Nice place. Plenty of fine cigars and pipe tobacco and accessories. Lounge looked good and comfortable. I did think the prices were on the higher side thats why the four stars. But you could probably justify the higher price by how nice the lounge areas are. I will be back when I have more time to enjoy lounge.

This place has what you need, no question. I am novice cigar aficionado and needed questions answered. I had them all answered and was escorted around this amazing shop and shown everything I needed to be. Staff was knowledgeable and did not stop helping me until I left the building. Can smoke inside, eat and drink. They even allow you to enter with your own food and drink in the lounge area. Awesome place. Would recommend no question.

This smoke shop is fantastic. Experienced staff willing to help and a super cool layout and chill room in back. Went for the first time a few weeks back and going again this weekend. Keep up the good work!

This is one of the nicest cigar lounges Ive been to. They have a really nice and good size humidor, 2 lounge areas, one in the front and another in the back. The back lounge has several flat screen tvs and a pool table. The lady who was working the day I went was extremely nice and helpful.Apparently this has been remodeled or rebuilt or something, and I have to say... Job well done.If youre in Longmont Colorado, check this place out.

I am NOT a cigar person and I LOVE coming here! The atmosphere is great, the staff are amazing, and the product selection is incredible. Even with Covid, they are taking great precautions and still manage to make the environment friendly, welcoming, and exactly what you would ask for in a Cigar Lounge.Their smoke shop Smoker Friendly right next door also has incredible prices, great pieces if youre looking to pick up a quick something for someone or for your self, and the staff are really just awesome. Tom especially has a knowledge for the products they carry, and he got me hooked on these fantastic CBD ciggies, which are the companys own product!Its great to support local, but even better when you feel supported back. This is definitely THE smoke shop to go to!

This cigar lounge is amazing. I love the selection they have in the humidor and nice atmosphere. Theyre always very helpful in finding what I need. I feel like prices are a little high, but maybe thats just me. Very elegant furniture and setting is nice. Staff is friendly also. Would definitely recommend if your looking for quality cigars and a relaxing environment.

Wow! This place is cool. The walk in humidor is giant. Great selection. They actually have a whole section devoted to just Dunhill (The 50th anniversary stick was the best I’ve ever smoked).They had a great selection of elegant, quality pipes and tobacco. The accessory and lighter selection was a little under par for a lounge of this caliber.The lounge was flat out awesome! Leather chairs everywhere. Well appointed. Lots of televisions. The lockers are really cool. My brothers and I waited several weeks to go here and it did not disappoint.

If you love cigars, there isnt a better place to go and relax. If you are new cigars, there isnt a better place to learn or get tips and advice. So many comfy chairs, pool table, back patio, multiple TVs.It is 18 plus, though, so be aware of that.

Stopped in today to buy some cigars. First time at the new location and ended up striking up a conversation while I was there and stayed for some time. Nice atmosphere great selection of cigars and an all around relaxing environment. Ill be back

Tom is the store manager here and you couldnt find a better person to be running things. He is helpful, polite, kind and is a wealth of knowledge. I am a pipe smoker typically but I came in to buy basic cigar supplies to begin my cigar journey and Tom was willing to walk me through each step and even recommended a few cigars to start off with. His recommendations were spot on an I am enjoying the cigars he recommended immensely. He clearly knows his cigars and tobacco. If you are looking for a great place to smoke and shop come to Havana Manor.

Well done! I came in with a little knowledge of what i was looking for. The person that helped me was knowledgeable and approachable, even with a n unusual pairing ( Southern Sweet Tea). I really love this place. It always has a very welcoming atmosphere. The selection of tobacco and cigars is pretty in depth with two climate controlled rooms filled floor to ceiling with options. There is also some lounge areas and a special section in the rear for some old style socializing. Prices are pretty fair and the staff is very knowledgeable about the past present and future of the industry.

We went to a cigar smoking event here and had a great time. Their humidor is pretty decent and they have good variety of sticks. The lounge has a relaxing atmosphere. It is a lot bigger than it looks from the street.

Excellent new facilities. Big walk in humidor and a large public smoking lounge inside and patio smoking outside. They had nice tables where you could work on a laptop while enjoying a smoke. The biggest thing lacking is enough parking, only a small lot out front which is old and cracked which made it hard to park motorcycles on because the kickstand sank into the lot. Its also in an older section of Longmont. If they would have had better parking I would give them a 5 star rating. Good news is, their cigar prices did not seem to go up due to the move. Great place for a relaxing smoke.

They have a great selection and a great lounge and knowledgeable staff. The humidor doesnt work very well, so a lot of the sticks are dry. Also, everytime I go in and the girl is working, she hovers over me like Im going to steal something. I find that offensive and finally had to tell her I wasnt there to steal anything. I will continue to shop there because of its location and the variety they have to offer. Great store to find nice sticks, but plan on putting them in your humidor for a couple of days

Great selection I left all my cigars back in KC so I stopped on my way to Estes Park Co.

I came here a few times and really enjoyed the whole experience. I brought my friend one time to show him this hidden gem .We used the torches provided there and my friend accidentally put the torch in his pocket unbeknownst to me. The next time I came in to relax and have a nice day I was bombarded with lies, false accusations and disregard for my rights. Btw it is illegal to discriminate based on association. To deny service to someone you mush have legal grounds, which they do not. They claim that have video footage if thats true they can clearly see that my friend pocketed the torch without my knowledge. My friend who didnt mean to steel the torch looked for it found it and returned it the day he found out he took it. The overall atmosphere at this place especially when the lady is working is very uncomfortable for me now and that is not good costumer service. I also agree with the other review where the reviewer comments that the lady hovered over him to the point where he had to confront her about it. This place seriously needs to fire her and apologize sincerely to there 2 loyal costomers they have wronged.
