Just recently bought a used GMC Canyon to pull a trailer.. Our sales person Adam was very knowledgeable about the truck and pulling a trailer. Which went a long way in deciding to purchase the truck.The overall experience was very pleasant. At closing we worked with another sales person (his name escapes me) Because Adam was off that day. The new sales person was also very knowledgeable about the truck and puling a trailer. Very helpful.Tim in finance was great. He worked with us to get the best financing and made sure we were happy with the deal. He was absolutely great to work with.The only thing was that I was a bit disappointed in was the detailing (cleaning) of the interior and pickup bed. I had to re-vacuum and wash out the pickup bed when I got home.

I will never take my car back here after the last time! My car broke down and i had previously taken my car here for warranty work. They seemed dependable until this last visit. Just for background informationmy car has never once dripped or leaked fluids of any kind. I park in my driveway and would know if it had a leak because i am the only one to park in my spot. After doing the inspection on my car i was told i needed a new fuel pump, and i had an oil leak ( i have been driving my car for 2 months now and it hasnt leaked oil once), and that it had a coolant leak. My husband is a mechanic and had told them that it did not have a fluid leak and to just repair the fuel pump. We get the car home and it now has been leaking coolant. Upon inspection it looks as though a tech has taken a sharp object and put a hole in the line so it now sprays out collant. I know for a fact that they are now sabotaging cars in order to get more money for repairs! Do not waste your time going her! I do not want this to happen to you! We are a struggling family and raising money for the first repair was hard. Now having to pay for more is ridiculous! Save your business for a company who values you and not their wallet only!

Recently visited King Auto and want to share my experience!My 2011 Malibu experienced a check engine situation that luckily fell under 14582A — Special Coverage Adjustment which basically equated to GM making corrections for a faulty part. While I was preparing to negotiate getting my money back for a 2nd engine diagnostic test (King needed to do one of their own... which I understand), I was pleasantly surprised when picking up my vehicle after less than 24 hours at the shop, that GM picked up the diagnostic cost as well as all other costs associated with full repair!While I philosophically disagree with jumping up and down and cheering for people and companies doing the right thing, I do greatly appreciate King GMs decision to do the right thing and provide high quality service and to cover all costs associated with a manufacturing error.Because of their honesty and business philosophy, Ill be returning in the future for a possible purchase!

Update 08/11/18: When I first got the car, the experience was great. But now it’s been 40 days since trading my vehicle in. And as far as I know they STILL have yet to pay it off. Not too thrilled......... and I’m currently still responsible for making payments on the vehicle I traded in07/02/2018Everyone I dealt with was absolutely fantastic!! Steve the salesman was very pleasant to work with as well as Tim in finance. Kevin did a fantastic job going over everything on the vehicle and getting the on star set up. Would absolutely recommend seeing these guys!!! And can I mention what little time it took to get everything taken care of?! AWESOME

Well there are signs all over this place saying they are requiring all guests and employees wear masks but I have seen 1 guest and 3 employees not wearing masks. If you are going to post these messages you need to enforce them. Very disappointing.

I recently purchased a vehicle through King GM and my Sales Consultant David Havenar was hands down one of the best in the business. Being in sales myself, I pride myself on not being pushy, especially when its a big purchase. It was such a pleasure knowing there is a Car Salesman who has the same beliefs. There was absolutely no pressure and he related to my experience of being upside down on my vehicle. He had went through a similar experience and that related to me. He was patient with all my questions, understood I was extremely payment conscious and helped me find the vehicle that would work for my situation. I also had a great experience with Kevin McMahon who had a great sense of humor, helped me understand the technology side of the vehicle and made sure all my questions were answered. The final part of the process with Finance was great as well. She answered our questions, explained everything and was very pleasant to work with. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle, I highly recommend KingGM and requesting David as your sales person. You wont have a better experience anywhere as I have tried. Thank you David for helping me through my situation and making the process a breeze. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

I just got my 2018 Chevy Volt. Patrick and Dave really made this deal come together. They worked very hard to make sure I loved the car, the price and the financing. King really took care of my family and I highly recommend them.Just to elaborate how great this dealership is. I live in southern Denver and have three Chevy dealers very close. King and the team made it very beneficial to drive 80+ miles round-trip just to work with this team. It was well worth it.What I love was that they have a real passion and expertise for the Volt and the Bolt. They loved to tell me their stories of blowing the doors off Camaros with the Volt or how customers would bring in that show they havent bought gas in well over a 1000 miles. They would show off all the fun geeked out features the Volt has. It was such a fun experience. It was like I joined their secret club.

Not happy. Appraised my car low because outside was dirty. Accused me of my car being in an accident. Told them to pull up carfax. Fairfax said no accidents just like I said. Didnt apologize to me or my husband. Needless to say we left.

Took My 06 Hummer H3 in for service due to rough idle and radiator leak and check engine light on, was given a 17 chevy silverado (nice truck) as a loaner, was told my timing chain was stretched, service kept my car for 8 days for repairs, hefty bill, engine light came on one day later. Will be returning car again tomorrow, hopefully I can update with positive info.Quick update, service department kept my car another 2 days, again gave me the 17 silverado as a loaner. In the end it appears my fuel injectors were clogged/restricted. Car appears to be performing fine now, only disappointment would be they tried to turn my 10% veterans discount into store credit, I refused that and ended up getting maximum allowable discount of $150 discount credited back to my credit card, bill was $3365 in all, ouch...

My husband and I recently looked at a used GMC Denali at King Auto Group in Longmont. When we first looked at it, it had just arrived on the lot and it was dirty, missing the 3rd row seats and had not gotten the used car inspection yet. The salesman Ryan assured us that it was going to go through the inspection the next day and it would be all cleaned up and ready for us to test drive. This was on a Tuesday night....... Wednesday came, Thursday came and NO CALL from Ryan. We had to call Ryan to see what was happening with the car and to see if it was ready for us to come test drive it - WE HAD TO CALL HIM!! Finally on Friday my husband called yet again to see what was happening with the car since Ryan was not contacting us and he agreed to let us come test drive. We show up at 6pm on Friday night and the car is in the same exact shape it was in on Tuesday night. NOTHING had been done at all!!!! No clean up at all or inspection and the 3rd row seats were still missing which Ryan had told us on Tuesday they were going to get from the previous owner because he didnt turn them in when he traded the car in.Now we told Ryan when we first looked at this car that we NEEDED the 3rd row seats because we have 3 kids and that was a deal breaker for us since that was the reason we were looking at this car in the first place. We had looked all over town at used Yukons and they were not in good shape at all and this one seemed to be the best one we had found so we were pretty excited. We took the test drive, thankfully we didnt bring the kids because we couldnt have done it with them without the 3rd row seats! and when we got back to the dealership to talk prices, we asked again about when they were going to get the 3rd row seats from the previous owner.After about 25 minutes of asking, Ryan finally admitted that the owner didnt have them and they werent going to get them!!! The Used Car Manager would not lower the price of the car at all except for $800 for the price of the seats that were missing and expected us to go buy our own!!!! Now isnt that great customer service for you!!!He is so LAZY that he cant even order any seats for a sale of a car!!! I had to ask if there were any other cars on the lot that had any seats that would fit that we could put in it and when we went and looked at the others on the lot, none of them matched but they were wanting us to do that so they just get rid of us.This dealership is a JOKE!!! The salesman are USELESS and the Used Car Salesman is WORTHLESS too!!I would drive to Boulder or Denver to buy a car any day of the week than go to King Auto!We ended up going to McCaddens in Boulder and found a nicer, cleaner GMC Denali and were treated like royalty!!! They were Fabulous!!!King Auto is a Joke!!!
