Beware...pictures not accurate. I ordered 10 15 gal ooze tube watering systems. $119.50+$45.53 shipping. Their fast shipping took14days.Their picture looks like donuts surrounding the base of a tree that will drip water. I have planted 9 approximately 30 Arborvitae in sandy soil so I thought this would help to get started. What came was Flat plastic rectangular 72 long by 18 wide with a stake attached to one end. I am pretty sure they are way to big for my purposes and be so tall that they would block the sun. I read on the website that returns can only accepted in original condition. I called and explained. Was told I was correct cant try even one and return it. No they dont pay shipping to return. So I would have $91.06 total in shipping to return $119.50 in product. I am not returning for an $18 refund I am out $165.03, I will try to sell them but I will probably end up donating them. Will no use this company again.

Stopped in here to pickup some chemicals. They were very helpful over the phone trying to find a product that would work for me and that they had in stock. I guess there are a lot of production issues with herbicides this year. I picked up this product called Makaze. Looking forward to knocking down these weeds. I am glad to have found this place.

They have the worst costumer service, it said I would be delivered but it took them 9 days to process it with makes it pointless to go with fed ex or any faster shipping!! I highly dont recommend this company for needs 💯

I found this establishment when looking for Emerald Ash Borer help. Forestry Distributing was easy to find with Google Maps. I was greeted by their shipping manager who was very friendly. The owner helped me with all my questions for EAB, and we talked about other tree problems I have as well. They provided me a mixture of chemicals for all my needs at a crazy good price compared to others I was looking at! I am happy I found Forestry Distributing so I can keep my trees alive. Lastly it looks like they sell some awesome industrial herbicides that I will be back to buy in the spring.

Found this place the other day when I was looking for chemicals for my garden. These guys have it all. So happy I found them. Not far from my house either. Very friendly service. These guys have the things you cant find anywhere else. Great Prices!

None exciting costumer service. i have placed an order 16 days ago, and nothing. As i have no cell reception in my area, i emailed, and submitted the contact form on their website several times, but got NO REPLIES at all. There is no definite date as to when the product i ordered will be delivered, and no one to talk to. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY, DESPITE THE NO TAX PRICES. AWFUL COMPANY.

Company was easy to order form and shipped it out the same day which was unexpected. Received two emails with tracking one from UPS and another from them. Got the package in 5 days. Will continue to order form them.

This place has what you need to save your trees from those terrible Pine Beetles. Its called Verbenone. I just found out about it and ordered some straight away from Forestry Distributing. They have a user friendly website where I could monitor the progress of my order and tracking information, which I really didnt need to do as they sent it out within 36 hours of placing my order. Thanks Forestry I am going to tell everyone about this! Save the Forests!!

Ordered product, three weeks no contact, emailed, they said manufacturer was out of product, called manufacturer and they said they had plenty on hand as usual. Phone numbers dont work, guessing another poor service American company bites the dust. Order from someone else is our recommendation if you want it.

My husband needed some type of chemical to kill some stubborn weeds. We found this company and ordered some Change Up a few weeks ago. They were out of stock at the time and informed us they would ship it out the day they got it. They called us to let us know when they received it and the communication was great. Product was packed very nice. Glad we found this place.

I diligently researched the best way to treat a couple of Ash trees, ordered the product online, and only then found that my source was just a few miles away from me! Although they had to wait a few days for a shipment before I could pick up my order, I feel like I scored a victory finding these guys. Theyre friendly and and much more informed than last weeks plumbing salesperson, now in garden supplies in a big box store. Definitely a keeper!

This company is a joke, I order a herbicide off their website and 2 weeks go by and haven’t heard from them. I called to get an update and they told me the product was on back order and it was on order through their supplier. Once it came in they would ship it out. A few days later I get an email saying my order was cancelled so I called and the man that answered the phone when asked why my order was canceled was “probably because your card was declined”. Then proceeds to look up my order and tell me they could no longer get that product. So all in all I’m two weeks behind on a job I needed this herbicide for, and now I have to look for another company to order it through. Would have been nice if they would have said something in the beginning and or removed the product from their website.

These guys have helped out my business so much. I run a landscaping company and these guys are my go to for any chemicals we need for weed control and tree care. Best prices I have found. They are incredibly fast at getting me the product, if my guys cant pick it up. I have even had the owner come out to a job site and help diagnose a problem we were having and make a recommendation for what we needed to cure this bug problem. These guys are pros.

I had major issues with online ordering and customer service. Save yourself the headache and buy from any of their competitors instead.I placed an online order in June. I never got email confirmation and my credit card never got charged, so I assumed the order hadn’t gone through and ordered again in July. Shortly after, they charged me for both orders on the same day, and I ended up getting two identical shipments.When I called their toll-free number (no one answered their other number), the person who answered was unfriendly and unhelpful. When I explained what had happened and said that I wanted to return the duplicate order, he said that they would give me a refund but was adamant that I would have to pay to ship it back because I had put in two orders. He stated that this was their policy and made a snide comment implying that I hadn’t read their terms of service. Of course they never communicated that my first order had ever been placed so that has nothing to do with it. This is terrible customer service on his part and on the company’s part. I can’t trust them to actually give me a refund given how everything else has gone so far.

DO NOT order anything online from this company. They shipped to wrong address and when trying to contact someone was impossible. Phone said mailbox full. Email and two days to respond and then do nothing to correct problem. Had to file a dispute. Ordered on May 22 and as of June 5th I have nothing. TERRIBLE COMPANY. Not worth 1 star.

I wont buy here again. They dont tell you when they dont have it in stock (shows it will ship and in stock online). Then after you wait, wait, wait it is on you to call. Then you finally find out they are getting more soon. It will ship next week.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order with an expedited 3 day shipping and it took 2 weeks to receive the product. I have emailed several times and called the company but no response from anyone. I will never order from them again!

They list herbicides on their website that they can’t delivery or even get anymore. Waited over a week before they told me my order was cancelled. Very frustrating!
