Customer service was poor at best.Extremely unprofessional and to be fully transparent, verbally abusive. If your values include misogyny, agism, condescension, pejorative behavior and derogatory language youll be right at home. Im of the mentality that the quality of your customer service defines you as a business and Bedrock is the definition of unacceptable customer service. I would highly recommend you steer clear and save yourself stress and put your dollars into the pockets of higher caliber professionals and people.
