She made me an offer that was in my price range.I hope they attach those items so I can pick it up soon.I didnt realize it was so close to closing time. I’ve been taking my lawn equipment to Mac for nearly 20 years. Today my wife and I loaded my snowblower up to prep it for winter and drove from Windsor to southwest Loveland to continue providing business to Mac - they have always done an awesome job and I like to support small business. I was turned away because their new policy is they will not service anything other than the brands they sell.If you don’t have a brand they sell, don’t waste your time loading up your equipment to bring in here - they will turn you away.

So I fill my propane here. They have a respectful, polite and knowledgeable staff. Their price for refilling my tank ends up being cheaper than exchanging and I know there is at least 20lbs or propane in my tank usually plus some. I use quite a bit of propane actually and fill a couple times a month. There showroom is stocked with the latest in high tech lawn equipment. I would have to say they have the cutest robot lawn mower in there lol. You know like the vacuum. Great place, great service. Use Macs you will not be sorry you did.

Im sure that they dont care about this review, because they have shown that they really dont care about their customers. We used to stop at Mac literally every week to purchase equipment/supplies and get our equipment maintained. Our lawn care company has spent thousands of dollars with this company. Then the global pandemic hit, they wont wear masks or insist that their customers wear masks, There has been zero care and concern for the publics health. Zero compliance with government mandates. Their Loveland location is hosting a super spreader event today if youre interested. We have taken our business and money elsewhere. I highly recommend that you also take your business elsewhere

Ive worked with Mac Equipment for several years when I lived in Colorado. I now live in Montana and was looking for some solid, honest advice from someone I could trust on buying a new chain saw. I called and talked to Paul, all I can say is wow. I got exactly what information I needed about the saws I was contemplating and got educated on some that I knew nothing about. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, and even the things he wasnt sure of he had no problem telling me he would find out. Keep in mind he wasnt making a dime off of me, as Im going to buy a saw here in MT. If you ever have any questions and you want honest, answers from someone who wants to see you more educated and keep money in your wallet Mac has some of the best people for it, and Pauls got my recommendation to anyone!

We have a 10-12 year old riding lawn mower, which we had serviced here two years ago. Early August it had the same problem, where the belt kept falling off. We had them pick it up and check it out. After 6 weeks of waiting I asked my husband to check status. They said they would call him back. They didnt, so he called again. They had the part on order and my husband said to please call with an estimate. They didnt and today (2 months later) I got a call that the mower was ready. The bill was $630!! If we had received this as an estimate we probably would not have put that money into such an old mower, especially as we expect to move to a much smaller place next year.My husband called an spoke with the manager, who have us $100 credit for our next visit. I doubt that there will be one...

I deal with Ron and Chad (the premier mechanic that works on my aging zero turn mower). The store is well stocked with goodies if you own property and need to keep things functioning. It is clean and inviting. The work that I have done is maintenance although I have bought new items recently and intend to do so again. This is a practical place. It is stocked with practical items that would benefit anyone. Contractors especially love the place and are always there. Highly recommend.

I have a 13 year old lawn mower, it had never had a tune up, it was not running well at all. I brought it to Mac, the woman who helped me, wrote up my work order, she was very helpful, the fees were explained clearly, and the mower was ready in a week. It runs like new! And they cleaned it! I barely recognized it lol. I highly recommend Mac for lawn mower tune ups. Thanks all!

You lost me and my Business today as a customer. I need a few things not including the two chainsaw chains that i need, for well almost everything. A customer representative came over asked if we need help while he sold me on a peavey/log jack. I asked for two types of chain i needed if he could get me some or make them for me? Gave him the info for chain type/length and he told me i was wrong. I know what i need even wrote it down. I didnt even get to the point where i could let them know we needed yellow chain aka full skip vs. A safety chain. To say your wrong is poor customer service. I drove down specifically from Estes Park to purchase chain meaning more than just two, I use only three bar lengths same width same chain across the board. Sorry but i will come here no more. Thanks for the help.

It is unprofessional and unacceptable to not answer the phone. Some of us are over a 45 minute drive from your location and need to know if you have something in stock before making the trip. When you say customers in the store take priority you are saying youre too lazy to figure out a way to provide proper customer service. Youre also saying you dont care that you have a customer with a broke down piece of equipment thats not making them any money. Figure it out.

Been here twice once for personal use and once for commercial. BOTH TIMES LET DOWN AND OVERCHARGED. I would highly warn against using MAC equipment talked to my people and Lowes Home Improvement will stop using them as well. Youve been warned. Oh my gosh! I just wish I could give a negative number of stars. Our riding mower was brought in months ago and we have heard absolutely no word from Mac Equipment until today, at which point they instructed us that it would be another month before the mower was fixed. Unwilling to work any longer with this irresponsible and negligent group of people, I asked them to have the mower ready for pick up. Upon my arrival, the representative behind the front counter proceeded to get angry and belligerent with me! Not only will I never deal with Mac Equipment again, I will always remember their reprehensible treatment of a customer and will relay the same to all I speak with.

One of the worst experiences i have ever had in Longmont and I have lived in the area for 14 years. I had to give one star in order to post but this business does not deserve this. I feel sorry for the employees. They are clearly short staffed with a very incompetent manager.I bought a $3000 ride on mower 2 years ago and then a year ago bought a trailer for it. I brought the mower in due to my blades being damaged.Over the phone I was told service could be done in a day. I rushed over and upon arrival it was near closing. The Manager was clearly annoyed. I repeated asked for the person I had spoken to on the phone. Finally that person came to the desk. It was suggested I purcahse a service..$168. And was told it would take a week. I explained that I had only one day a week to farm and said a week was OK but not any longer.THREE WEEKS later and about 5 phone calls the mower was finally done.I went to pick it up and again the OBNOXIOUS manager was there. I began to let him know of my dissatisfaction and he yelled at me!The next surprise was a bill close to $400!. I paid the bill...and took the time to call the owner in their Loveland branch. I was told it was owned by 4 brothers. I told this story and have NEVER heard back.I was speaking to one of my neighbors who have farmed in the area for generations and told this story. They said MAC has been bought out by a conglomerate, They used to be a good place but not any more.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Brought a pressure washer in for service. Needed an unloader valve put on. After numerous calls to check on repair, finally got a phone call that it was done. 2 months later. They replaced the uploader valve and in addition rebuilt the pump. The pump was not broken when I brought it in. A $100 dollar repair turned into over $500. Not only did it take 2 months, I feel like they should have at least called me and told me they were planning on rebuilding the pump. When I talked to the manager he said he couldnt help me until he talked to the tech, who was not in. The only thing he told me was that the tech should have charged me more labor and that I got a deal Would look elsewhere for service on machinery.

My Poulan 446 Pro tree limb cutter would not start.I called Mac and the service manager said, Bring it in. Ill see what I can do.Turns out it was simply bad gas. He could smell bad gas. He put in fresh gas and it started right up. He wouldnt even charge me for the service or the gas!I purchased some pre-mixed non-ethanol gas/oil from him which he said would last indefinitely.Amazing service!
