Sukie and Patricia have helped my husband and I so much with our multiple moves this year. We moved locally and now were gearing up to move across the country. They both were such great help recommending different boxes and equipment. Our second move was definitely a lot easier because of them, and moving twice in 6 months has been a lot during this pandemic.

PATRICIA HAS SOME ANGER ISSUES !!!! She is super rude and unprofessional the way she talks to customers ... I have been using different u-hauls around the area for a long time and never did I have to write a bad review. not sure who is in charge of that place but that lady needs to be fired! Not surprised of the low ratings they have and looking at the reviews the only person people have a problem with is patricia of course !!

I needed a trailer for after hours pick up. They took my credit card over the phone and made the reservation, however then told me I’d need to speak with “scheduling” to find a location that could accommodate after hours pickup. I was on hold with scheduling for 20 minutes. When they answered, they told me that after hours pick up for a trailer was not possible. They wasted a lot of my time. They should have been able to give me that simple piece of information first thing when I called.

Rented a cargo van and when blizzard hit the day i was going to pickup, there was no problem in changing the reservation a couple of days later.Folks working there could not have been more friendly or more helpful.Cargo van was top notch, too!Also, WAY cheaper than Budget Rental.

Patricia and her team are amazing!!! OMG, moving day sucks, these guys made it 100% better! From expert level, fast and efficient customer service, best deal in town to bringing us cold water as we unloaded the truck... felt like a 5* resort rather than the uhual.... I know crazy...

That woman that I dealt with has a chip on her shoulder and is obnoxious know-it-all. Left there and went to the one on College in Ft Collins. Great customer service and a nice facility. AVOID AVOID AVOID
I was a satisfied customer until I ran across the owners daughter. The manager here is really nice, but she runs 2 places and cant be there all of the time. The manager always helped me until recently.God help you if you get assisted by the owners daughter. She messed up my account, refused to apologize, and then blamed me for the issues. Good thing shes got nepotism on her side! That would get you fired if it were anywhere else.After I posted this, she called me and was even worse. Shes so rude! I lowered my rating from 3 to 1 star. Calling me while she was upset only made a marginal situation into a deal breaker. Ill be moving my things out of this place. Im still waiting for that apology...
Wonderful customer service!! John (store manager) went above and beyond to get me a truck when another store did not have the truck that I had previously booked online. I highly recommend this location for ALL your moving and storage needs! As long as I am in Colorado and have moving needs, I will continue to give this location my business. Thank you!!!
I pulled after a 1400 mile journey, and what a great experience. I was given a storage unit in minutes, and allowed to unload my trailer while they did the paperwork. Extremely fast, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
Patricia and Jose are so friendly and accommodating! Great location right off the highway. They can answer any of your moving questions, offer suggestions, and will go out of their way to make sure all your moving needs are met. Moving is stressful, emotionally and physically. Came in around 3:00 pm on May 3rd. They were really short of the one-month free space so upgraded me. Really needed the extra room. Very friendly people. It was a a bit warm and while I was unloading the man came around with two bottles of water and a bowel for my dog!
Went to get a propane refill guy inside demanded I wear a mask, didnt have one, so I went somewhere else. I respect the rights of all businesses to refuse service and customers can also shop where they are welcome. Cheers
Patricia is out of control; rude, interruptive, and seems to get a power trip out of making simple questions difficult. On top of it all, she is sadly lacking in basic knowledge of the equipment she provides.See other reviews - Chanel Jordan, she hung up on you too? Brady Johnson, you had to jump through hoops, only to get no service? Amanda Glenn, she also outright refused to serve you? These are apparently common occurrences here. There is another Uhaul two miles north on the east frontage road. They are very nice people.However, if you have already had the misfortune of patronizing this establishment, and you have had a bad experience, you may call Uhaul corporate customer service. There are higher ups interested in hearing your story.
I received the most terrible customer service from the General Manager Patricia Lluveras. I made an online reservation to pick up two U-Boxes from her location. I put the address from the email confirmation of her facility into my GPS and drove there. When we arrived and told her I had a reservation for 2 U-Boxes, her response was no you dont, because I dont have any. I responded, with confusion, wondering why the online reservation system allowed me to reserve them at her store, if she didnt have any - - a query which didnt seem unreasonable, given the circumstances.She responded a bit condescendingly, that I should have received a text or email confirmation, telling me where I reserved them from. I told her that I did and asked my boyfriend to pull up the confirmation email since it was in his name. While he did that, I asked if she could pull up the reservation, hoping she could help us figure out what went wrong and change our reservation to Boulder since they were also open until 7pm. She told me it didnt matter because everywhere else was closed. (I know this isnt true because the Boulder location which was open to 7, was the other choice when I made my reservation.)I asked her again if she could look it up. When she did, the reservation said Fort Collins. I asked her if she could help me change the reservation and she told me, it wouldnt matter because everywhere else was closed and that I would just have to drive to Fort Collins. I told her that I didnt want to drive to Fort Collins (knowing that Boulder was much closer and open until 7pm). She told me again that all the other places in Longmont were closed. I responded that I didnt care if the locations in Longmont were closed (thinking we would change the reservation to Boulder) but before I could finish my sentence, she interrupted me to say that she wouldnt help me change my reservation because I was being hostile and told me to leave her store.I have never, in 36 years, been kicked out of any place of business. Nor was I being hostile. I was confused, both by the mistake and her lack of customer service skills because she wouldnt listen to what I wanted and was telling me it was impossible because everyone except Fort Collins was closed.So, Ive now driven 20minutes home to look up the reservation online, call the Boulder location, and am leaving now to drive to Boulder and pick up the 2 UBoxes. Below, is a picture of my initial confirmation email, which sent me to her UHaul Location.You would think as general manager she would be interested in the error that occurring in the online booking system and that she would have some genuine interest in helping me since I drove all the way out to her location due to an error that was not my fault. But, no. She was rude, unhelpful, accused me of being hostile, and kicked me out of her place of business, in front of my 8 year old child. A very upsetting experience for my entire family.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service! Especially from the new manager, Patricia Lluveras who has only been there a short while. I had been renting out there for about 5 years, but once she took over - I have since left and gladly pay $10 more a month for great service in town.She contacted me for permission to move my belongings so they could repairs on a unit next door and said she would take pictures and make sure all was ok with everything. After waiting several weeks for an email of pictures, I decided to check it out for myself. Our stuff was strewn all over the place with no regard for any of it and it was not put in the new storage unit anywhere close to the way I had it before. She is liar and will be nice to your face but DO NOT TRUST HER OR THIS PLACE!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
I would honestly give negative stars if it were possible, because the manager Patricia LLuveras is a real witch. Please read, I don’t want anyone to be treated the way Patricia has been treating me.Since I’ve moved in I began paying for 24 hr access with an electronic fob. I moved in 03/24 and did not receive my fob until 05/04. This was given only after I said I would need to call coporate because I had been told on 3 seperate occasions and the day I moved in - that fobs would be available in a week. They fail to mention that until you’ve already paid and need your keys :)Patricia claims to be the owner of the entire facility but as a business owner myself, I’ve never known one to go on vacation & leave new employees who can’t competentantly provide valid information to customers renting storage facilities.I haven’t even been at my unit for 2 months and when I moved in I was not told that the area was susetible to strong winds/dust/and dirt. Although now that I’m experiencing significant damage to my belongings, every employee even Patricia claims this is a common occurrence & they typically tell all customers. TYPICALLY. I guess while Patricia was on vacation she didn’t deem it important to first be sure her employees were properly trained. Shows a blatant disregard for her customers.I’m not upset with Patricia because she wasn’t onsite that day, rather at the bank giving us repeated 20 minute estimates - I’m upset because she has a strong disrespect for people who has payed to store with her.We were suppose to return to file our insurance claim, instead Patricia did it herself without allowing us the opportunity to finish taking photos of the damage. When she called the first time to let me know this, she kept mention how she couldn’t do anything to help me from here on out and it would all be through insurance. She just repeatedly mentioned how she could be of no help which is strange to me - why would she spend so much time stressing how unhelpful she intends to be. I politely mentioned employees should make customers aware of the dust and dirt situation & I was met with her bad attitude, excuses as to why it was my fault, YELLED AT ME, & she even hung up!How much more unprofessional can you be? AS A BUSINESS OWNER?Patricia mentioned I would need to call the insurance company as well, but could you expect someone who offers service like this to provide the CORRECT number? Of course not. I spent 2 hours on the phone with corporate yesterday filing for refunds, placing complaints, & finally the regional supervisor in Denver will be helping me with this issue.I will keep you updated on my insurance claim, movement to a different location, communications with Emilia about Patricia’s conduct & the status of my insurance claim.DO NOT STORE HERE! Plenty of other locations that care about their customers - THIS IS THE POOREST REPRESENTATION OF U-HAUL I’VE SEEN YET!!UPDATE: After speaking with corporate I was told units should not be susceptible to damage like this. I’m still waiting for my insurance claim to process, since then Patricia has sent me emails regarding late fees for my unit after my card was refunded by corporate because she somehow automatically charged it...even though I can’t move out because the insurance company won’t allow it until your claim is closed. Sent me 3 emails in one days regarding late fees, I can’t understand why this woman is so awful at her job. She claimed to be the owner, corporate confirmed that was a lie. Be sure to call corporate if she tries to give you the run around, she does not own the property.Finally received my insurance payment, never an apology from patricia. Seems like she would literally hide from me anytime I came by - probably never wanted to face the person she treated so poorly that corporate had to get involved. Not to mention the fact that she LIES ABOUT OWNING THE FACILITY TO U-HAULCUSTOMERS!! Beware of this facility, there’s plenty of other locations to choose from!
The manager and assistant manager are rude, dirty and we had to resort to calling the area manager to get our rental. If it wasnt for the kind hearted individual who helped us I would give this run down garbage trap no stars at all
Disappointed. Reserved a trailer, went in to pick and was asked for an additional phone number to verify my identity by the manager. Weird because he had my DL in his hand. I provided my office number which was promptly called (it was after hours in my office, no one answered). I asked why this was necessary and he replied he needed an additional number to follow up with if I didnt return the trailer. He then told me that he determined the reservation suspicious and said he canceled my reservation with a big smile on his face. Slimey, super slimey. I drove 5 min to another uhaul location where I was treated like a human, not questioned when I provided an alternate number and left with my trailer. Folks, there are several Uhaul locations in Longmont, steer clear from these folks as it appears the manager there is more interested avoiding work.

I have had storage there for years and in the past 4 months or so they call EVERY DAY when my payment isnt made on time. Ive asked repeatedly to not call, yet they continue to do so. I paid my payment and will be moving out asap.
