I stopped in at 9 PM all hallows Eve for a last-minute costume for my 12 year old son...not only did she take me to the right products but also told me which was the best vampire teeth for my son. Went in here today with my best friend just looking around, ended up having to wander because nobody was around to help find what we were looking for. However, I am giving 5 stars only because the girl that checked us out was fantastic!! Her name is Kai (hopefully I spelled it right!) And she was so sweet and had such an awesome personality, she did everything the way we asked and kept the things separated exactly how we wanted! I highly suggest going to this store if this sweetheart is there! She will help you and put a smile on your face! Thank you for making us laugh and being so patient with us and our crazy amount of stuff!💙

Just wanted to buy a costume for my daughter, but check out staff asked multiple times for my email (only for marketing purposes) and if I wanted to donate money to some cause. I politely refused, and they kept pushing--several times. I nearly walked out, but didnt want to disappoint my daughter. Very inappropriate. Next time will just order online; I suggest you do likewise!

Most of the displays didnt work or werent hooked up. They do have a good variety of costumes to choose from.

The store is ok. There are what they are... A seasonal costume store. The decorations are starting to get a bit cheap and expensive. If you look however you may find a gem or two. The staff however are very friendly and helpful.

Wish I could give this a zero rating. Staff was super rude, they insisted I donate money and when I refused they gave me attitude to round up my money instead. Also, I accidentally put my card in the incorrect way and laughed at me instead of helping! How did these employees get hired??!

Bought a 30$ costume and when I got home it didnt have all the parts.

Staff are rude and they keep the indoor temperature way too cold inside. It is overpriced and very homemade looking. I will not be shopping there again. Where is the zero star rating?

This will not be good. However it is completely honest. We went there the day before Halloween, which yes I realize is last minute, to buy a costume for our child. We found the costume he wanted and it was the last one in his size. We being foolish parents bought the overpriced costume realizing that it did have a stain on the sleeve, which we figured we could wash out and this is a limited wear item. However, when we got home, 30 miles away, we took out the costume for our child to try on. We then discovered that we were missing 2 pieces of the costume (sort of important) and also that we happened to be charged more than was what was it was priced on package. Again our mistake for not properly checking the price. So, we called the store to report the many issues we had with our purchase to only be, for lack of better terms, blown off. Thank you Natasha. This is nothing short of an awful fly by night business. If you shop there expect to overpay and be disappointed. If it is the only game in town please proceed with caution, verify all contents are in the packages and I hate to say this but verify that they are actually clean. Now my wife is driving 30 miles, one way, at 8pm to try and make our childs Halloween as fun as we remember ours and so he will have something to wear in the parade at school tomorrow.

I really Dont understand the negative reviews, this store had everything and anything a Halloween junkie like me could ask for. Sure, some prices are high, but its a seasonal store, they have to make their money quickly to stay in business. It makes sense.I love the place and will continue going to it every chance I get.
