on my way home and I had no issue with leaks or anything. Also, I got to cuddle cute doggos while I waited and thats always a plus.

I went in for a side window to be replaced. That got fixed but in the mean time a piece from inside my door got broke. All I heard was Im fixing to, Im fixing to. Well it took them a week to get the part. When I was told it was done the window only went half way down and I was going down the road the door came open and nobody was in the passenger seat. Go back to get my truck and it would lock. Yeah i was very upset. I will say that I will not go back

My husband and I brought in our vehicles on Saturday, after waiting 3 hours we were told that my car was finished but my husbands truck was not because they ordered the wrong glass. They had already taken the glass out of his truck. They told us to come back Tuesday afternoon. After waiting a few hours on Tuesday they said that it wouldnt be ready until around 4. We called at 4:45pm and they said it would be ready in 5 minutes. We arrived to the owner screaming on the phone because the glass that he had just told us he was installing was NOT actually there. He told my husband that he would get the glass and deliver the truck to our home by 10:30pm. At 11:22 they said they were leaving in 15 minutes. At 11:54 they text us and asked us to call a guy named Blake. Blake tried to delay the delivery again. But instead he finally brought the truck at 12:30am. We asked for a partial refund, they refused. I am so disappointed with this company. So unprofessional.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is definitely the place to go in Longview and surrounding areas for your auto glass repair needs . The owner was amazing he got me in at almost 10pm just so I wouldnt have to spend the weekend without a glass, and was 30 bucks cheaper than anywhere else . That was the first time I went . Since then Ive been back twice once for a chipped windshield that he repaired and warrantied and once for my daughters side glass that got broken into . All three trips were after hours and still cheaper than anywhere else !

Had a small crack in the windshield and it spread pretty quick so I called around and got prices and crack solutions had the best prices in town. They also did a great job and and I was in and out in no time. Great servce!

I got lucky when I called this place. I made an appointment and they actually called me and said that they were ready for me earlier than my appointment. I drove on over and they got right on it. I think I was in and out within about 30-35 minutes.They were extremely nice and they got me taken care of.I will definitely be going back anytime I need a chip repaired or a complete replacement like I did today.

I had called ONLY 1 time to get an estimate on a window and get gave it to me and told me to call him back if I was going to go with them and I totally forgot that He himself called me! I loved it! His response was very professional!

Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They were to replace my windshield on my SUV. They scratched my paint in numerous places, they ripped the material on the inside of the windshield, bent moldings (which they replaced, but not well), they installed rain sensor incorrectly so it won’t work, the windshield leaks air and water....I could go on and on!!! I ended up suing them because they refused to fix my SUV. I won the case, but only received a fraction of the cost to fix my vechicle.

Aside from breaking my USB stick, not attaching the rearview mirror stuff properly, and breaking the hood grounding cable he did a great job rather quickly and for a decent price. Id go again Ill just be doing a more thorough inspection before I leave.
