Had my windows tinted on my 2012 Civic, the customer service is splendid and since I didnt have an appointment they fit me in today which I gladly appreciate! Once I picked up my vehicle, it was a simple pay and go home. Really enjoyed the experience, patience is key to getting it done right. Had some bubbles in the tint, but they took care of it professionally and in the best way possible. Would definitely recommend this place.

Terrible experience twice in one week.I went in to get a spray in bed liner and 2 tinted windows. I was told it would take 4 hours. After 5 hours I went over there and they still had not completed my window tint, which took them 20 minuets once I had pointed it out. Wow they forgot. Fine. But then I had made another appointment to get a clear bra put on the front of my truck. They said it would take 4 hours, and I made my appointment for when they opened up at 8am. After 6 hours and no update calls, I went back over and my truck was still in the same spot I left it, no work done. Not sure how they stay in business and would recommend going elsewhere, as they didnt even care and no apologies.

I am Replacing my previous review. After some discussion, Autoplex repaired my issue. They were totally professional about it and very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely give them more business.

I custom ordered a 2021 F250 from Ford and went to Autoplex for the clear bra and front two windows to be tinted. During the installation, naturally they needed to remove the factory installed hood deflector. When they put the hood deflector back on, they just left out the clear rubber bumpers on the back. They said If it rattles too bad, just let us know. Then on top of that, they put a razor blade scratch in the one week old truck right by the clear bra installation area!!! VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP! I went back to my dealership that organized the transaction, they are making things right and repairing the paint. STAY AWAY from Autoplex!!!

I needed some guidance on getting into the travel trailer world and Autoplex in Longmont has completely exceeded my expectations. They initially set me up with the appropriate trailer hitch and wire harness under some tight timelines. From there I purchased a used travel trailer and subsequently had an issue with the internal DC power. Not knowing where to turn, I went back to Autoplex and asked if they could diagnose. They checked the wiring on the trailer and ended up replacing the in-line fuse holder at no cost. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Originally bought my Leer topper here a few years back but was having problems with the props and latch. I dropped in on a Thursday afternoon without an appointment. They thought it was something that could be knocked out quickly even though they were backed up. Their tech came out, made some adjustments, replaced the props, good to go. Great service.

Just bought a new Ram 1500. Autoplex installed clear bra and tinted the front windows. Everything turned out great. This is the third truck Ive had done here and always have a great experience. Highly recommend.

I needed mudflaps for my 2003 Dodge Cummins 2500 and Jared recommended a great product for this application. He immediately ordered the parts and when they arrived he scheduled the installation. Mike did an outstanding job on the install and in fact, helped resolve a seal issue with my Leer camper shell on the spot. This shop is staffed with knowledgeable and courteous professionals who know their business inside and out. If and when I ever need ANYTHING for my truck this will be the first place I will go. TERRIBLE Customer Service, lazy tech, ineffective management. Ordered a topper, and an hour install appointment turned into a half day. Tech argued w/ sales staff in front of customers, and tried to give me truck w/ topper half wired! Management refuses to do anything/care, several messages left go unanswered. Stay away!!! There are other Leer dealers! Dont trust Autoplex w/ your Vehicle! Topper was chipped and scratched, and they couldnt even be bothered to clean it. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOPLEX!

I am a single mom with a limited budget and was in the market for a safer car. I went to the dealership (lexus) to look at the entry level NX300 and of course, fell in love with the sport model with all its bells and whistles. The price difference in both cars was over $5000. I left the dealership sad and decided to price out the after-market cost to add the upgrades I wanted. I found Autoplex on google and after reading 50+ positive reviews (yes, I read them all!) I went to my local Longmont shop and told them my sad story. Happily, the bug shield, clear mask and window tint cost a 1/4 less than the dealership. I also decided on air conditioned/heated seats because, well you know what they say about the weather in Colorado AND for an overhead video. The sales team gave me great ideas without any pressure, saved me a TON of cash and allowed me to buy a safer car. If you love your car, you will love this place.

Called me that my windows were done getting tinted. Got there and the tint was coming off the drivers side. They took the car back in to retint the window and had to waiting for another hour, on top of that the passenger window had bubbles and a bunch of particles between the window and the tint. For paying $600+ I would have expected better service. Will never give them my business again.

Got my windows tinted and received excellent service. I definitely would refer this company to my friends. I found out that they provide a lot of excellent services and not just window tinting. They also have very friendly staff.

Quality work in a timely fashion for your vehicle accessories

I would really like to go to this shop, as it is close to home, but I work Monday through Friday and only have weekends to get things done. I need a truck cap but I would like to talk with someone and see them before I drop $2000 on one. You might want to consider a weekend day.

I drove past it one day as I needed a 2nd set of tires/wheels for my Sienna, Toyota.I have to say that they were OUTSTANDING! They are so professionals,they really know what they are talking about and theyll give you honest advice( hard to find nowadays:)). As a busy mom who isnt much of a mechanic it was a blessing to deal with a crew so nice and serviceable.

I very rarely write a review, but this experience at Autoplex-Longmont definitely was review-worthy. Im a basketball coach in town and completely un-mechanical. I came in this week to buy a new trailer accessory and was greeted by Tom at the front counter. Attentive, professional and knowledgeable was his whole way of being. Actually, he acted more like an owner than an employee. But when the details of my request got a little more complicated, he went to the back and brought back with him a piece of testing equipment AND a service tech named Mike Bond. Weird thing was that Mike acted like an owner too! They couldnt have been more engaged and interested with helping me with a simple $20 part! The two of them walked outside to my car and then proceeded to do a diagnostic test on my trailer light mechanism. Way more than was called for. And if that wasnt enough, Mike actually showed me exactly how to install the new fitting! He even gave me additional hardware from the shop to complete the project! But not being terribly mechanical, I came back today and asked Mike to check my work with his testing equipment. Sure enough, Mike was a great teacher and I did it right! Anyway, all of that to say, my experience at the Longmont location was so exemplary that I just had to comment. If Tom and Mike are not owners of this location, they should be. And if you cant make them owners, they both deserve a big raise. What a great experience! Thank you both for taking such great care of me!

Dear Autoplex,My husband just came in a few minutes ago and was so very pleased with the way that Jared and the boys there treated him and his F 150. He had purchased a Tuxedo vinyl topper and the other day at church in Estes Park, the wind come up and destroyed the catch and crossbar and it wouldnt latch from then on. Jared called your company and got all new parts and covered it under warranty. He is so pleased now and it is back secure once again. Thanks for being so kind to repair something without cost for us. I stopped by today to talk about truck toppers, when I entered store there was one guy behind counter on phone, so I wandered around show room for a while, two other guys came in from back. No one offered assistance or asked me if I needed anything. I felt completely ignored. I think I’ll shop somewhere else!!

Was frustrating that it took 4 hrs and 2 trips to install a topper due to a wiring problem with the new topper. I was initially told 60 to 90 mins for installation, so when the 1st trip took 2 hrs, I had to inquire what was taking so long, and they informed me of the wiring issue with the topper, and that I would need to come back for a 2nd trip. 2nd visit took another 2 hrs, but they finally got it done, and did comp me $50 for 2nd trip., which I appreciated, but my time is much more valuable.

I bought a leer topper, very smooth process and Tom was very accommodating on some special installation needs, could not be happier!

Customer service was spot on. Rims, window tinting, tonneau covers, bedlining and more accessories.

Purchased a topper from Autoplex-Longmont. They made a big mistake - ordered the wrong size. I was pretty disappointed, especially since I had to take time off at work (M-F hours only). The inside handle/opener also broke and there was a leak in the seal (apparently, unique to 2015 Ram trucks). However, Jared went above and beyond to make up for all of this - no hassles whatsoever. He turned a disappointed customer into a happy customer. Even though it was inconvenient to return several times, I gave a 5-star rating because they cared enough to make everything right without a fuss, which I wish more businesses would do.

UPDATE: I called the team after being pulled over because my toppers CHMSL was flashing in time with my left turn signal. Autoplex had incorrectly wired it to one brake light! They admitted their wiring tech(s) screwed up but were NOT interested in fixing it ... great, spend $$$$ but fix it yourself. DONT have any electrical / wiring work done here!!I had the Autoplex team in Loveland and Longmont do a bunch of mods to my RAM 3500 and their customer service is okay!! The new Leer topper is awesome and we finally got the trucks tailgate to lock in sync with the topper, now (after two tries)! This wasnt an off the shelf solution, but it appears the gremlins just keep biting my butt ... very disappointing!

I called to schedule my truck to get a gooseneck hitch installed, lady tells me over the phone itll be $190 in labor as I was providing the part. Okay cool thats fine, come the drop off day I asked for a morning and she said that was fine, as I was about to leave I was notified it wasnt scheduled until 1 p.m but it would only take a couple hours. Okay whatever its freezing out I not towing a trailer today. Come 1:45 they call me stating they didnt know it was a b&w gooseneck hitch, and the price quoted was for a receiver hitch, the new amount was going to be $500 for 4 hours in labor. Ive previously had the same style hitch installed through the same store and same deal where I only need labor, 2 years ago I paid $225. Yes I know prices go up yearly but there is no way prices more than doubled. Instead of trying to work something out they said itll be $500 or you can come pick it up. Ill gladly pick up my vehicle and take my business else where from now on.
