Our first visit to this store was last Saturday and what a wonderful experience!! We purchased a Minka ceiling fan for our bedroom and it is so quiet; has all the features we were looking for. 6 speeds, dimmable light, reversible, remote control and easy to install. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We didnt know until we were walking with staff member James (so he could load our fan into our vehicle), that Bill who had been assisting us is the owner. We visited the box stores that sell ceiling fans prior to coming to Lumenarea but didnt find what we wanted. No customer service at either box store. Highly recommend this business!!!

The only store I know that still has a good selection of lamp shades. Bill worked with us, even though we were unprepared with the correct measurements. Then, he helped us understand outdoor lighting regulations. Very helpful!

Well this was very odd. We have bought a number of fixtures and fans at Lumenarea. We really like the product lines and always found the staff helpful. We went in to look at some fans on 7/9/21. The store was well staffed. We walked around for about 15 mins looking at fans during which time no staff came up to us. No issue here. We then approach the desk and waited to talk to someone. We waited for about 15 mins. The staff looked at us numerous times but did not come over. One staff member was sitting right next to us with his legs up on a chair chatting on the phone. We finally ended up leaving. Very surprising and somewhat disappointing. Not sure what to think pretty out of character.

What a fantastic team. patient, knowledgeable, helpful, try and buy, and not just the fixture but had a tough time with bulb color and hue. over & under cabinet rope lighting, converted all can lights to LED, and we are moving on to outside sconces, etc. A class act!

Bob and the people who own and work at Lumenarea are the absolute best. My mother in law had a gas chandelier that had been rewired to electric which had been badly damaged and the glass arms broken. This was a family heirloom. Bob fixed this to be better than new. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I also have purchased lamps, lights, and ceiling fans there over the years and they have a unique selection of items. do not go to the chain stores where everything looks the same and the quality is usually not very good.

While I havent purchased here yet, staff was very polite and helpful. Answered questions and put no pressure on me. Just right on the customer attention. Ill be back as soon as Im in the house.

You will never find a better group of people or a better lighting store than Lumenarea. Dont bother going to Denver or elsewhere -- you can get it here. Bill, Julie and team are truly the nicest people to work with and go out of their way to ensure your experience is perfect. We have been using the store for fans and lighting for years and found always-consistent customer service and maximum lighting options. Their selection is always on trend. If you see something online, just ask and they can probably order it. Buy local! More importantly, they are friendly and always willing to assist in any way to make certain you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Lumenarea is a great store with beautiful lamps. We were looking for a lantern that was both a night light and lamp. When we couldn’t find what we wanted we talked to Bob Bauer. He said for us to bring in a lantern and he would evaluate if he could build a lamp to our needs. We brought the lantern in and discussed what we were thinking. When we picked it up we couldn’t believe how awesome it looked. The lamp turned out exactly what we had envisioned and more. He did an amazing job and his work was perfection. You would have never known it started as a lantern. We wIll always come back to Lumenarea for our lighting needs.

Wow! tons of selection! We were looking for ceiling fans and they had the broadest range of fans of anywhere we went. They even had catalogs we could mix and match from. The people were very knowledgeable about fans and about decorating. .Very helpful. Oh! and their delivery and installation policy cant be beat!

The entire staff at Lumenarea is amazing! We had a kitchen chandelier we purchased at a consignment shop that did not hang straight when we put it up in our new house. We loved the hand blown glass shades and worked with Bob to find a chandelier that matched our kitchen colors and would work with our 5 colored glass shades. We were extremely impressed with the expertise and care Bob put into modifying the chandelier to make it look perfect! He didnt make it just good enough. The chandelier looks like it was built to hold these colored shades. I highly recommend you check out Lumenarea for any lighting needs you have. They will help you find what you need!

Great customer service and selection (for all price ranges). Unfortunately we thought we would save some money and purchased high end ceiling fans from Home Depot. Did I say high end? They squeaked! So I had to pay to have them put in and then removed. We should have went to Lumenarea to start with. They guarantee their fans not to make noise. I had their electrician install them and I couldnt be happier. In the end the total cost was less than I spent at Home Depot (installing and removing inferior fans). I have never seen such a large lighting selection. Its a great place to look for inspiration for home home projects and they often have great sales. The staff are super friendly and knowledgable.

The folks at Lumenarea were great, helping us replace a broken ceiling fixture from the casing and a broken piece of the glass. They knew immediately what we needed, had a replacement in stock, and were able to take care of us quickly. We will be back.

We purchased all of the lighting for our new home from lumenerea. It is a family owned and operated store with exceptional service. The selection is great and diverse.

My wife and I bought a high end ceiling fan at the shop. We were originally looking on Amazon but wanted to see some of the fans in person. Luminarea sells a wide variety of nicer fans. We ended up buying a Monte Carlo fan that we didnt even see on Amazon.The sales staff were friendly but not intrusive. The variety of light fixtures made me want to start replacing the aging fixtures that came with our house.

Lumenarea is awesome! We needed light fixtures over our new kitchen island. We spent a lot of time looking at the numerous options on display in the store, discussing the brightness and quality of the light of different fixtures and bulbs with Leslie, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We ordered two fixtures and after seeing how great they looked in our kitchen, we ordered a third. The glass in the third fixture did not quite match the first two, but Leslie was able to sort that out with the manufacturer and, thanks to Leslie & Lumenarea, we now have three beautiful light fixtures to go with our new kitchen island! I learned this on my first visit there in November when I purchased matching lamps. I mistakenly chose a third party to ship the lamps back home; when they arrived destroyed by the process, Lumenarea shipped replacements immediately. I cant speak highly enough about the staff and service at Lumenarea. My husband and I purchased a ceiling fan from them and had problems with the fan not working after the installation. They went above and beyond to do everything they could to remedy the problem and help us get a working fan installed. You might be able to get a slightly better deal on Amazon, but its worth every penny to go to Lumenarea.

On February 12, I purchased a table lamp that had to be ordered. I was told that it would arrive within five to eight business days. Today, the ninth business day after placing my order, I called to see fi I could pick-up my lamp. I was informed that Lumenarea only placed orders on certain days of the week only. In my case, the order wasnt placed until February 15. I believe I should have been told this when I placed the order; the information I was given was mis-leading.While Bill, the person who took my order, was patient and helpful on 2/12, I doubt Ill do business with Lumenarea again.
