Best bagels around! Their lox spread goes great on any of the savory bagels. Its always hard to find good bagels, but their bagels are truly great!

Since I moved to Colorado two years ago from the East Coast, I have been searching high and low to find a bagel shop that serves authentic NY style bagels. Was vastly disappointed until I decided to order from Big Daddy. These guys have the bagel game down pat! Excellent bagels, a wide variety of sandwiches and spreads, and great customer service to boot! I do not care if I have to drive 45 minutes to get them (coming from FoCo), Ill make that drive every single time with a smile on my face. Keep us the great work, yall!

Big Daddy’s has terrible service. I’ve been about 10 times. I have never been without spending 10 minutes waiting - usually while just one other customer is in the store. Today they didn’t tell me until several minutes after my transaction that they’re out of hummus and replaced it with cream cheese- so I was charged $3.50 more for a sandwich than the one I got. I really wanted this to be a place I enjoyed but after consistent poor experiences, I am going to be done visiting here.

Always very good food! Was bummed, because they didnt have tuna salad at 11:30am. The breakfast sandwiches were a good substitute, though.

Showed up right at opening and the woman who greeted me was very welcoming.The food was great (4 corners on a jalapeno bagel with hot sauce) and a good value.There was only the one woman person working but they did great keeping things moving for me and the customers behind me while others showed up a little later to help.

Really solid bagel place. The food is good but not exceptional, though the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality. The coffee is really good and really cheap if you bring your own cup! Definitely a solid spot if you are looking for breakfast

This place makes a decent bagel. The service I experienced was terrible. I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived, nothing was waiting in the online orders pickup area. So I waited. After 10 minutes, I went to ask about my order. The woman behind the counter acted as if my asking her was an inconvenience, and then proceeded to grab a bag behind the counter that was my completed order that had been sitting there the entire time.

If your sandwich comes with cheese, please advertise that on the menu so people know to ask for it without. I got a bacon and egg sandwich (I ordered only bacon and egg) and I got home and the sandwich had cheese on it. At no point did they ask what kind of cheese I wanted like they did with my husbands sandwich (that had cheese listed on the menu), and I never asked for cheese so no idea why it was on my sandwich. I took a bite and immediately realized there was cheese, I had to throw the whole thing away because the cheese was impossible to get off the bagel once it was melted on and I’m allergic so that small bite alone is going to cause me problems. Pretty disappointing, food allergies aren’t a joke and this is why I don’t order out much anymore… people just don’t care.

Great bagels - tasty with tons of cream cheese! The bagel sandwiches were fantastic! I had the chicken with sundried tomato pesto - best sandwich I have had in quite a while. Staff was very friendly - do stop in!!

Great if you go in person, but don’t order through door dash. They’ve never gotten my order correct when ordered through door dash and oftentimes I receive food I can’t even eat because they include ingredients that were not ordered and are allergens.

Stopped here in a pinch. 3 star food. Took another star off for using my credit card info to spam my email!The food is better than Big Daddy Pizza at least, but is still ordinary and it just lacks a delicious punch. Latte was likewise ok. It had an almost burned taste. Im not sure if this was the roast or the prep or otherwise intentional. Personal preferences vary but I typically like dark roasts and this was a bit much.Of you read this Big Daddy, I realize that Stripe links my credit card to my email but that is not an opt-in to marketing emails.

Update:Our first visit was horrible (see below), but we went back just for bagels with cream cheese and those were much better. Well avoid bagel sandwiches from here and stick to basic bagel and cream cheese, because those were great!We wanted to love this and thought we would, but were Slsuper disappointed in our bagel sandwiches. We ordered online and they took twice as long as Id been told. Had they been what we ordered OR tasted good, that might have been ok. We got three sandwiches. We paid the extra $0.97 to get spinach added to each one and there were between 4 and 8 spinach leaves on each sandwich. One of the sandwiches was supposed to have sausage and it didnt. The ingredients that were there had almost no flavor. The jalapeno bagel was the only exception, which had some nice spice, but everything else was disappointing.

I have never had a cinnamon sugar bagel as good as the one I get from Big Daddy! Their cream cheese is to die for as well. I dream about these bagels! The staff is always very friendly and the establishment is clean.

Fantastic bagels, creative and tasty (along with the staples) cream cheeses. The customer service is above and beyond. The young lady who took my order made sure I didnt forget anything and the manager who made my sandwich was not only friendly, but she made sure I was taken care of. Great prices on a fresh product and savings available with a variety of day old bagels, muffins and store made bagel chips. Definitely worth a stop!

Outside seating is very good but limited. My bagel and lox was fresh and very tasty.

Not a local but had promised a buddy putting me up for the night to bring breakfast. Chain bagel stores are fine but since it was for a friend I like I did a little searching and found Big Daddy Bagels open bright and early. Their Big Daddy burrito was a huge hit and their bagels and spreads were delicious days after. Will be back the next time Im in town for sure!

This place is delicious. A little bit of a drive for me but definitely worth it. They tend to heap on the cream cheese and will give you plenty of lox with a bagel and lox. Their coffee is pretty on point as well. If ordering a mocha or other flavored drink you may want to ask for them to calm down on the pumps as these drinks can be incredibly sweet.

We order every week from work, the order is always correct, the staff is super friendly and the food is always great quality. Beats the other guys all day !

This is my favorite place for breakfast. I love the jalapeno cheddar bagel. They also make great coffee drinks.

The bagel was less to be desired as the bottom of the was soggy. The staff seemed not to be excited to be at work on a labor day. The restuarant was filthy had to wipe our own table down. The menu looks like they want to nickle and dime you for everything that you put on your bagel. People that give 5 stars and such probably dont know what good service and good food are about.

Originally I had given this place a 5/5, but Im changing it to a 3/5 because over the past year I have come here for breakfast, they have gotten my order wrong EVERY TIME. It has gotten to the point that I will check my food before I drive away and EVERY TIME I have to walk back in to ask for what was missing. And today was so bad on the quality of my sandwich that they had haphazardly wrapped it in foil and when I opened it, it completely fell apart and the other one was so poorly made that it was near impossible to eat as a sandwich. I dont know what is going on, but we have decided that it isnt worth our time or money to continue coming here even though we like the food. Its not worth the hassle anymore.

The overall place is a 5 star however LANEY was very rude almost uncomfortable enough to make me leave . However the young boy is very polite! Bagels are great! Everyone else besides laney is great!

Ive been eating at Big Daddy Bagels since 1999 when it was Rocky Mountain Bagel Works in Boulder and under the same owner. We eat at one of the locations at least once a week, sometimes more. Ive eaten bagels all up and down the front range and Big Daddy is hands down, the absolute best. Weve moved North of the most northern location by nearly 30 minutes and we still make the drive every weekend.Real eggs, NY bagels made in house and great spreads.

I wouldnt really call this a bagel shop sure they have some weird types of flavors of bagels, but only have like 4 types of Shmear. And theyre not even that good. Definitely disappointed. Wont be visiting again.

They do have good bagels, however, the staff is rude and ALWAYS gets multiple orders wrong. Will not be coming here anymore unless the staff can shape up and learn to make an order properly and at least apologize when they do make a mistake as opposed to staring at you like youre insane.

There is a lot to be desired from these bagels. Its a lovely little location but the quality of the food could be better.

Always come here and get a breakfast sandwich and sometimes a itialian soda. I always get a splash of creamer in my drink but I always have to remind the staff multiple times. When it does get added they do it when its plum full and the soda is already made. I always tell them they have to add creamer first otherwise a chemical reaction happens and it overflows and makes a mess. Im always nice about it but one employee always seems to have an attitude about it. How hard is it to follow 3 steps/instructions?Creamer, carbonated water, flavoring. SimpleLol still will eat there but they need better customer service for sure.

Bagels are good at this place and the varieties are wonderful too. It is unfortunate that the attendants/servers ruined the atmosphere and our mood. Right from the time we entered we were greeted with a sour face, when we asked the table to be wiped and cleaned the reaction was even more sour. Is it really that difficult to find a good help who is committed to service and is happy to work in a service industry?

I like their bagels I have been going there for quite some time but it has been a while. I went there today just to get a bagel with butter on it they charged me for butter on a bagel which I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a bagel shop doing but hey I could be wrong but they were pricey before and now they are really pricey. Where to get charge for butter I feel like I’m getting nickeled and dimed. This will be my last time back. It is just not worth it anymore

The bagel sandwich was fantastic! Good service, but the espresso coffee isnt the best. I havent tried the drip coffee. However, I would definitely go back for another breakfast sandwich (and probably will).

These bagels are ok--tasty but not the best Ive had. Theyll do since we dont have the real thing. Service is very hit or miss. Sometimes youll wait 15-20 minutes when theres only one person in front of you, other times they move things right along.

Im a New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn and these are by far the best bagels Ive had in Colorado. Youll never find bagels exactly like NY here (different water, higher elevation an humidity all affect the product) but these are close enough for me!

Bagels are very good. Best in Longmont. Service is always a little akward... Not sure what it is. Who cares? Best bagels is the important part.

Did not use fresh eggs, which is a major dealbreaker for me.

Came in to buy bagels to go for a group. I understand its not always easy to accomodate food allergies, but the message here was dont even try. We buy food out for our group multiple times a week that includes one peanut allergy and this is the first time I was encouraged to leave empty handed. Yes, food allergies are serious, but really? I was desperate for coffee so I purchased one with my personal credit card. That should have been the end of it. But instead somehow they got my email address from my card and now I receive their unsolicited, unwanted junk emails. So gross

I eat here at least once a week. Their breakfast bagel sandwiches are substantially better than any of the local chains in the area.

My everything bagel was overly chewy like it was stale, and my iced tea was extremely bitter. Not really excited to give this place another try. Einsteins has better bagels.

Good bagels. Bad service. They need to figure this out. Always chaos. Always a wait. This has been our go-to since they opened, but we may switch to Einstein’s if they don’t figure things out.

Horrible service. Rude woman behind the counter finished taking 3 peoples orders in front of us then turned her back and proceeded to make drinks, after waiting 5 minutes with no attention from the rude woman I asked myself if they’d offer cash back she lied and told us a near by establishment would. I didn’t get her name because her back was too is the entire time She helped the regulars but she was heavy set with dark hair and extremely rude. Bad business one star.
