Poor thing stated she had a medical exemption and all she wanted is a cup of coffee. The staffs approach was rude and insensitive. Meanwhile apparently if you are sitting at a table eating and drinking you can’t spread the virus. Let’s use logic please.

A great place to grab coffee in Longmont. This location has a perfect coffee shop feel to it complete with interesting decor and friendly baristas. The outdoor seating area may be its biggest perk as it has plenty of seating and a large fire pit.I got the pour over and it was delicious!

Weak sauce. :(I had a 20oz brewed coffee. Not quite as bad as 7-11, but simply weak and barely warm. No burnt taste, so it might have been pretty good had it not been so weak, but perhaps it was just too weak to tell.

Rude, poor service. If you want an ordinary coffee there’s plenty of better places to visit in Longmont.

My morning pick me up! Ozo is my favorite coffee shop and this location opened just shortly before I moved to Longmont Colorado so I was so happy they had a closer location for me! The location is amazing with outside seating by a big fireplace and an awesome upstairs to be away from people if you want to get some work done. The coffee is always good and it’s my go to spot all the time. Give them a try if you haven’t yet! They also have a few locations in Boulder Colorado.

This is great coffee and it has a great outside surrounding to enjoy while you drink itI got the Van Halen and Im not sure Ill ever try anything else it is the total wake you up anytime drink and the flavor is a miraculous blend. You should go get one now!

The REAL! Handcrafted coffee beverages from a mechanical machine! Old school style made right. Got A triple shot almond milk cappuccino. Very friendly and accommodating. Various, enjoyable areas to sip and just be. Also, gluten-free goodies and Vegetarian choices.

Came here for the first time today. I ordered a drink with oat milk. I thought it tasted off, and then a few drinks in, my stomach started cramping horribly. They used real milk, which I can’t have! They did fix it, but you can’t mess that up when people have sensitivities/allergies.

These guys are the nicest ever. Especially over the past year as things have been so hard for food service people its nice to see a business thats keeping their staff safe and staying kind too. They take the pandemic seriously here (masks on in the shop, no indoor seating, plexiglass between customers and staff). I feel safe getting my drink here in the morning. Helps that its a damn good latte too. Try the house special!

Beautiful store with amazing coffee and great service. There is an open area downstairs and additional balcony seating upstairs. Take your coffee outside and sit near to the great fireplace.

They had Great Take out service inside the Village at the Peaks location and also the Fire Pit was going outside for people to sit outside and enjoy with their friends and family members (including your animal Family members) could be next to you if they had a dog parka on for the Weather ! It was 39* out when I was sitting out there with my Mocha Decaf Coffee at 10:30 AM today!

Nice people, pleasant atmosphere. I love their Nitro cold brew, drip cofffee is excellent too. I like that they have real food- quiche- rather than the same burritos everyone else has. Convenient parking, what’s not to love!?

I asked a barista here a while back which flavor options were non-dairy and she told me immediately that they all were. I got my regular drink and went on with my life thinking my stomach ache must have been something else I ate. I repeated this order at this shop multiple times without her ever saying anything. A few weeks later I went to a different Ozos and asked about vegan food options (very few sadly), but when I tried to order my usual coffee, I was warned by this barista that this option has dairy in it. In fact most of their flavors apparently have dairy in them.I have a serious milk allergy that causes significant stomach pain, as well as a variety of other symptoms. I understand not knowing specific ingredients off the top of your head, but jfc it would really help a lot of people out if one just LOOKS at the allergy warnings. I’m really upset by this and don’t plan on returning to this location. If you have dietary restrictions for any reason, be careful here, since apparently the employees don’t really care if they put someone’s health at risk.

A fun coffee shop with a nice atmosphere for working or just grabbing a quick coffee. The staff are incredibly friendly and quick, and the coffee is great. Try one of their signature mochas, my favorite is the Black Forest one with chocolate and cherry.

Ozo has become the best place to get espresso in Longmont! Their staff is friendly, the non-dairy options are aplenty (and tasty), and Im simply addicted to their chocolate-dipped macaroons, which taste like a gluten-free vegan doughnut! Although they dont have much seating and theyre always busy, we never have to wait for a table. You will have to wait awhile for your coffee, but its worth it!

Got the Honeybee Mocha, and it’s amazing! Not only is it a wonderful vibe in the sitting area (not to mention adorable), but the coffee is amazing as well. The honey blends so well with the dark mocha and the hint o’ vanilla adds the the wonderful experience! 10/10, would definitely come back.

Good drinks, food. The employees have been hit or miss. They dont interact at all past your order. They dont seem friendly at all. They just do their job and thats it. Prices are ok. The last time I went my drink wasnt quite what I ordered but the cashier was so cold during the transaction that I didnt correct it. I just drank the drink. If your needing a drink or a bagel its not a bad place to go.

Walked in as a first time customer and a kind soul named Ben greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. He was very knowledgeable about the teas when I asked him. I had the jade cloud and it was delicious. I very much enjoy the way they serve their tea as well. Overall Top Knotch Experience!!!

Awesome place, upstairs seating and nice people. I ordered a white mocha with blackberry and maple I believe (its on their menu) and it was delicious! Outside of the shop is a public seating area with fire pit and water fountains nearby. Great veiws of mountains in horizon. I can have my coffee while kids play in open area. Ive enjoyed my visits here very much

My first impressions, the place is nice. It seems like they really want to be as trendy as possible ( not really the vibe i like ) nothing wrong with that though. The people working are nice and helpful and pretty quick to get my order finished. All of that would normally be at least 4 stars for most places from me. This being a coffee shop however has one more vary important thing to look at, the coffee. Unlike another place I went the coffee cup was filled leaving just a little room (perfect in my opinion). Feeling the weight of the cup, happy to have a hot full cup i went back to my hotel. On arrival I sat down excited to try this wonderful smelling cup of motivation only to disappointed by this latte flavored water. Ok, ok,ok, it wasnt that bad. Honestly the latte was pretty watery though. The only coffee place I have yet to try is Starbucks and I feel if you been to one Yada Yada yada. I have one more day left and feel that Longmont just will not be able to provide a satisfactory latte.

I love the location! I work nearby and recently tried this shop for the first time. The Valencia mocha was delicious as was my quiche. The staff was so sweet. The price was also fair with my discount for working in the complex! Thank you, I will be back!

Definitely my favorite coffee shop and study area. The drinks can be a little pricey but they always taste great. I usually get a mocha from their specialty mocha menu and some daily soup. The upstairs work area is really nice as well.

I love the way their espresso tastes. My boyfriend loved their pumpkin spice because it tasted authentic and better than Starbucks. I also enjoy their white rabbit more than Starbucks. Wish there were more locations so I could switch for good!

I’ve been going to Ozo for a couple years now. I live almost 30 minutes away from Longmont, but their coffee is always worth the drive, not to mention the amazing staff!

It took 20 minutes to get a small mocha this morning here. The line was long to the order counter, and there was one barista schlepping drinks. I waited patiently for over 10 minutes for the barista to produce my drink after I ordered, which was honestly, just marginal tasting. $.5.40 for a small mocha!I understand this place is more of an experience, however if youre looking for someplace you can run in, get your drink and leave, this isnt it.

New to the area, decided to take a friend visiting here for breakfast and I am so glad I did! Their extensive mocha menu is impressive (I had the almond joy) and flavorful without being too thick or sweet! I had the quiche and my guest had a croissant and we were both very impressed.The interior is also lovely, with a beautiful view of the green area in the shopping center.

This is a local coffee shop. They roast their own beans in Boulder and have several locations. The staff is kind and courteous. GREAT COFFEE! Also if decaffeinated coffee is your thing, Ozo uses a natural spring water process which is the most expensive but well worth the trouble. Go get ya some!

I was excited to try this place out once it opened in Longmont. Their coffee is delicious, and they have a dedicated mocha menu. Their Zebra is spot on; not too sweet like most places. They have food in addition to coffee, which is nice. The interior is pretty awesome. HUGE ceiling with seating upstairs. Overall, its a nice and much needed addition to Longmonts coffee scene. Ill be back soon.

I was in town for a few days for business. The first day, I went to Ozo because it was close to my hotel. My go to drink is a mocha. I was extremely disappointed because it was lacking in flavor and tasted watered down. I didnt get good flavor from the chocolate or the espresso. The atmosphere was okay although felt a bit corporate. The second day I wasnt going to spend that much on bad coffee again so I did more research and ended up at La Bella Vita. They made their own ganache in store and the mocha was superb. The chocolate flavor was excellent without being too sweet and still let the flavor of the espresso shine. La Bella Vita was well worth driving right past Ozo.

Service is friendly and attentive, these folks really care about us customers having a great cup of coffee and a great experience in their cafe. The cafe is clean and comfortable, and has acoustic paneling installed so its not a deafening echo chamber like some other places. // This morning I ordered a pour over and the barista served it to me, apologized that the grind wasnt quite right, and then made me a second with the perfect grind because he wanted to make sure I got a perfect cup of coffee. Much appreciated! // Once again, Ozo For The Win.

Coffee is good. Their prices are a bit ridic. I paid $5.50 for a burrito that was 4.5 inches long (being generous) and paid extra for the splash of almond milk I wanted in my iced coffee. I can go to Ziggys, pay 2/3 the price, get a reasonable amount of coffee and food, and enjoy it just as much. They do make good coffee though (to be expected at a coffee shop)

Ozo Longmont isnt just any coffee shop. This is *the* premier coffee shop in town.Ozo Coffee Longmont is Top Notch. The interior is welcoming and roomy - big Windows and a warm upstairs. They stock locally made Superjames Bars, which are my preferred morning fuel. (And plenty other food options.) They have several of their own whole bean house blends that I like to take home. The staff are highly knowledgeable about their roasts and processes. Compliments to the staff. I am thankful for the benefits Ozo provides to our community!

OZO For The WinI love this place. Not just this Longmont location, but all of OZOs outlets. I like their beans too, they are consistently good quality roasts, and fresh batches are readily available at all OZO shops and local Whole Foods markets. They are primarily what we brew at home.The Longmont location has a nice airy feel, contemporary without being cold. Theres some seating downstairs and a bunch of small quieter tables upstairs.The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me without compromising their efficiency. Cant beat that. They have a decent selection of coffee brewing gear for sale and seem ready to consult about it if you are so inclined.Brewed coffee is always good, tastes fresh to me. Espresso shots are also always good. A few times Ive had baristas toss a a shot and try again, indicating to me that they care about the quality of their product, that they are paying attention and that they know that their clientele is doing the same.Theres some food available too, but I cant really speak to the selection or quality.Bottom line is I love this place and Ill keep patronizing them as long as they keep delivering the goods.

Im not a coffee drinker other than an occassional cup every month or so. Everyone here has been helpful. They take the time to describe their coffee and make recommendations. They gave me their recipe for a french press. I return each time I need another bag.

Went in for a warm drink after being out in the cold at the farmers market. Service was pretty quick and very friendly. I had hot chocolate, and it was good but not quite as chocolaty (or as hot) as I like it. The food looked amazing; next time Ill definitely try something to eat.

Good coffee and consistent at that. WiFi is fast but not secure! I would not do important work over this networking before checking it out. Parking can be a little confusing for that only a few spots are out front. Just park in the east parking lot and walk in.

Great place to go study. One of the trendier coffee shops here in town. Just be aware that if you have a laptop the only place to really plug it in is up on the loft. The shop also only has metal chairs and stools. After an hour they can become quite uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise, the coffee and tea selection is great.

Ozo Longmont makes any of the other local options seem like highway rest stops. With a place to finally study, work, and get your caffeine fix without driving to Denver or Boulder, productivity in Longmont is about to hit a record high!!

Bright and sunny spot with plenty of seating. The staff here are wicked friendly, passionate about coffee, and very accommodating. With all that being said, this may not be the place for mobile nomads as it can get loud here. Outlets are present on the bottom floor as well as upstairs but some are not well placed. It IS a pleasant place to work remotely from with views of Pikes Peak and a small courtyard with outdoor seating and a firepit, however; dont plan on having a conference call with a client unless they dont mind loud background noise. Quite possibly the best coffee in Colorado. Hard to find an equal.

Must just be me I guess, everyone else gave great reviews. I wasnt too happy with food at all. I ordered through Door Dash, and the food I wanted wasnt available, but I what I got wasnt exactly what I expected. The brownie was really dry, and tasted old, so I didnt finish it, and the soup wasnt so great either, and I didnt eat that entire bowl. I was given a regular croissant instead of my original order, and was surprised that it wasnt even warmed up, but it was fresh. As far as the the coffee, it was very good and I have no complaints with that. Id go back for the coffee again, but maybe not the food.
