I would give them a big fat Zero as well, if I could. They are the worst company to work with. I have asked for their oxygen equipment to be picked up for the past 5 month of which we had three appoints they never showed up for. Definitely, go with another company !!!!

I would also give it a 0 if I could. Switched to this company by a recommendation but never received a firm quote or cost until equipment was setup. We cancelled after received the first bill. Made arrangements to have the equipment picked up, they never came. I called and was told it would be another month before they would pick up but we would not be charged. They finally picked up the equipment but continued to bill us. We paid the 1 month we had and used the equipment and I called and they said that we did not owe any more. Well 7 months later I received another bill for a different amount for a service date after they picked up the equipment. I called the number and they do not take calls but said they will call us back. Very disappointing that a company can be run this way.

Would give a 0 if possible. My mother currently has a oxygen concentrator with this company she received 5 years ago, they called to say that she had the option of keeping the oxygen concentrator and being responsible for it or returning it for a new one. They will not return calls, or respond to faxes. Insurance will not let us move to another company as long as she has this oxygen concentrator so we are stuck. Will be contacting a lawyer if i do not hear from them within a week.

Worst company I have dealt with horrible service always getting the run around haven’t had my cpap machine sent to me always giving excuses of needing prior authorization from the doctor or health insurance waiting since October for my machine now there saying in 2022

Id give 0 stars if I was able. This company is so very difficult to work with. Multiple calls for concerns which are never addressed. We have had to go pick up oxygen multiple times when a patient runs out. When oxygen services were discontinued took them over a month and 4 phone calls to attempt to get equipment picked up. Customer services lacking. Please choose a different oxygen supplier.

Not great service. Ordered medical equipment from them, waited 6+ weeks with no communication. Have called several times personally, my family has called. my doctor has called and still no progress. Went by the address listed on Google, and there is no office. I would recommend another provider, as this company doesnt appear to take health concerns seriously

My experience was having them almost run into me as I was making a left turn. Maybe they all need some of that oxygen theyre cartin around!! Learn how to drive!!!

No one ever answers the phone in the department I needed for a portable oxygen unit. One excuse after the next. Dr called them to give a Rx for me, now they refuse to return my call. Next call will be to a competitor on Monday. Good luck to you if you use them.

My sister had a major operation and is recovering at home. For a week, shes needed oxygen at night and has been unable to receive this service. While she continually is told the problem is Medicares requirements, every single point could have been handled IF shed been given complete instructions and information while still in the hospital, OR if Pacific Pulmonary took responsibility for facilitating its services rather than day after day giving her new additional hoops to jump through.

Ive had a concentrator with them for a few months. My delivery was on time, and their customer service always answered my questions..

It took a month to get an appointment for mask fitting, and then when I called local number it sends me around the country. The worst service ever, highly NOT recommended.
