This shop has some gorgeous one of a kind dresses! Jacquelyn the owner will do all of your alterations as well. She is a master of her trade and passionate about what she does. Her love shows through in her work! I could not have been happier with the beautiful job she did hemming and adding a bustle to my dress. She was a pleasure to work with and took the stress out of the dress for my big day!

I was hired by this company, but once they officially hired me they stopped talking and communicating with me all together. When I asked about a work schedule, they refused to answer my calls and emails about when I could start working. Eventually, I let go of the idea of working here.Then, I recently called to ask about a suit jacket being altered and they once again ignored my calls and refused to answer my voicemails.Im not sure why theyre disrespectful towards me, but its very unprofessional. I used to have respect for the owners, but now theyve shown me how fickle and rude they truly are. Poor customer service. I do not recommend.

Jacquelyn was wonderful! She took accurate measurements and personally tailored my (very tall) sons rented tuxedo to ensure a perfect fit. Very convenient pick up and drop off.

My experience at Bridal Connection epitomized what wedding dress shopping should be. The consultant I worked with, Tonya, was amazing. She was personable and friendly but not pushy at all. She made a point to ask me all about my wedding, she introduced herself to my step-mom and two bridesmaids who were with me, and she really listened when I told her what I was looking for. Her attitude was great - she seemed excited to have us there and that made us excited to be there. She picked out a dress for me that was exactly what I asked for. I almost went with that one but ended up with something totally different than what I had expected. I think she knew that was the winner and she gave me that extra little push that helped me say yes to my perfect dress.Kimberly, who is usually at the front desk, is also super nice and very helpful. I know shes been helping my local bridesmaids with their dresses and they really like her.The store layout is open, well organized, and easy to navigate. I misheard when I made my appointment and showed up 30 minutes early but they had no problem getting me started right away.Im so happy I got my dress here and I would highly recommend this store.

I have loved my experience here. After a poor experience at another bridal shop, I booked an appointment at Bridal Connection. My dressing room was waiting for me as was the dress I mentioned liking at the other shop. Two attendants helped me pull additional dresses to try as well. They had a great variety of sizes. The staff was great, helpful but not pushy. I wasnt ready to buy right away, but I was warmly welcomed when I came back to try on dresses again as well as stopping by with my mother when she was in town so she could see my dress, which she hadnt seen at the appointment. I will absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress. Working with Bridal Connection has been one of the highlights of my wedding planning experience.

My dress shopping experience here was absolutely amazing! The Bridal Connection has a huge selection of beautiful gowns by various designers at a great price point. Kimberly was so patient with me and there for me every step of the way. I came in twice by myself before I purchased since I had just moved here and didnt have any family or friends in the area. She really helped me narrowing down to my top 3 gowns so that buying the dress was easy once my parents were visiting! She never pressured me to buy and I loved chatting with her about her upcoming wedding and my own wedding during our appointments. Such a wonderful experience!

Where to start with this bridal shop! Simply one of the best bridal shops I have been to. Their customer service amazes me. I went here with my mom to find my dress and had no idea what I wanted. The owner was so helpful and helped me narrow down to the dress I have now. This is something that I didnt find in any other store. Second, the maker of my bridesmaid dresses filed for bankruptcy and werent going to fulfill my order. The ladies in the shop then searched and searched for similar styles and colors and once they found the best options contacted me and then rushed the bridesmaid dresses. Lastly, one of my bridesmaid lives in the Florida keys. She was hoping to get it sent to her parents address before she headed back to Florida because she was unsure of how long it would be till mailing got back to the keys. (Due to hurricane Irma). One of the reps then called the owner of the shop (who was on vacation) to figure out how shipping was done! And sent out her dress. This shop has gone above and beyond for me. And I thank them very much.

Just found my dream dress at The Bridal Connection. I worked with Kimberly and she was absolutely fabulous. After visiting many stores in Colorado with terrible consultants, she really was awesome to work with. When we asked to add accessories to the dress I was in, she always had a great eye for what sashes and veils would look best. Since my wedding is not for more than a year, she told me that if I am ever feeling unsure about the dress choice to just come on in and try the sample again, which was so nice. Love my dress, and I loved the experience at The Bridal Connection.

She even helped me figure out the alteration process with my short time frame. Again, great experience.

I had a fantastic time here. The ladies were so helpful and welcoming! The gal who was assisting me was so cheery and conversational, and it really made the entire experience wonderful. I know that I was trying on a load of dresses, and it was a lot of work ferrying dresses into and out of the dressing room, but she was very accommodating about everything.Btw, the area in the dressing room and pedestal/mirrors was carpeted! This is a HUGE bonus for me considering that I slipped and almost fell at another place that was just wood.All in all a wonderful place. I highly recommend.

I cant say enough about my wonderful experience at this shop. I had visited 2 stores previously and was very discouraged walking in, thinking this experience would be the same as the last two shops. I have wide hips and a narrow upper body which made it difficult for me to find a dress I felt comfortable in that also met my $800 budget. Cindy and her staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Every dress she pulled was the exact style I described (which didnt happen at the other shops I went to). We narrowed it down to two dresses, one that was slightly over my budget and one that was on sale at $300 under my budget. When I asked her opinion she honestly told me the sale dress was perfect. I gained a new respect for her, as an owner she could have lied to me to make a larger sale, but she had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend The Bridal Connection to any bride, it was definitely worth the 40 minute drive from Denver.Thank you so much Cindy, keep up the great work!

The Bridal Connection in Longmont was amazing! They made the whole dress shopping experience effortless and fun. I went with my mom(s) and daughter, there was a huge selection of dresses within my price range to try on, and we found the one!!! I went to the Bridal Connection because I knew exactly what I wanted for my wedding dress, and I realized going to a bridal shop was the only way it would happen. I drove by it all the time, so I stepped in to make an appointment to try on dresses. They were a little busy, so I tried to make it clear that I just wanted an appointment, but they were insistent I could look around and try some things on then. So, I did. They were very nice and helpful through the process.However, they completely messed up my dress order - to the point where Im still hurt and upset about it over a year after my wedding. The dress I tried on in the store was the exact same size I asked them to order, and the dress that arrived had added inches in every dimension. The boatneck neckline that fit my shoulders perfectly in the store, was sagging an extra 3-4 inches on both shoulders so the dress wouldnt even stay on without their binder clips. How is that possible?! What could they have possibly done other than order the dress with extra shoulder space? The in-store dress fit PERFECTLY, meanwhile I spent my entire alterations appointment in tears over how horrible my dress looked. The only reason I didnt cry in that moment was because my future mother-in-law came with me because she wanted to see the dress. It took all my efforts to not break down in tears or scream as soon as I put it on. So, my opportunity to have that conversation with them was completely blown - solely because I didnt want appear as a bridezilla in front of my future mother in law. I can only speculate as to what went wrong based on the notes I saw them write down when I placed the order. They made a special note about the shoulders, and even after my insistence that I wanted it exactly as on the rack - they ordered it insanely larger than needed. I would not recommend buying anything from this place after my catastrophe with my dress. I was still unhappy with it, even after all the alterations to make it small enough to fit me.The woman who completed the alterations did the best she could, but it was not the same. She had to cut and overlay lace that should have been only one layer of lace across the shoulders - and it made the dress fit, but their screw up on the order of the dress made it look horrible by comparison - she couldnt have done any better, and its all their fault.Also note: No, I did not lose weight, or gain weight in the mean time. Also, how could anyone lose 3-4 inches of shoulder? Thats bone structure.Theyre nice, but theyll screw you over. Good luck.

The worst customer service ever!! I would never ever waste my money here not a single penny. I honestly wish I didn’t even have to leave one star! All but literally one staff member was completely rude and unpleasant. One of the staff members even was so rude to tell our bridal party to move so she could accommodate HER appointment. She wasn’t even professional enough or courteous enough to say please or ask nicely.

This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star review. This was THE WORST customer service experience I have had. PERIOD. The 2 women who work here are absolutely rude and I didnt feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. Definitely dont waste your time or effort coming here.Response to the owner: Yes, my daughter was ill and yes she vomitted in your store but you werent welcoming of me bringing my children in the first place! You were saying you would find a place to seat them but didnt indicate it was okay for them to sit on the couches. You were rude in the way you looked at us and how you were so eager to get us out of that place you call a business. First impressions are extremely important in running a business and I know because I am a business owner! So dont try and make this about my daughter because it wasnt. The bridal shop I choose my dress at the following day (which wasnt here) absolutely welcomed my kids...IT IS NOT UNUSUAL THAT some brides have kids oh and arent a freaking size 0 in dresses!!!

Terrible experience. First and last time here. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. The staff, all but one of the ladies, complete witches. Terrible attitude and absolutely rude! They made us feel unimportant after kicking us off the couches for another bridal party. Speaking to us in an unacceptable tone and basically rushing us out of the door. They are absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Unacceptable.

I got married in 2010 and this was the second bridal shop I had been to. These ladies went above and beyond for me! They refer to an excellent seamstress that did a fantastic job on ALL the alterations.They were so patient! I had a hard time finding the bridesmaids dresses I had in mind for my large party initially, but they saved the day and helped me find exactly what I wanted.When I had to go in with some complicated friends and family members, they defused the entire situation, handled it with class, and took charge when I was getting overwhelmed. This was such a relief to me!I would HIGHLY recommend this shop!

My daughter found her dress which results in the two stars but the service was poor and the staff attitude seriously lacking. The shop is overpriced compared to others in the area. And dont tell someone to bring the dress in the week of the wedding to be steamed and pressed and then, On the week of - say oh we needed more notice.

Our experience for my daughters wedding dress purchase has been amazing. The lady that helped with the appt and trying on the wedding dresses was extremely helpful and very knowlegable!

First ever dress experience and it went so well! I found this store from TheKnot Lookbook because they carry the designers I like. I made an appointment and even though I arrived late, Christy (owner) was sweet, accommodating, and very helpful. She clipped me up and down in multiple dresses and helped educate me on things i didnt know. I will reccomend this store to all my friends!!!

My fiancee spent months looking forward to her trip here and tha attendant Cindy effectively ruined her experience. Cindy decided that since my fiance had tried on dresses once before at a different boutique there was going to be no dress purchased and her attention would be better spent elsewhere. There were also multiple occasions where Cindy was snappy with my fiances entire party. Oh and the stock they carried under a thousand dollers was six dresses.

I get married in 2010 and I look everywhere and I found my dream dresses there everyone loves it
