I had the most amazing time. I really wanted a pot of succulents but Im new to plants and didnt know where to start. A really nice staff member told me to pick out a pot. They had an awesome selection. Then she went through the succulents with me and we picked out a variety. She posted them in my new pot and told me how to care for them. Amazing service. Im so happy. This experience made my whole day.

The Flower Bin is a locally owned Longmont nursery with a wide variety of plants, gifts, and other outdoor items. Their flower baskets are legendary and beyond beautiful. I was shopping there today for perennials and I received a lot of help to select what I needed for my home. I was also looking forward to getting help from a certain gentleman that works at the desk (my neighbor found that he was helpful and knowledgeable about plants), but he was not willing to look at my plant specimen closely. I love the newsletter that you can sign up for because they have so much helpful garden, plant, product information that is very specific to this local area!

Since moving to Frederick this place has been my favorite place to visit. I really appreciate all the hard work that goes into that place

This is heaven for a plant lover! I will never shop at Home Depot again for my garden. I also loved the African baskets! So beautiful. There are a lot of great gift ideas here too.

Everyone was very friendly and very knowledgeable especially Billie. Helped my mother-in-law with her struggles, what to get, and what not to do. Had a very big selection on plants and well pretty much everything. Will definitely be our go to place from now on!

I purchased a tree here and 2 days later it was infested with spider mites and dying. It happens, and I dont blame them for that. But it is a huge tree that took 3 people to load an unload. I didnt want to go through that mess again and also infest my truck with spider mites so I took a clipping from a branch, put it in a trash back and brought my receipt. They refused to refund or exchange the tree without me bringing back the entire tree. When I suggested that might be a problem with getting those mites in my car which would infect a replacement, in addition that it was too large to load myself and took me and 2 of their staff to load it, I just got a shrug and a thats your problem. They did comp me one bottle of insecticide but for the entire tree that was gone in 2 days. They have a wonderful plant selection, but if you have a problem they are pretty poor in addressing it.

I went specifically for perrenial flowers that bloom in autumn. Very knowledgeable staff.

This place is huge with a large variety of plants from the mediocre to the exotic. I was only puzzled by one thing. When I went to the back corner of the store area where the grow pot inventory is located I asked the gentleman at the desk if he could put me to the cheapest planting pots they sell. He took me to the second cheapest option while showing me a 5 inch pot. I said to him that I was looking for a 3 gallon pot. He said to me that he had never heard of a 3 gallon grow pot, I thought to myself, are you serious?

It was so beautiful, and all williand all the employees are so helpful, cant wait till next time .

I’ve been a loyal customer to Flower Bin since moving to CO 4 years ago but in all honesty their customer service just keeps getting worse and worse. Most of the staff is nice but there’s a few bad apples who make the entire experience pretty miserable. I come here on my days off and this last visit really wasn’t pleasant at all.If you dislike working here so much then quit so that new employees who actually want to be here can do a better job with customers and we can leave happy and actually want to return to this beautiful store. Your unhelpful attitudes make this place ugly!

Stopped in to pick up five rose bushes. Great selection and so healthy! Staff is knowledgeable and make selecting, purchasing and loading easy. They even had traffic helpers when I was there!

Very helpful with quite a variety of different plants. I went in to get house plants and was overwhelmed by the number of choices. I am sure it was obvious as someone that worked there came over and helped me figure out great beginner plans. They also plot your plants for you if you buy a plant/pot, which is a very nice touch. I would recommend going here for all your plant/flower needs!

I’m completely unsatisfied w the flower bins succulent and cactus offerings. So far I purchased a Medusa Euphoria, $33 and it’s dead. Two strings pearls, one string tears and one string banana. All withered and died.Over $75 WASTED!Home Depot and Lowe’s have better offerings.

I totally agree with the last review from Kelly. The staff keeps getting worse. A couple of days ago one of the helpers took a telephone call from me asking for some basic information. The phone call did not go well at all as the staff member didnt know a thing about their stock. The staff member hung up on me. I called back... no owner there or manager or even a supervisor. I ended up speaking to ERICA, a shift lead who was also EXTREMELY RUDE to me. In the end she had the audacity to hang up also in fact during my hold Im sure there was a conversation because Erica was defensive at hello. When the cats away, the mice are at play. Feeling stupid for all of the thousands of dollars I spent here over the years. NOT GOING BACK.

This place was amazing ! There were just enough parking spots, plants and people were 6 feet apart, and 4 cashiers open. Perfect springtime outing, with a cooler of 1.00$ water bottles at the door

I was in Longmont today (6/3) at Lowe’s. Was looking at their flower/herb/vegetable selection and it was really sub-par and overpriced.Pulled up Google Maps and found The Flower Bin and saw it was only a short distance away and figured I’d stop in.Glad I did! Really great selection! It was a little confusing navigating the greenhouse, and the aisles were a tad narrow. However, all of the staff members I interacted with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They had an amazing selection of everything I was looking for. In the herb section, the labeling was a little confusing, and things were out of place. So make sure you check the label on the plants carefully.Overall it was a great find.I usually have the black thumb of death, but hopefully my luck will change and my plants will survive/thrive! :-)

I love The Flower Bin. They have such a wide selection of plants, seeds, and other gardening products.But they didnt have Deer Tongue seeds, the day I last visited. I bought plenty of other seeds, but had to order the Deer Tongue online.

The flower bins customer service just keeps getting worse.Ive been a customer for over 10 years, theres zero customer loyalty even though they track customers by phone number.First I bought a plant that not only died right away, it spread bugs to my other plants. It took considerable effort to get the manger to agree to take the plant back, even just for credit. The manager was rude and difficult to work with, suggesting it was my fault, even though I brought it back in 3 days.I keep giving them more chances, but today was the last straw. I went to purchase two plants, the exact same plants, one was marked $10 dollars higher, but it was the one I wanted, even though all the others, same size, had the lower price, they refused to honor that price.The staff is rude and actually explained the plants all come from other greenhouses, so why both with them and their markups, theyre always more expensive, worth a little longer drive for better service and healthier plants.Im now a customer of the Tree Farm!!!!

So far, these are the freshest plants Ive seen. Most usually all the employees have smiles and are more than eager to help.

I specifically went here for help selecting plants for a large pot in the shade. I stood while 2 employees chatted. One asked me if I needed help, then told me where the shade plants were. She then turned back to talk to the other employee. There were a few beat up coleus, fuschia, and a couple of others. Certainly not what I expected.

Great selection of everything, herbs towards the end of the year for my indoor gardens. Love this place!

I didnt get to really look around, because I was short of time. But I found 3 large blooming plants/potted flowers, not sure what theyre called, great colors. Hopefully, the woman whose porch I left them on will really like them. If so, Ill gladly drive up from Littleton again to buy her more. This place is awesome, even in winter. They have a huge selection of indoor plants/trees which is what we were there for. Succulents too and plants I’ve never seen before. Fiddle leafs, Birds if Paradise, Snake plants, umbrella trees, corn plants and more. My only suggestion would be their orchid section is very lacking. Also, looked like there was a class going on today so I might look into that!

Folks here are not terribly friendly. Ive experienced it first hand and watched staff be short with others as well. Its interesting. For as many times as I have shopped here only twice have I felt like someone wanted to assist. And older gentleman and a younger and on the same busy day. Pricing and selections are fine but I would have really appreciated some guidance.Today, while I was getting a small house plant potted, the woman helping me went to get some water. On her way, a man asked where he could find basil. She pointed him in the direction and said, youre looking in the wrong place. No, kidding. Thats why he asked. It was snarky. He felt it was snarky. It was weird.

Ive been a customer here and have worked a seasonal job here about a year ago and let me tell ya, this place is the absolute go to. The staff are lovely everywhere from the growers to the cashiers and everybody in between. The Flower Bin is so vibrate with so many selections! One of the best nurseries/greenhouses Ive been to, with tasteful and quality selection. Can be extremely busy at times and that may seem to interfere with overall connection from employee to customer, but keep in mind, these guys are full on machines and work so very hard, its nothing personal. Theyre just professional. Thank you so much for the wonderful experiences Ive shared here, this place is an absolute gift and I hope that it prospers for a very long time.

This place has a great selection. The prices could be a little better, but not bad. They have a good customer reward system. They have pretty much any plant indoor or outdoor that you could wish for. Their plants are really healthy and high quality. It’s a treat to buy plants from here. They also have everything you could want for your garden and a great selection of fertilizers. I could spend all day here.

Great place to buy all types of plants and plant accessories. Some items are a little overpriced but pretty good deals on fruit and veggie plants. The succulent plants they have are adorable! We have bought a few there now and are looking to expand out collection.

The Flower Bin has always had great variety and prices. I shop for mostly houseplants and their stock doesnt disappoint! Lots of different sized plants and great small starters. Philodendron, pothos, hoya, cacti, succulents, and sooo much more.
