Quick easy shopping trip found what I needed easily, looked as if Target has supply chain issues as a lot of items seemed in low supply. Fast and Friendly Service from Cashier, Covid protocols in place employees seem cleaning shopping carts upon entering the store.

I went to the CVS pharmacy located inside the Target today, and I had a great experience! The line was insanely long, but when I got to the counter to get my medicine the girl was super nice and was definitely making the most of the situation. She was on the shorter side with a non haircut with highlights and glasses. We were the same age, and she was really nice to me :) If you see her, say something nice! I will definitely be coming back :D

I went up to the window to pick up my items about 30 minutes after making the order, Im on lunch and have a time constraint. So the lady at the counter told me its not ready to pick up. the order was two items. I then asked if I could politely go and grab the items for her and she can just scan them in, she refused. Then I asked if they could cancel it and I just got grab it and buy it, they replied I will have to cancel it myself. if a customer comes in and asks for a order, instead of JUST checking the scanner if its done, assess the situation, realize its two items and the customer is obviously in a rush, and go grab them or ask for help. Even the customer was willing to do the job of the employee to accomplish the task. I was very polite and just in a hurry.

This Target is always clean well stocked and well staffed. The employees are always friendly and inviting. This is my favorite store to shop at due to the consistency of all my shopping experiences. Great job Target team!

Bought item online. Got email saying it would be ready for pickup in 2 hours. 5 hours later, drove 30 minutes (past 2 other Targets) to pickup my item. This Target cancelled my order without reaching out to me. No email, no phone call. Employee not very helpful at all. Currently taking her word that my order is being refunded. Asked for proof of refund, she couldnt give it to me. Will see what happens with that..

I usually LOVE Target, but I am very disappointed with the lack of Pride merchandise available at this location. Most locations have cute dollar section items and a larger pride section and Longmont’s seems to be lacking. I hope you guys stock more before June is over.

Do NOT trust their online inventory! We traveled from Loveland to get the last car seat in stock of a particular brand and then they stated that it was an error and they actual had zero on hand and in stock. Wasted our time and gas. Terrible customer service. Wont go here again

Placed a drive up order & after associate placed item in my car I realized I needed an item I forgot to order. Bought PLENTY more items from target & upon reaching my car to the male with long dark hair aggressively approached me and began yelling at me for parking in the DRIVE up parking spot. Explained I DID place a drive up order hence why I was parked there, but had to run inside to grab the item I forgot. No target employee should EVER approach a paying customer the way I was approached! I feel very uneasy going back to this store after this incident.

This Target location always is clean, friendly, helpful and well stocked!

Customer service is outstanding. Good quality products at fair prices. I especially like the order on line pick up at the store. Wait times are short.

I try to use the pick up option as much as possible however sometimes the item is out of stock and that is fine. Tonight a went to get an alternative item and this guy at self checkout is wearing his mask underneath his chin. The mask says my mask is useless which whatever youre entitled to your opinion. However the self checkout kid instead of asking the man to wear his mask he says nice mask. This stuffs mandated I would not suggest going to this target if youre concerned about covid.

Stores are always clean and they have a great selection of merchandise at good prices. Their drive up service is quick and easy!

Love this Target/ environment. Target is finally starting to have good deals & sales in which I totaly appreciate. Always received good customer service. I feel bad that all these covid nazis are leaving 1 star reviews due to the fact that some target shoppers dont always want to wear their masks properly which isnt the Target employees fault. If YOURE that worried about catching covid then YOU can wear your mask & mind your own business. Maybe quit watching the news so much.

The store was busy today, typical Sunday but the front end staff kept lines moving, opened up registers, and were super friendly. I love my local target. And I like that Target supports movements I support too.

Store doesnt feel crowded - easy to social distance. Aisles are nice and wide.

I have always loved Targets brands and selection, but the main reason I love Target now is because Target has taken the best measures Ive seen of stores in our area to protect customers and employees against COVID. Target is the only store that Ive seen with a person dedicated to wiping down carts thoroughly, they provide ample space throughout the store to allow social distancing and they require masks to enter. The employees all have masks and are generally still pleasant on top of all this craziness! I have ZERO reservations about shopping at Target during the pandemic!

Pleasant shopping experience! Store is comfortable, merchandise is organized and stocked (as much as it can be during these times), and I love the pop-up cross merchandising....like the homegoods section and the new winter jacket and Christmas areas by the checkout. Your team cleans carts thoroughly and is greeting me as I walk in. Cashiers clean between customers. I shop there for our weekly groceries and know exactly where to find things, and I can get everything I need in one place. Really do enjoy the Longmont team as well. Friendly and welcoming.

This store has only 4 self checkouts so there is always a line. They have 15 staffed checkouts for which they only ever staff 1. Is it so hard to convert the staffed checkouts to self checkouts? Walmart managed to do this months ago.

Great costumer service!I had an item to exchange and it was so easy. The store I was out didnt have the size I needed so they called another store closer to my home. They took the time to wait on hold to ensure the store had exactly what I needed before I left. It was like the really cared.

I was looking to replace some old, very comfortable gloves, the non- winter type with the fingertips built in for phone use. I bought that pair years ago at Target and they were starting to get very worn. I looked and couldnt find them,and a nice employee walked up to ask if she could help. She had direct connection with the inventory and what Target provided from its warehouse. She was super helpful!

This places drives me BONKERS. They never have enough check-outs open and when I purchase things based on receiving a gift card I don’t get it at the self-checkout. Driving to Loveland is well worth it. Much better store and service.

I think your store is more safety conscious than grocery stores in the area. I like the people in the check out lane and how wide the isles are.... The people shopping all had masks on today which meant a lot to me. I also like to shop at one store with everything I need.

The customer service at the longmont colorado location is terrible.

A nice store overall, but could benefit from a remodel. Spacious and not crowded; big pluses. Good location, but very bust traffic in and out.

Its like most Targets. Itd be nice if theyd remove the huge displays that look like a shopping basket from the middle of the main aisles, it makes it very difficult to get around, I feel like Im at every other grocery store with how much they try to cram into a small area. At times the wait in line is ridiculous! But the employees are always very friendly and helpful.

I trust Target more than most stores as far as quality and return policy (it used to be 90 days; I dont know if thats still the case). But, I could have looked at Walmart or Amazon for the Carpet Cleaner and decided Target was safest bet.

I always have a better shopping experience at Target vs Walmart. They may not have as many products but the staff is way more friendlier and knowledgeable. Plus they have great coupons and deals. Marjorie is 84 years old and always a pleasure to be in her checkout. Good for Target to hire and retain good employees.

Best target ever

This target is adequate. I find it to be satisfactory, but not exceptional in substance. It is a place that you can purchase thrifty items. The workers here seem busy, relatively content in their jobs, but not overly friendly, and in the forced cheerfulness economy its nice to be ignored. You could shop here or you could not, nothing will be lost or saved.

A supertarget. The crossroads of a hopeful good experience and the stupidest expression of a completely ruined retail experience. The possibility of great service from a hard worker or the chance of a teenager barely able to give you attention more than his phone or the toy in his hand. Both the best and worst experience have happened to me here, from product on the floor to people at the door. You wanna roll the dice, come here

Had to make a stop while on vacation... store was very clean and impressive. A young gentleman, Elijah?, that was stocking frozen foods was more than helpful to point us in the right direction to find something in the hygiene area.

This store is always clean and organized and I never have any trouble finding what I need. The employees are helpful and I love the Target brands. Archer Farms has amazing products.

The people who work here are SOOOO nice and make you feel like a friend of theirs. I love to go here early in the morning. when I get off work. I work nights and its great to stop here to wake up and pick up a few things. Love the place! One of the nicest employees is Kelcie she works as a check out gal and I always make sure I check out in her aisle when shes there.

It was so easy and convenient and I was able to snatch up the last of the item I was looking for without going to the store immediately. Slight frustration when a couple of the other items I wanted were no longer available or were out of stock. I could not get my shopping done all in one order and at one time.

We were in the area for dinner and our son wanted to look at headphones, so we stopped here to see what they had in stock. This is an amazing Super Target! The store is clean and bright and well stocked and employees were helpful without hovering. Check out was fast and easy. Our cramped, noisy, smaller Target cannot compare. Well definitely come to this store when we need more items to choose from.

This is one of the best Targets I have visited in a long time! Clean, friendly staff, and a much better selection than some other Targets!I move a lot and of the 9 Target stores that I have lived near and frequented in the past 3 years, this has been the best!

Worst place to shop.

The inventory and product selection was disappointing during my most recent visit. It was nearly impossible to find staff members on the floor to assist with finding items or inquiring about stock.

Gail, the employee at the customer service desk, saw me at the counter but was too busy sorting the videos from the returns cart. Even after I said hello, she continued sorting the videos, and acknowledged I was waiting! I told her that I hoped I didnt take her away from her work. Gail, I sure hope you got those videos sorted as Im sure they are as important as paying customers are. I will not go back to this Longmont Target.

The lack of a 4 or 5 is due to prices and mystery taxes always pushing totals higher than one originally anticipated. However, the heart of the store solely belongs to the great attitudes, reliability, and smiles of the staff. Whomever is doing the hiring for this location has done a great job.

Target is neutral. Target has self check out lands that make lines faster in other lanes. People can check out food by them self and that makes it a lot quicker. Although Pizza hut and Cold Stone is out of business. Also, target does not have mich of anything to buy there anymore.

Went in to purchase an item off the website, which was confirmed by the website to be available in store. It was not. Teenager couldnt tell me where to get it, just shrugged. Found it cheaper on Amazon anyway.I decided to try on some jeans since I was there, Im always looking for good jeans. They had sizes 0-8 and plus sizes, nothing in the average sizes, 12/14 with less than a 32 inch inseam. Because we all weigh 120 pounds and are at least 56 yeaaah...

As far as Targets go, this is one of the cleanest ones, and best stocked I have been in. Really hasnt been too many times when I went to a section and saw it empty from not being restocked. It also tends to be up to date with the latest toys and gadgets that have recently came out following movies or TV.The food section is also very nice and always maintained well with anything you could want. The fresh food and deli are my favorites with a lot of choices for meals on the go giving a great variety. As far as the staff goes, I would say its what I have come to expect from a large retail store. There is good and bad employees, but majority of the time I have no issues and get friendly service.

Smallest and worst mens clothing section Ive ever seen in a Target. Everywhere Ive lived I get most of my clothes from Target, disappointing I cant do that in Longmont, CO. Nothing of a super store in the mens department. Improve and expand your mens section and I will consider your store again...until then I will find another place to shop.

BEST DONUTS made in house!!! I havent been to any other target that makes their own donuts but they make them daily here and they are the best donuts Ive ever had.

Love Target but for some reason this one is not as cleaned up on their shelving as most of the ones I have been to. They slack on keeping things in stock as well as keeping everything straightened, and on the right racks! I have gone to the register multiple times with things that are priced one way on a rack specifically and they say oh that sale is over or that sign is in the wrong place.

Juicy gems pomegranate seeds taste and smell like nail polish remover. The sell by date isnt until tomorrow. Probably shouldnt be on shelf.

In general, I do like Target as a store, which is why I continue to deal with the HORRIBLE staff and store at Hover and Nelson in Longmont. Although there are a few decent employees who seem to not hate their job or the human race in general, they are few and far between. The training apparently does not contain anything about customer service. The floor managers consist of a group of young women who seem to think that they are better than anyone else. Every single one of those girls are rude, condescending and rarely deal with anything seriously. They will stand there chatting when the lines are building up instead of getting back up. My last visit there, one of these managers yelled at a worker in front of me for being a few minutes past the end of her shift. She literally made a scene and scared the employee in front of me and a few other people waiting to be helped. It was completely out of hand. I wish that I would have gotten the girls name, but I was so angry at that point, that I just left. Love the Target store, but not the staff. This has been going on for years and corporate needs to get involved quickly because the manager of this actual store clearly doesnt care.

I tried to get fried chicken but the box had melted. Ate it anyway but was very sad. Got myself some coloring books and all was OK. Good prices. Nice balloons. 👍🏾🇺🇸

They have really made this store feel more light and open by reorganizing the displays. Great selection of home goods here too. One of the nicest Target stores I have seen.

Target is the place I shop for milk substitute. Don’t really shop for organic produce as I don’t like the way they display it. A sign overhead read organic with produce below, so you think it’s organic. No just what’s on the end. The car section does have much. They have lots of cashier checkouts, but only 1-3 open. So you go to self checkout and stand and wait and wait.

I get an email every time we shop here, asking us to review our experience. There is no option to opt out. Seriously?

Who doesnt love Target? This is a great one- good management. Store is always clean and ready to deal with crowds.

This target has a good selection of toys and games.It has decent wheelchair accessiblity with plenty of space between aisles.The only thing missing is that the handicap bathroom stall opens the wrong way, making it difficult to maneuver a wheelchair.

Its a Super store!! The store is gret with lots of options. The staff were great and very very helpful. Needed advice pharmacist and he was superb with all the advice and information we could have with options of the medication too.

My mother-in-law had an issue at this store, and the manager on duty late on a Saturday evening (named Darren, we believe) was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Big thanks to Darren and the staff for taking care of her so well.

Or at least dont make the nice employee overseeing the self-checkout hassle people about getting a Red Card while we check out by ourselves. Also, this location has terrible access points and people get real angry in that parking lot.
