Was visiting from AZ and checking stores while on vacay. Great little shop. Very clean and open design. Staff very helpful and informative and willing to engage in conversation unlike most of the stores I found north of them (I only checked out stores in Longmont/Loveland/Greeley/Ft. Collins). The atmosphere was such a warmer feeling and didnt have that stuck in the 90s live in my parents basement feel of a comic store (best way I can think of) than a few of the other stores I visited in Loveland and Greeley. Loved the drawer system utilized for the back issues which also aides in the clean look of the store. I was only interested in the comic half of the store, but they do have a lot of gaming offerings. Definitely gonna make it a point to come back when I make my way back to CO again.

This place was recommended to me for a wider selection of dice for D&D. Really enjoyed my visit there. will definitely be back for some of those cool metal dice.Also really cool drinks i never saw before in their cooler. Nice place.

Amazing service. Made sure we got our moneys worth. Made us feel welcome and safe with our service animal. The worker met her with a giant smile and kind heart. Thankful for this after a bad experience elsewhere. Highly recommend.

This store literally has almost every board game imaginable. Theres magic the gathering stuff too and so many graphic novels and kids books too!! Puzzles and probably so much more!!

Great comic book store the staff is very friendly and helpful. My 6 year old son loves going. It provides a great selection for him with lots of offerings.

Love this place! They have a great assortment of comics and games for sure. They also have a large selection of miniatures for D&D! One thing Id like to see in the future would be paints for the miniatures. They do sell a kit or two, but individual paints (Citadel or Vallejo) would be great, so I can buy it all at the same shop!Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Try them out!

This is an awesome shop. Very organized and well kept. The guy behind the counter was also very polite. Tons of new release issues with some of the previously released ones of the series still on the shelves just behind the new ones (and a few variants as well). Some pretty cool key issues on the wall behind the back issue collection which while not very large, does have some pretty iconic single issues and near full runs of some relatively newer series. Three full 8 foot tall (or taller) bookshelves of graphic novels and omnibuses to browse as well. There is a ton of stuff for board games and the dungeons and dragons crowds. While I have no experience with that market, this shop did have what appeared to me at least, as an extensive selection of various game pieces and small figures. I was only in the market for new comic books so I didnt browse the rest of the shop too much but I was able to browse around, find the comics I was looking for, AND a bin to store them in at all at a final price of a few dollars cheaper than a couple of the other stores Ive been to. Im not in the area very much but when I am, even if only to browse, Ill definitely be stopping in.

Bought a couple Elite Trainer Boxes today (Pokémon Cards) and some packaging seemed a bit loose. Found one card upside down and one backwards in different packs. Maybe it was a factory error but rather strange because I’ve never seen this. Cards were also overpriced on top of possible tampering. I won’t be back. Do better.

A great selection of board games and comics. The usual mainstream comics but also a wide selection of lesser known and a good anime selection. They also have nice collector comics and variants.

Do you need figurines, comics or game supplies? NewCastle Comics and Games in Longmont is amazing. I loved their shop when they opened, and theyre still great during the shutdown. I wanted to paint some new figures for a new campaign (after the shutdown is lifted, of course) and I was able to order online and they delivered them to my house! It was so easy and the service is great. I highly recommend them!

I was so pleased to see a new comic book store open up in Longmont. It’s a wonderful spot. Located just off of Main St. downtown. Good open layout, welcoming to children and families, good for browsing and exploring. It avoids the cramped basement feeling of many comic book stores. For a relatively small store, they have a surprisingly good selection of titles, including lots of independent titles, which is what I tend to prefer. Welcome to the community, Newcastle Comics!

We suddenly find ourselves with a cool new comic shop in the middle of revitalized downtown Longmont. They seem to have all the latest titles, and after perusing that eye candy, I was drawn to the well-organized selection of intelligently chosen back-issues. Games and related merchandise round out this clean, bright, uncluttered shop. Awesomely located on the *same block* as Roost, Scrumptious, Flavor of India, Ivy Rose, Pumphouse and Winchells, and just around the corner from Lucilles, so check them when youre downtown, folks and lets prove ourselves worthy of a downtown comic shop!
