Workers are great 👍 But, it took over 4 hours to get loaded.They need to have 5 or more loaders working at the same time.

Los of stuff to buy, real friendly staff, they do a good job of inspecting equipment before its sold. Cant wait for my next auction!

I recently purchased an item at the Denver auction. Unfortunately, the equipment required repair as soon as I got it off the lot. I realize that the Ritchie policy is as is-where is but I alerted Clark Comerford, the GM in Denver and he responded immediately. They deal with thousands of pieces of equipment and auctions and he took the time to address my concern. I was impressed by his response and how helpful and courteous the auction staff in Denver have been. I would not hesitate to work with them again and hope I have the opportunity.

Seller Beware. Don’t trust that the salesman assigned to you is going to actually do anything. Their minimum requirement is to post pictures of your equipment on the Ritchie Brothers site. Equipment sells for no where near what it’s actually worth. You can actually make more money scrapping it or parting it out. What a joke. Your salesman will then call and ask you if they can provide your phone number to the buyer so they can ask you questions about the equipment. You will then be told that you have something to hide because you won’t allow them to provide your phone number to the buyer. My advice take it or leave it. Don’t waste your time or money for something you could do yourself. Post it anywhere online and you’ll make more money and keep it in your pocket then giving it to this company.

Very unhappy, went to pickup lot and it wasnt what was advertised. Supposed to be 3 gates but only one. Very frustrated! They are refunding but still had to pay for trailer, fuel, time etc. For a fraudulent auction.

I have dealt with Richie Brothers for years as a mechanic. I never realized how structured and globally expanded they were untill I recently went to work for them. The staff and the internal structure of the heart of the business is geared towards total customer satisfaction as well as internal family values and beliefs. I have worked at many big corporation environments but Richie Brothers is at the top of the list as far as I am concerned. Love the staff, love the purpose, and love the result. I personally would highly recommend to anyone to trust the policies and procedures of their purpose. After being an intriguel part of the team I can honestly say that everyone there will give above and beyond to assist their clients in what ever way possible allowed within policy. Bought a Dump Truck from Ritchie Bros in Morris IL. The Condition Report was completely fraudulent. The truck was reported as drivable. The corrosion was so bad that the truck had no brakes. All of the brake lines were rusted through. Major frame components were completely dissolved. The cab floor and rocker panels were completely rotted out. None of this was mentioned in the condition report. The photos were cleverly positioned to avoid showing any rust whatsoever.When I talked to the regional manager he replied that I should have known better.This truck is unsafe and unusable. It is totaled. Stay away from R.B.

A great experience. Their system is so efficient, its easy to pay and pickup. I wont hesitate to bid on items again here.

They have some great deals . They said the price for a power washer, an awesome one sells normally for $7,000.00 and guess for auction at$3,000.00 our less. I delivered a bunch to them and they were very professional looking.

Their online timed auctions seemed well organized until I found out they allow snipers. Which is bad for buyers and sellers. Wont be wasting by time with this auction service again.

They have a great variety of auction items that you are allowed to inspect prior to the auction, which is great. However, they are disorganized and came back asking for more money due to a computer glitch. We already paid over $24,000, including multiple taxes and administration fees, and completed all paperwork saying we had paid in full. They then continued to call and mail us for the remaining administration taxes they forgot to charge. This is an error on their part, so they should pay that fee, and stop harassing their customers! If a clothing store forgets to charge tax, they dont harass you to come back and pay more, instead, they fix the problem for the future and take care of the cost themselves. Very poor business practices!
