Very helpful if I came in looking for a knife a particular Knife it was a USMC K bar They didn’t have it but the gentleman ordered it for me it came in the exact day and I was more than impressed with the quality of the knife and the service that I received I will absolutely buy more items from this pawnshop

The people here made my first experience a great one. I knew going in there I wouldn’t get nearly the value of what I was bringing in but the very friendly customer service was well worth the visit.

This place is great! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are pretty fair. The only complaint I have with this store is some of the time when they purchase an item from me I get told that they are only going to sell it for a certain amount and later when I see the item Ive sold them for WAY MORE than what they said. I understand that they need to make a profit and there is costs to run a business but dont lie or take advantage of people. Obviously when you take something to a pawn shop you need the money and are pretty desperate, so the only thing I would ask or like to see changed is for them not to low-ball people. I do recommend this establishment and give it 5 stars. The low-ball offers are not all the time and they do negotiate with you and ultimately you dont have to take what they offer. Again they are a great, friendly and knowledgeable establishment! Keep up the good work and thank you!

Best deals in town in my opinion

Fair and honest. Been gong there for years. Great owners, staff, and prices. Large selection of tools at great prices. Dont hesitate to ask for a deal, but remember they are a business.

This pawn shop is outstanding! They are very kind and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help me find the best gift for my wife in my budget.

Best pawn shop in town without question. Better prices than than the others by a fair margin, will consider loans on items the others wont touch, and they will work with you if you are late (call before times run out), or when making purchases (with cash), and they will even get in touch to let you know your contract(s) is about to expire.They have a Mom & Pop atmosphere, and are friendly, yet not pushy. I highly recommend this shop.

If i could rate a 0 i would. They say they close at 6 and i got off work, rushed there in which i arrived at 557. I was out of gas and had to get home which is in Vancouver but the duschbag wouldnt help me cause it would have taken 5 minutes even after i begged and told him i was out of gas. He didnt care. All he could think about was himself cause he probably had the gas to get home but im stuck un longview with no food gas ir any way to get home. Ive never experienced sych selfishness and horrible customer service in my life. I even tild him id take 5 dollars for the 300 dollars in tools that i had so he wouldnt gave to look them up but ge just shut the door in my face like a little duschbag. Im going to make it my mission ti spread the word of this horrible place

There willing to help when they can Ive dealt with them since they opened few years ago there a family business ran like it also courteous and fair like any pawn shop they got to make money to stay opened Im thankful they have made it through the pandemic hard working crew god bless you Gary and family

Okay this pawnshop has good stuff and Great people but Ive been shot down on stuff that I could have gotten wayyyy more out of. Ive spent two years in Longview and ive only managed to sell 1 to 2 things there. Sorry but Im not giving that many stars on this place but if theres a rating for people 5 plus stars

For those who dont know, this is one of the few pawn shops I have ever dealt with that calls you if you forgot a pawn, and isnt just there to rip people off. They also take things other pawn brokers wont consider.Only shop Ill deal with in Longview. They always give a decent offer and will work with you when they can.For those who complain about their offers, remember that you will only get a percentage of an average used price for a comparable item. As soon as you open your xbox or ride your bike its not new... no matter how good of condition. There is also the factor of how long will it take to sell etc, and lets not forget the lost interest if you dont pick up your item.Never had an unfair offer, and if i ask why they offer what they have, they usually break down the numbers for me. So.. yeah good people, good service, amazing variety of items for sale. check it out.

Good experience and fair pricing. Understand they need to turn your junk your pawning into a profit... if you decide to leave your junk then they have to find a buyer for said junk. That can take a while at most times. Like I said. Fair pricing and friendly staff. Thanks yall!

Great job with the response on the companys behalf that got you guys a new customer... for all you complaining they have overhead and money they have to make per purchase thats what a pawn shop does... if you want top dollar then you better learn how to become the first person to be able to buy and resale to make big money...

This place is awesome its family run and they treat you like family. I would recommend this place in good conscience five stars.

I went into this location one time and Id never go there again nor recommend it to anybody. I walked in and I walked right out. No one said one word nor greeted you. Overall, the customer service was bad. Cluttered, messy and unorganized. I saw workers just standing around and instead could have been making things look neat and maybe coming up with better ideas to organize the store. Yuck!

I have been doing business with this place since they opened up the staff theres very friendly very courteous and very polite they are very fair on the prices and they are more than willing to work with the person I would recommend this place to anybody who either wants to pawn something or wants to buy something

I love this place, they take in more then just the normal pawn shop stuff so I can always find something. Also, they are quick to make a deal on something which I like.

Staff are great and the inventory good they always make me deals when I come in here they have some really cool one off items in here at times compared to other shops in town.

(items are sold as you see them if the item wasnt sold with an antenna for example that does not constitute broken as the item was sold as it sits on the shelf)If the item did not turn on that would be a different story altogether, and we would definitely return the item, as long as the original receipt was provided, and the item was not originally sold As-Is. (and it was within a week)If you believe that we went against policy and didnt return your item even though you had the receipt and we verified that it was not working, please come back in and we will attempt to make it right.PS. (if you were the gentleman who tried to return a Dewalt radio because it did not get reception out in the country I am sorry but that does not constitute a broken piece of equipment as it functions perfectly fine in areas where there is radio reception.)

I would give this shop zero stars over priced the most the staff I delt with have no idea what the worth of an item is and they over charge for items the PS4 is 250 and its 250 new at Walmart yup rip off they had a mountain bike on display for 300 it was a nice bike I talk them down to 150 because the breaks were badly worren and almost bald tires I said I like to shop around found the same exact bike Walmart 149 a dollar less and it was brand new. If you want fair price I found a shop right down the street they have educated staff that can help . And most of the good reviews this shop are from there friends and colleagues and there familys to boost sales dont get ripped off.

Absolutely rude . We will not return . Sucks they got 300 of our $ . I doubt theyll be around much longer ...we bought a ring a Lil over 4 months ago but my ring that was supposedly black Diamond chips along w other diamonds in it and a little broken diamond center piece Wich broke after 3 weeks ...I was now told its garbage worth .25 for real buddy. ..their crooked and PATHETIC in running that garbage sale oops garage sale they have ...he also had the nerve to tell me to drive safe ...yea thx was trying for help for gas d*** ...I extremely extremely advise you dont spend even .25 in there on a hot whells? Omy hahaha pawn shop alright

Called in girl I talked seemed stuck up asked her about an air soft gun and she said they arent paying good on them I continued to say you guys must not have much in the way of stock then when it comes to quality and she comes back and says we got one with a silencer on which if you know anything about them youd know that dont much lol it became obvious they had little to no knowledge of said item so I simply said no thanks and hung up.

Took my laptop in for pawn and was offered only 10% of the refurbished cost!! The ladies here were rude and obviously couldnt even do simple math!

DONOT SAT BEHIND THEYS 7DAY REFUND .THE RADIO WAS BROKE I TOOK IT BACK ON THE 3 DAY, NO REFUND WONT GO THERE AGAIN.
