Went to get quotes, friendly staff and very thorough. I would recommend it. .......a month later I went to get my windshield replaced today. I live in Marshall, TX and had gotten quotes around my area. Still ABC auto glass offered competitive prices, I didnt mind driving to Longview to use their services. They were great and timely, I am very satisfied with the outcome and the amount of time that it was done in. I highly recommend this place.

Had pea-sized chip on my windshield. Technician looked at a chip in my windshield glass and said he could have it fixed. After a minute or two with the vehicle, he informed me that he cracked my glass. The first thing out of his mouth was that he applied too much heat and pressure, basically admitting that he didnt approach the job with caution. When I looked at the car, he had a heat gun pointed at a glass with a vice fixed to the corner of the pane. Additionally, he said that he was supposed to inform the customer of the risks of working on chips near the edge of the window to get me to agree to the level of risk Id be willing to accept. He made no effort to make me aware of this. After speaking to the manager, I was informed that I could get a discounted replacement of the windshield at a cost of nearly $500, despite the two serious mistakes by the technician which has sent cracks across my windshield. Do yourself a favor: if you have a small chip, go to an auto parts store and buy a $10 kit and do it yourself.

Had a side window broken on my vehicle. ABC was able to get it fixed the next day, and also was able to add tint. Reasonable prices, quick service and helpful!

I ordered a windshield and made an appointment for installation for the next day. When I arrived, they told me the glass had not come in. I had left my phone number for them to call if a problem arose but they didn`t. They told me to come back in 4 hours and they would have the glass. I live in another city but I said I would be back. I called before going this time and they said the glass was in but not the molding. They would try to get the delivery driver who had just left to come back with the molding and that they would call me back in 5 minutes. About 45 minutes later they called and told me the driver didn´t have the molding but they would try to get it in by Monday... this was Friday.

Fixed the passenger side window that would roll down but not up. Turned out to be the switch on the driver side door. I was in and out in 25 minutes.
