GT has handled to collisions for my Kia Sportage and been absolutely amazing both times. They go above and beyond handling all of the insurance details down to arranging a rental for me. I even kicked my car up to find they’d detailed it inside and out and put gas in my tank. I can’t say enough about them! Hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I do need body work done again there’s no one else I’ll use.

Tate, Ian and Amy Were very professional and helpful when looking to fix my vehicle. Recently had backed into a tree and had damage done to the rear bumper. They helped walk us through the claims process with Geico, getting us a vehicle from Enterprise and taking care of my vehicle while it was in their hands. They were fast, courteous, professional and I honestly couldn’t be happier. All they did was work on the rear end of the vehicle yet, took the time to detail the entire vehicle inside and out. This is the second time (unfortunately) that Ive had to take my car into GT and even though I live in Portland, I will still drive the hour to support this business!Not only do they have the cleanest body shop Ive ever been in, but the staff here are very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. They even shuttled me over to Enterprise to pick up my rental car!Specifically, Ian helped me with everything I needed to do, starting with my car insurance claim. Ive learned now that car insurances like to give you the run around so having GT work with my insurance company was especially helpful. Ian kept me updated with any changes, answered all of my questions and made the whole process seamless!When my car was finished, I barely recognized it! It was completely detailed inside and out. It no longer smelled like ketchup packets and gym clothes and the exterior looked FLAWLESS. Ian went over all of the repair documents and warranties with me. They even included this sweet calendar magnet inside. Just what my fridge was missing!If youre looking for a body shop, I HIGHLY recommend GT Collision Center.

I was recommended to use GT Collision for a fix to my Dodge Ram pickup from a tire blow out on I5. The staff here was extremely helpful in coordinating everything with the Insurance company and being from out of town they went above & beyond to help me and answer all my phone calls keeping me updated with the insurance process. Although I did not end up getting my truck fixed due to the insurance totaling my vehicle they handled the whole process seamlessly.

Ive taken my vehicles to GT many times over the years, and I have to say I wont trust anyone else. GT and their staff always make the coordination as painless as possible by dealing directly with the insurance companies (whether mine or the other parties), and dealing directly with the rental car agency. They are very knowledgeable, and if they can find a way to save you a buck, they will. I brought my Subaru Crosstrek in for front passenger damage after an elderly gentleman pulled out in front of me. Gene, Tate and the crew at GT were not only great to work with, they did a fantastic job repairing the vehicle.I also had them straighten out my driver side door that was sagging a bit, as well as buff and polish the paint.The car looks brand new. It was repaired perfectly. All the lines are straight. My drivers side door shuts cleanly now (no more clunking sound when I close it from the sag) and whoever buffed out the paint did a 10/10 job.Highly recommend.

Just got my car back from Northwest Auto Detailing (which is owned/operated by GT Collision). I am pretty disappointed. This was the first and last time I’ll ever use GT for anything. The $250 detail was horrible. Mud still packed in the mud flaps, dirt/grime buildup still in the center console, window streaks (like they were windexed in the sun; which everyone knows doesn’t work), swirls and residual wax left from the orbital, door pockets full of gunk in the bottoms still, melted candy still in the door handle...I could go on and on. I expected at least a good of job as I would’ve done.

Unbelievable start to finish!Tate & Amy know customer service and how to make someone feel special. This is the kind of service I recall from years goneby. Thanks to them, my car repair was a breeze. Amy arranged for my rental car and even got me the same make and model as my own. Repairs were expertly performed and done in a timely manner. And then... it was time to pick up my rig. First of all, I didn’t need to bother with returning the rental car ~ GT took care of that for me. How nice! And then, imagine my surprise to find out that besides repairing my bumper, they had detailed my entire car too! Just beautiful, every square inch of it. My rubber mats look brand new, as do my wheels and tires. I felt like I was driving a brand new car. I’m so thankful to have an establishment of this caliber right here in a Longview. Thanks to the entire crew at GT Colision for making both my car and me smile!

We recently picked GT Collision to repair our 2015 Nissan Murano, it suffered a damaged rear hatchback in a rear end collision along with a damaged side door. They did an awesome job and while it took slightly longer for the repair it was done perfectly an with OEM parts! Perfect fit and the paint job is just like new. Thank you to folks at GT Collision!

After getting hit on Christmas Morning, my wife and I didnt have any idea where we should take our Yukon for repair. Having grown up in Longview, Ive had first and second hand experience with a lot of the competition. None of which were all that positive. Instead of falling back into that trap, we decided to poll our family/friends on Facebook. A bit surprised with the results, the overwhelming winner was GT Collision Center - with whom I had no experience. So after a quick search for online reviews (which were equally impressive), we decided to give it a shot. I cant express how pleased we were with that decision. Not only did they complete the job earlier than anticipated, they used factory parts and the vehicle was flawless upon return. There was one small hiccup after getting the rig home, with a battery cable that hadnt been secured properly. We didnt realize it was such a simple fix, so had returned the rig to GT for diagnosis. They had someone give me a ride to/from my house to drop-off and pick-up the vehicle, which was in the shop for less than an hour when they discovered their mistake. It was corrected free of charge and hassle, with their sincerest apologies. I hope were never in need of a body shop again, but if we are, GT will be our first (and only) call.
