DO NOT trust this location with Amazon drop offs or any other shipping for that matter. I dropped off an inflatable paddle board return I had a QR code for and the kid at the counter put the label on a package that contained a comforter rather than my paddle board and I was charged $300. If you do make the unfortunate decision to use this location make sure you verify your package is labeled properly. It amazes me how this place is still in business after how many similar incidents like this are noted in the reviews. I’ve been to this location multiple times over the past year and not once was there a manger or owner present. Store is a complete disaster maybe a change in owner or management will do this location well.

Always super nice and professional. I often see other customers come in and be total Karens, and the employees always handle the situation very well. They shouldn’t have to deal with it in the first place, but they do great when it does happen. They always get me taken care of quickly and efficiently. Never had a problem here with anyone. Except other customers. If you go here, be nice. Seriously.

Weve used this store previously and found it to be expensive but for the most part efficient. I called there today seeking information on a business solution. When I called there was no answer and eventually I got a menu to which I was prompted to press 1 for a quote. The system then asked for the extension for the party I was trying to reach. Not knowing what to do, I hit 0 (zero) for operator which didnt work and I was back to square one. And on the subject of back Ill never be back to this dysfunctional place again.

Several months ago, my husband dropped off a package to deliver to our friend. When he came home, he mentioned that the guy at the counter made a comment about the box we used for the package, an ASUS box. Jump ahead to a week or two when our friend gets the package. He opened it to find a tube of AXE gel & a bottle of Zinc pills!! We shipped a GPU! My husband then went in to talk to the manager of the store about this. They promised monetary compensation for the loss. The complaint then got moved up the chain and we havent heard from anyone since then. We have been waiting since APRIL 2021!! Do NOT deliver your packages through this store! The employees will steal your stuff.

This place is a disaster, I’ve had a mailbox with them for two weeks and attempted to use it for an Amazon order. I have confirmation from Amazon that it was delivered, it has been a week and still this UPS store cannot find my package. When I go in and ask if they’ve found it the next few minutes consists of them glancing through stacks and stacks and stacks of boxes piling on the floor. I’m not kidding, floor to ceiling boxes. How they keep anything organized is beyond me. I’m sure my package is stashed on a shelf under a million others that “haven’t been delivered”. Manager needs to get organized, it’s embarrassing.

The staff made it quick and easy to come and ship out a pair of shoes from finding a good box, packing it and printing out a label for it they indicated my tracking number and I was able to track it the next day. PHENOMENAL SERVICE.

What a waste of time. Yesterday (Sunday) I submitted an order online to have my wedding invitations printed here. The online system said theyd be done by 2:00 today because they are closed on Sundays so at 1:45 I called to make sure my order was ready for pick up and they said yes, come on in. At 2:45 I came to pick up my order and it hadnt even been started. I had to wait while the guy printed out my invitations on regular old printer paper. When I told him they needed to be on cardstock and thats what I paid for, he said they dont have that in stock and that Id have to go somewhere else. I cant believe I even called to confirm the order and they said nothing about not being able give me the right product, and then they tried to give me something that wouldve cost a fraction of what I paid in advance.

These guys deserve more credit, its not their fault that they are the only UPS store within like 40 miles. Its busy and a little messy lol, but they obviously work hard and have always served me with professionalism and friendliness. So far despite how busy it is, theyve never had a single error in my returns or printing requests. 5 stars for you guys :)

Terrible service! I dropped off stuff to be shipped 8 days ago. I didnt get notification that it had moved so I went to the store. My stuff was still sitting in the back, not boxed or shipped yet. They said I couldnt get a refund since a label had been printed.

This is an understaffed, overly busy, nightmare of a store. While the week after the holidays is expected to be busy, piles and piles of boxes in the lobby area is unprofessional at best. Should a package you ship from there get lost, good luck having them help you - the folks on the phone are not equipped to answer any questions.

This store is extremely busy. It would be nice to have a few more locations. I use this store frequently at least 3-4 times a week. Jocelyn is always so calm even if she has people out the door and down the sidewalk. I see other reviews that service is horrible but I dont think its so much the service. The issue is we need other UPS stores servicing the surrounding towns. It would be nice to have another location close to I25 .

Scheduled an appointment. Waited in line for 45 minutes while one employee slowly assisted customers, many of whom she turned away because we cant charge corporate accounts here. Once it was my turn, I was told their system doesnt allow appointments because it is a franchised location, and that the appointment I made would have only worked at a corporate office. What?

Completely dishonest service! I needed to print a 2-page pdf that should have cost $0.24. The ancient printer couldnt read my USB drive, so the worker told me I could use the computer station instead. What he didnt tell me is that there is a $3 charge to use the computer. If you need to have a document printed, make sure you order it online so there arent any hidden charges.

This place has the worst service known to man. I recommend literally any other delivery service. They will delay, then leave a sticker without trying to reach you. Then make you wait 2 days and go to an access point for something you should already have. Absolutely terrible. Worst delivery ever.

This store is a nightmare, a nightmare with a capital N.IGHTMARE And I have visited 3 or 4 times. A) there is always line out the door B) there is only one customer service rep and the others are doing something in the back C) there are packages ALL over, I was really concerned about leaving my Amazon package return there, because with the way the kids and the store looked I had no guarantee. Maybe you need to retrain the staff, hire more staff, but this place is horrible. I wouldnt recommend anyone come here

Awesome service. I had to ship some packages international, freight, and few within the state. I called them at first, they helped me with the prices on the phone. All I had to tell them was country it was going to postal code, name of city, and postal code. Size and weight of the package as well. Went shipped it, It was delivered faster than expected shipping date.Thank You so much!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOU WANT UPS SERVICE. I stood in line to return something to a manufacturer. I told the clerk (Shree) that there was no hurry; I was fine with it getting there as slowly as possible. A few days later I went to the UPS tracking service to see if my parcel had arrived. UPS said I didnt have a valid tracking number. When I looked closely at the receipt it said Priority Mail. Without telling me, UPS had sent my unimportant package via USPS Priority Mail. The only tracking available is to a post office near the manufacturers address.I went to UPS so that I could have proof that my package was delivered to the manufacturer. I could have stood in line at the US Post Office if that was the service I wanted. And I never would have requested Priority Mail for this package. Now I know why it was so expensive to ship a 6x6 very light box! I hope UPS enjoyed the profit they made on me this one time.If the UPS store is going to send something via the USPS, they should at least tell you thats what theyre doing. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

We have been customers at the UPS store in Longmont for over 3 years and rely on them for our mailing services. The store is always clean and the staff is courteous and knows us by name. In particular, Erin, the store manager, has provided the most excellent customer service. She helps us get our mail when we travel or have large packages to receive. We have always been happy with the store and wont switch back to our neighborhood postal delivery. The peace of mind knowing that our packages are received and stored in a safe location is very important to us.

Service is fine there. I needed to send several letters and line is always short and staff is friendly and polite. Watch out the prices, though: the starting price for small international parcel was estimated at $115. Shipment cost me $23 for the same parcel at US Postal Office.

TERRIBLE service.Salesperson left me on hold for 15 MINUTES while she dealt with other customers who were coming in. I could hear every conversation, as all she did was put the phone down on the counter.I had to call BACK from my cell phone in order to get service. At which point, she answered...and then gave ME attitude when I asked about the rates she quoted me. When I commented about leaving me on hold...she yelled at me, giving me the excuse it was because she was alone in the store. Then, she YELLED at me regarding me questioning the rates, and said she would not talk to me, unless I stopped questioning her and calmed down.The charge in question: $410 to pack send an item I could have simply boxed myself for $20 (standard boxes are made the size I needed). In addition, there were fees on top of fees. The item was 4 in width...and she determined an 11 width was best. This dimension shot the fees through the roof for oversize.There was a total of 6 fees...service charges, materials, oversize, additional materials, etcSo,I took the item to the Postal Annex not too far away...got it packed and shipped for $165.Save yourself the headache of dealing with a girl who should have NEVER been in the customer service industry to begin with...and save yourself some money - take your items somewhere else.

Simple task... Forward an email to UPS store to print one page. After nearly 15 min wait, Im told I dont whats going on with the computer, you can go to the library and print it, that would be a cheaper route. What was going on with the computer was that the employee didnt have the password. Pretty professional!

I highly recommend the UPS store in Longmont. They were very friendly and helpful, packed my Christmas presents carefully to be shipped home after our visit with family, and the gifts arrived a day earlier than they anticipated and neatly packed. I was immediately impressed when I entered the store at how efficiently they handled each customer and knew many of them by name. This tells me they are satisfied repeat customers. Great job and I will use them again.

This place seems to have ripped me off a few times, before I noticed. I have, on multiple occasions, checked to see how much shipping would be on UPS online estimator, only to find this place charging nearly twice as much. I was told in the past when raising concern that the estimator is usually wrong.Today I went to go mail something via UPS, but was told I couldnt because it was to a PO BOX. OK, so they say it can be sent via USPS. Fine, but they wanted almost $80. I was told It will cost the same at the Post Office. Having read a few one star reviews of this place overcharging, I figured I go the Post Office and see what they say. The real shipping charge? $40.What the hell, UPS store? Looking back on the few times that I have used this place in the past, and most likely been overcharged, Im pissed. Folks, dont take this places word for shipping costs. Employees seem 2% friendlier than the poor folks at the Post Office, so 2 starts instead of 1.

Terrible!When they are running late on an order, they mark it as a delivery exception due to improper address to save face. This is especially frustrating when it happens on a Friday, meaning that your package wont be available for redelivery until the next Tuesday.The customer service rep confirmed that the address was correct and this was due to the carrier running out of time.Its amazing how over the years, UPS and USPS seem to have swapped in terms of reliability.

This place is ridiculous. I was there previously to get something notarized. I waited patiently in the long line. Then my frustration grew as the employee signaled people behind me to bring their packages up. After this happened three times I finally spoke up and asked why this was happening. The response was that notaries take too long and she didn’t want to make other people wait. I timed it, it took a whole 4 minutes. A person in front of me with a package took over 10 minutes. Just terrible service. And more recently, we went back to get something notarized. I was hoping the first time was just an off day. But nope, this employee forgot their notary book. Then proceeded to argue with us. I will never ever ever return to that place again. I will drive to another town if needed. That place needs a complete overhaul of management and customer service.

What is it with UPS and their tape/free label slips? Eye rolls and RBF every time at every UPS store. A little customer service would go a long way.I literally walked across the street to Ace Hardware and bought myself some tape out of spite for them.One star because i have google requires it but they are most definitely a no. 2.

I understand having to deal with angry customers and how stressful that can be, but please dont take that nasty attitude into your next customer experience. Both salespeople were resolving an issue with a customer on the phone that ended with ruffled feathers and I ended up getting shafted for it.Dropped off one package and needed an envelope and postage for my other package. Male salesperson seemed new and didnt know how to ring up envelope so female salesperson helped him, but misquoted the price of the envelope by $0.10. No biggie, corrected easily and moved on. Postage was a bit higher than I expected, but they were in a rush and so was I so I left it alone. I tried to use old gift card that expired and it didnt work so I used my credit card and asked the guy to shred the expired gift card. Female jumps in before he has a chance and tells me theres a grey bin in the back where I can shred papers for a fee per pound. I try to explain I just need the card shredded and she cops an attitude at me for interrupting her and not letting her finish her sentence. I just tell her nevermind and leave.Never coming back unless its just to drop off a package.

First, two employers got in an passive aggressive argument because one of them did not feel like notorizing our document and the other was busy doing her job. The employee helping us kept asking personal questions in rude ways such as why was I there if I had nothing to do with the documentation and rolled her eyes when we did not want to answer. We were surprised by shipping prices and said so, and she replied in a truly immature manner. The other employees just watched this happen and said nothing. I will never return here, I would prefer to stand in the lines at USPS than be treated in such an unprofessional manner.

I dropped some packages off at the store counter already prepaid. My customers a week later still didnt have their packages. I called the store to ask what happened as the packages werent even in the UPS trackin system. They said it was due to a hurricane to wait longer. I did. Still no package. Called the store again, they said that they did scan my package but it was not even in the UPS system so how could they have scanned it.? After going back and forth with them and UPS $200 in product and shipping fees has just disappeared. The guy at the store told me to make a claim on the package. Exactly how do I do that if they didnt even get it scanned so UPS says they never received it. These people are totally incompetent.

I routed a package to the here (instead of having it delivered to my house) so it was convenient. When I got there, they said that I owed a pickup charge of $10. I called UPS and they confirmed that there is no charge for this service.Rely on the reviews and be very careful what you pay at this location - based on my experience (and the other reviews), I would guess that they will try and take more than they should.

We purchased a box from them and paid them to pack a larger piece of art. The box they sold us was 3 wider and 2 longer than the dimension they quoted us on the phone and the dimensions written on the box so when we took it to be shipped we were charged $90 more than we thought it would be. Additionally, when the box arrived, the glass was cracked on the art. When I called the store to let them know the box was marked incorrectly they told me it was my fault for not measuring the box and were rude. Additionally, when I told them that the art was damaged they told me not their problem and take it up with UPS. A very bad experience, bad product, bad packing, bad attitude. Do not go here! They do a bad job and are completely unwilling to take responsibility for it! Next time well use the packaging shop near Hover and Ken Pratt.

This UPS has incredibley high rates and very rude service. I paid $60 to ship a very small package with fragile contents to a relative, and had the store pack the contents to ensure it arrived safely. My relative informed me that when the package arrived it was ripped and torn open. I called the store to request a discount since the package arrived in such poor condition, and the employee was extremely rude and refused to help. Very unhelpful service.

Ridiculous charges for printing a UPS shipping label. I went to the store with a prepaid UPS shipping label that had been emailed to me. I asked for it to be printed - took all of 20 seconds and they charged me $2.99 plus tax! Insane! I did the same thing the day before at FedEx, and I was charged 0.13. Next time, I know where I will go, and it wont be here.
