I came in because I was looking for henna hair dye and a very kind employee took me to the selection but also gave me some great advice about what they would do in my situation ( I’m really allergic to hair dye and can’t have any ppd at all in it) so I decided to follow their advice and I feel a lot more confident and happy w my decision. I just wanted to say great customer service, it’s always awesome when you walk in and the people are so friendly and amazing. So thanks !
The staff was so helpful to guide me and my selection. Any questions I had they promptly answered and I appreciated that they were wearing masks. Also you get a discount when youre a loyalty member.

This location always nails the experience. I am treated fairly, kindly, and helped efficiently. as a mostly male-identified person, it is easy to go to other beauty stores and feel like an outsider. I feel that this location of Sallys does a specifically good job of being open and affirming to queer people, rather than acting better-than or closed minded. I have spoken to Anna, the manager here, and believe that the culture of acceptance stems from her. Want to say thank you for that.
Im dyeing my hair for the first time in years and I had so many questions. I unfortunately didnt catch names, but both of the sales associates that helped me were very friendly and helpful and somehow didnt seem to tire of me and my sister in law asking a million questions. Im excited to dye my hair today knowing that I made informed decisions thanks to the lovely people there.
Friendly staff and helpful, too. Had exactly what we needed for my blue hair dye and my wifes pink and purple. Its nice to have everything you need in an actual store, haha! Thanks!
4-29-21: I shopped online and went in where the associate greeted me.. I said I have a list of items I selected on the Sally app. She help me to find the products, 2 items on my list were discontinued. (Not according to the app) The hair dye jus tried and did not work, I was going blonde. So when I applied the dye, felt the bleach for minutes and then nothing.. Left it on for the full 40 minute time, as directed... Hair is now dry and and little to no difference..
Sad I bought a used clipper it is not the staff’s fault. The policy is just weird when it came to my situation, but regardless the staff is friendly and knows their stuff. Recommend for beauty supplies still!
I’ve been in this Sally’s multiple times. I went in yesterday and purchased color and developer, I was not asked for me phone number for account and was not given a receipt. Today I went and tried to return product I didn’t need to the same manager that was there yesterday and she would not refund to my account. Even though she watched her employee not take my info. Would not recommend using this Sally’s.
Great customer service. But they need cameras in that store. In times like this, I find it absurd they (Owners) don’t care about the safety of their employees.

If I could give a 0 I would. I was informed that they were at capacity and she would come get us...so my 10 year old and I waited outside only to watch 4 ppl come out and still nothing.... waited a little longer then the girl tells me that either me or my 10 YEAR OLD can go in BUT NOT both at once! Really? like Im going to let my immune compromised daughter go in or stay outside alone. The ladies behind me even seen this happen. I truly feel this was intentional discrimination towards me and my daughter who has alopecia. TO top it off I could hear the employee talking to other employees in the store about the issue! 100% Unprofessional! I have been coming here for years, driving down from Fort Lupton, NOT ANYMORE!
I dont know a lot about dyeing my own hair, but I do know how to use Google and all the info you could ever want and more can be found online. Do your homework so you know what youre even getting into much less what to buy. The staff are great, they helped guide me to the perfect items, but they probably arent experts in every product they sell, or everything you have to do for each product to work, and that shouldnt be the expectation. Its not a salon, its a product store! If you want a color/dyeing consult with a human trained in it, go to a salon (or google it, seriously). This is a well stocked store, with friendly staff; and Ill be back.

Dana was AMAZING!!! She helped me out so much. i am dying my hair purple and her help guided me through the process. I was even able to call and she redirected through directions i had forgotten. Very pleased and will be back!
Was told by one worker there was more of a product in the back when the shelf was empty. Upon asking another worker to find it she came back and said there wasn’t any. When I asked why I was recommended a product and told was it available and was in fact sold out, I was met with condescending and rude remarks. Will not go back.
I went in for a dark brown eyebrow pencil. All the dark brown pencils in various brands were sold out. The shelves were bare! Throngs of dark haired women must’ve descended upon the store and bought up all of the coveted pencils because there was nary one to be had! It was the same thing with the dark brown hair mascara! WTH? Who knew I belonged to such a popular color demographic? The manager made some excuse about their warehouse availability. It was a very frustrating and third world country type of shopping experience. I won’t be back.
Ive had some challenges finding the correct color to effectively cover my greys and non-greys and the team at this store have been great. Very knowledgeable, patient, and professional.
I went in looking for a hair straightener and I was indecisive about what brand to get. I was browsing them for a bit and the staff continuously kept checking up on me, asking me if I was finding what I needed to find. I spoke to Val and she was VERY helpful. It showed she really knew what she was talking about and eventually convinced me to get some shampoo for my hair :) I was satisfied with the staff, the products they have, the store itself and I LOVE my new straighter.
The angry lady with the long gray hair can be a little less rude to people.
They always have what I need to maintain or change my hair color. When I have questions, the employees give good advice and listen to my concerns. The hair care, nail polish, and makeup selection is good and the service is excellent.
All the Employees are very knowledgeable with the products In store! I get excellent help with all my questions and always receive excellent tips and tricks :)
I called this location today to see if they had a spray tanning nozzle and cartridges for spray tanning. They didnt have what I needed in stock, but the lady who answered was extremely accommodating, took down my information and offered to call me as soon as it came in. I appreciate the people who work there and prefer this to any other location Ive been in Thornton and Westminster. I shop here often and am always treated well. They are also great at answering any questions I have.

The selection of products suck and the manager on duty was rude and unfriendly, the older blonde lady with short hair would stand right next to me facing products wouldnt say hello or ask if I needed any assistanceIt was obvious that she was irritated at the fact that we came in close to closing time. However the younger gal that was running the register was nice.
They were nice and I like the things they sell but they dont know what to do with the things they sell. Just a couple examples are I was in there today and I asked if one pack of the stuff that takes copper/red out, they said ya and it obviously wasnt enough. . My hair is strawberry blonde now. . Two, they kept answering my questions about products in a way I was NOT satisfied. .

You should be able to count coins that two young girls bring in to pay for their fun hair color with to qualify to work here.
I had numerous problems getting my hair to pull color and each attempt at blonde failed. The manager, Anna, was amazing. She researched my issues, made recommendations and walked me through every step of the way. She definitely went over and above to assist me in getting the color I was striving to obtain. I would definitely recommend Sallys in Longmont.
Sign in window says they open at 10am on Sunday. I arrived at 10:40am. Door was locked. I knocked. I rattled the doors. No one in sight. Bad form.

I usually never need help or have questions but the staff here is amazing. I always come in around closing because that is when I get off work and the lady and young man (same ones repeatedly) are outstanding, just observing from a distance makes me always go back.

I showed up at 10 this morning (a Sunday and 10 is when they open per their store hours on their recording) and nobody is here. I have a kiddo and several other stops to make, so it’s extremely disappointing since I likely won’t be able to find what I need at a conventional pharmacy. Edit: just waited until 10:15 and still nothing.
Two staff members attempted to help me find a product, but as soon as they couldnt find it they just stopped looking and proceeded to help other customers. They left me hanging after scanning the shelves and didnt even let me know if they had the product or not.

Came in to Sallys to buy some hair dye. The lady who helped me was very flustered and acted as if she didnt want to be helping me. I ended up buying some Ion hair dye, and the women didnt tell me that I need developer in order to use the hair dye. I didnt find out until I got home, used all of the dye I bought, with no results. No where on the package does it say that I need developer too! Never coming back to this location, hopefully they look at getting some knowledgable staff too.
I used to love coming to this location because the staff was friendly the lady working helped me get my hair back to blonde in a healthy way from burgundy she was super friendly and helpful i vame in litterally every day and sometimes 2-3 times and she was never annoyed and happy to helo and now that shes gone the lmanager Linda is back and shes extremely rude in store and over the phone. She is very impatient and i work customer service i am a manager and i know how you treat people and the way she has been with me is unacceptable i bought a couple of items that i was told didnt need anything else to cure them and she lied to me and i cant use the $30 worth of product i bought i called to see if my boyfriend could return them for me and i got a very rushed and aggitated answer and then she hung the phone up. Needless to say after i return these items i will be going to a different location for sure.
After reading those two results, I was a lil uneasy, when I walked in. Ya all gotta get Hālee, ta help ya. This girl was nice, kind, listened to what I wanted, + had uber product knowledge. Ive gone back, & gotta admit, Ive seen what ya all were tlkn abt. Ive also seen a lot of new faces wrkn there. I hope that hlps their customer service improve.
