Their aware of their surroundings. They focus on the customers 100%. They move very fast, and efficient. And I was out of there and back to work quickly. Thank you

Excellent staff and great prices. Joseph at the Pro desk went above and beyond to help me decide on material for our new deck as well as helped me get the best price - all over the telephone. Home Depot in general is good, but Firestone Home Depot is AWESOME!!!

I ordered wood from the Pro desk ahead of time for my business at 7am at this location and was told it would be picked and ready to go by 5pm. Went there at 5pm and found out none of the wood had been picked. All the employees seemed to be screwing around on their phones when we showed up. We had one very nice older gentlemen employee apologize to us and we understood it was not his fault. We understood that it was the fault of the home depot employee at the pro desk named Deb Neumann: Pro Account Sales Associate that I talked to at 7am that supposedly set up the time to have the wood be picked by. This employee that I talked to obviously didnt leave any notes to other employees to pick the wood by 5pm. DO NOT RECOMMEND buying wood ahead of time at this location. Extremely Dissapointed in this locations so called Pro Level of service.
