Would recommend this place over and over. I had trouble with my tire while traveling. They got me in, fixed up, and back on the road at a very good price. They could have charged what ever they wanted, I was over a barrel. But they were honest and took really good care of me.
These guys are pros, did an excellent job on my dr 650 suspension and also helped me get my bike back on the road after 5 years of storage. Cannot recommend them enough! Thanks guys
While traveling Colorado on motorcycle we had a tire breakdown and come apart. We contact them on a Late Friday afternoon and they had the tire needed in stock and said they could put it on first thing Saturday morning so our trip would not be interrupted. The staff was great price was fair. Definitely recommend for a place to do business
Not sure where priorities are in this store. I was only client and needed a pair of gloves. While shopping I received some urgent business texts which require my attention. After explaining this to 3 different employees I finally found my gloves and then with 5 people there couldn’t pay for them?? 3 of the folks were dealing with what appeared to be an employee matter. I was only client in the store.
Great service, great selection, big store, awesome staff. Got a flat tire fixed and was glad they were able to do it the same day for me last minute.
They ate closed to my house and have the parts in stock for my 2 kawasakis (both 2006 KLR650 and Vulcan Nomad). They also have a good shop full of accessories to customize your ride. They inventory on new and used bike is small due to Covid-19, but everyones elses is the same.
Oddest thing. I bought a 2013 Yamaha Tenere at the end of September. Plates were way behind so I never really drove it except around the neighborhood. I finally got the plates three weeks ago and the weather is perfect so I decided to drive it. It was sold to me with 13,417 miles on it. So far it has been great.
Great place from what I can tell. l spoke with the owners daughter extremely educated and knowledgeable on the equipment. Hopefully Ill be able to purchase a vehicle from them in the future
Really nice shop, fun to just go and look at bikes. Staff was friendly and made selling my cycle easy. Next time Im in the market for 2 wheels Ill start here.
I just wanted to send a note of Thanks to everyone at this Dealership who helped me when I was in Colorado to ride in a charity ride. I arrived in Frederick Co, and had bald tires, although they tried their level best there was not enough time to change my tires before the ride. They were awesome in trying though. I did get 2 new tires purchased and installed on my bike so I had a safe ride home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
My Suzuki KingQuad ATV needed all kinds of work...broken plow, broken winch, messed up tire chains...Ian picked it up, loaded it on his trailer, and Tony and the service techs did the rest. Ian delivered it back 2 days later..Everything perfect now, ready for the next snowstorm. Great service, at a reasonable price. Thanks again, guys. Highly recommended!
Made an appointment. Showed up for appointment. Was told to meet around back. Stood out back for 20m. Went inside, was told someone would be right out. Another guy came out and was staring me down, said nothing until I did. Took the keys to get details on my bike, left it with the acc ON and took the key out. Showed up later that day and the acc was STILL ON, wheels covered in grease, and it cost me 240 for labor!*Its been a week and something has been feeling NOT right, checked my belt and its about as tight as you could possibly get it!!!! I am going to have to fix this before I get on it again!Id give negative stars if I could. As a first time customer, Ill be telling everyone as well as never going back.
Knowledgeable staff, friendly.
The entire crew here at Rocky Mountain Kawasaki is the best. Great customer service and always willing to help
Great people, very friendly and helpful. They know what they are talking about.
Great little bike shop. One of the few left in the area
Always the best service and employees!
A bit over priced and difficult to negotiate with, though Scotts attitude was probly the worst part of the experience. Went in looking to buy the H2 sx they had. First time in went ok as I just went in to look at it. I did end up having Scott get me an otd quote, but is was higher than I wanted to pay and he wasnt willing to negotiate despite it being on the floor for well over a year. Ok fine, though at one point I was told over email that this bike was for those who could afford to purchase spontaneously, so I assume this was his excuse for not trying to work with me on the price. Started shoping online and found one for a reasonable price, but I decided to give them anothere chance to come close as they were local. Initially tried to deal with Veronica this time but she was out, so it was back to Scott. He managed to take a tiny bit more off but it was still several thousands more, so I was probly going to stick with the other. The problem I ran into here was that, in your stereotypical salesman fasion, he tried to bs on the online buying process and consstantly tried to convince me that is was to good to be true and that theres as sorts of other costs and hassles to deal with when buying online. This was my first time doing so, so I didnt know. Fortunatly, I talked to the other dealer more and as it turns out, it was all bs. That or maybe he just isnt aware of how things are done today. The only hassle was the wait. Fortunatly the weather hasnt been great, so Im not missing to much. In the next day or so, Veronica got back to me with an even lower price. It was still a few thousand more and I already decided at this point to make a down payment on the other, but if that offer had been the one I got the first day in, I might have taken it without looking elsewhere. Im not sure how many salesman they have but if your picking between these two, try to deal with Veronica. -1 star for price. -3 for Scott and the bs. +1 for Veronica and her lack of bs.
Update your google maps hours. it sucks driving an hour to a place that’s actually closed when your hours said open.
What a wonderful experience buying a bike here. Went in one day and spoke to Scott about buying a new Z900RS. We talked about it a bit and I was a little reluctant about the price. He even offered me a discount on the bike, but I still wasnt sure. There was zero pressure in trying to sell me the bike. While there, my attention was drawn to the Z900. Scott told me the details about it and I was really interested, but had done zero research on this particular model. I told him, Id go home and research the bike and if I was still interested in it, Id get back to him the next day. After doing some research that evening, I was indeed interested in the bike.Scott followed up with me the next morning and I told him I was definitely interested in the bike. I made him an offer on the bike and to show him I was serious, I put a deposit on the bike. He told me, hed check with the boss to see if they would accept my offer and would get back to me. Sure enough, my offer was accepted. We made an appointment for later that afternoon. I was in and out in about an hour. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. My bike was ready to roll and I left with a big smile on my face. Could not be more happy and satisfied with my experience.Thank you Rocky Mountain Kawasaki!
Bike is in the shop, Marv is a great person and mechanic. The entire staff is great, they let me buy the shirt right off the mannequin. I think Im ready to buy another bike from them!
Great people, great service!
Ive visited Rocky Mountain Kawasaki several times for parts for my old Yamaha and current Kawasaki. Always a warm welcome, and knowledgeable advice. Recommended.
Good place to work with, even if I dont owe a kawasaki they always have all the part for my Suzuki.
Allen was super helpful, we got my wife onto a new Z125. We will be returning pretty soon once she is more competent on this tiny little bike to buy her upgrade, likely a z400 or a ninja 400. I appreciate that he let me ride the H2 and the ZX10r with no fuss, most dealerships wont let you touch something like that unless you can prove youre a serious buyer. I wish more dealerships would be more positive about test rides - how do I know what I want to spend $15-20K on if I dont ride everything first? This place gets it. I should also mention, I did purchase a Versys 650 from them back in 2016 - although the people I worked with at that time are gone now, it was still a great experience.
Took my YZ 125 in for a back tire replacement. Tony was the gentleman that helped me, he was very helpful and explained the process to me and didnt try to upsale me on stuff I didnt need. Which was appreciated. Very professional and helpful. Recommend the service department at Rocky Mountain Kawasaki.
I just want to give a sincere thank-you to Tony and the folks in the service department. I have a unique electric powered Rickshaw and they helped me with everything that had to do with my custom rims and wheels. Excellent customer service!!
We recently got back into motorcycling and actually had a great experience here buying a Ninja 400. The sales guys were great, nobody was pushy (not even about the extended warranty we declined :-), and overall the process was easy. The guy who helped me pick helmet, etc., was super patient andhelpful.
Ordered a helmet. I knew what I want but they didnt help with the sizing. Shipping took awhile but that wasnt their fault. They didnt call when it was in and I had to call them. Overall they were friendly and helpful. They have a clean store with good selection.
I needed a oil change and while i dont own a Kawasaki i had heard good things about this dealership. They were backed up do to the pandemic but managed to get me on my way on a ride to Park City. Ir was very much appreciated and i highly recommend the guys in their service dept.
Excellent Dealership!! After looking at the reviews I was a little iffy but once I walked on In great service Scott is a great Salesman.! And I ended Up coming home with A new 2018.! FAST SERVICE and Excellent customer Service when it comes down to it.!! Money well spell and a great Dealership to purchase Your first bike from.!!
I had a fantastic experience with Rocky mountain kawasaki. Tony in service and Roger at the front were super helpful in directing me to the right part and service. I couldnt be more pleased. They went out of their way and made time to fit me into their busy schedule and their customer service left me feeling very happy and I will definitely be coming back to them for my bikes service needs moving forward. I 100% recommend rocky mountain kawasaki! I cant believe how helpful a brand name bike shop was to me!
Best dealership ever!
Living in the Mountains of CO, it is hard to find good technicians to work on my machines. After some calling around, I found out that the nearest Kawasaki service center was 2.5 hours away.....So, I brought My 2005 Brute Force in for servicing. It had some expensive issues. Since it was an older machine, the folks in the service center worked with me to find some used parts to keep the repairs affordable...After picking up the ATV, I headed home... A few hours into the journey I realized I had forgotten a dirt bike tire that I had brought in at the same time for a new tube... Tony in the service center, once again, worked with me to get the tire shipped to my home. This saved me a 5 hour round trip and a tank of gas... Thanks again Tony....
So nice to buy a vehicle and feel good about it later. Great folks here and real pleasure to do business with them.
Very helpful. Great customer servixe
Friendly and helpful. Nice clean store.
I want to sincerely thank the service team at Rocky Mountain Kawasaki. They treated me with the best customer service I could have asked for, and prices extremely reasonable. I also work in an emergency clinic and wasn’t able to pick up my bike after getting new tires put on due to a patient. They said I could come the next morning, with no storage charges. I know where I’m getting all my service done now! Right here! A million thanks.
My girlfriend and I went in here to find her a helmet and look at some motorcycles. It’s always a great experience to talk to helpful salesmen that aren’t overbearing or just trying to sell you things you don’t need. The guys there are just people you can strike up good conversation with, without feeling like you’re at some dealership. This alone makes this place stand out from many others. We ended up buying a helmet from them and will definitely be returning to look at new models that arrive in the future.
Tony hooked it up ! He earned all my future business. The place I bought a bike from wasn’t even willing to help me out. I had to go 104 miles out of the way to Longmont from Breck to have T handle business and get me back on the road ASAP. Much love to Longmont Kawisaki.
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my new bike from Kyle. We had a bit of an issue on the road to go pick it up and he stayed a little late for me on a Saturday so I could get my bike! Through the entire purchase process he was communicative, gave me assistance on his end, and had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. The folks that were in the shop were wonderfully friendly and courteous to me. I would be in there visiting with them every weekend if I lived closer...it has a wonderful, rider friendly vibe...relaxing and engaged. Kudos...I will be back at some point, no doubt in my mind. -Patrick, Albuquerque
The service department is great. Both times I have had my jet ski in they did the repairs in LESS time than they quoted me. Good guys, good prices. I highly recommend them.
I Cant praise them ENOUGH. RMK treat you like OLD FRIENDS. Alan in sales, Doc, MARSHALL !!! Especially Mark Woodward in parts, THE best knowledge and service. Corey in Service helps out Immensely, even with my annoying questions..Shae holds the Whole place down !..I have not purchased there for a While..and they remember me. Cheers..and Keep up the Great work guys and Gals.
GREAT customer service ! Very nice people, I purchased a new Jet Ski last month, and could not have been more helpful, saw a review about High Pressure Nothing could be further from the truth. They dealt with me in the most professional manner even got me a GREAT deal on financing . I live 2 1/2 hours away and believe me its worth the drive . No add ons, no games and no hidden fees
They have been doing a great job for me and they have corrected the issues we had before . They are a great team to work with
Great staff I bought my bike from Scott. Overall I would buy another bike here, I like this place a lot and I want to support the last dealer in Longmont. There was a small problem with a tire install but nothing safety related.Update 2/2020I bought a second bike here. It was a straightforward process once again :) . I also had my Kawasaki Concours serviced here and valves adjusted. Marv is a fantastic technician. He explained everything in detail and is exceptionally good at what he does.
Marshall, Roger, and the entire staff of Rocky Mountain Kawasaki always take exceptional care of me. They are ready to help and eager to keep their customers happy.I cant remember the last time I had a negative experience at this store.I recently took my motorcycle in here to have an oil change and the few minor details worked out with my bike, and they had it ready in a day.Friendly and professional.
One of the best motorcycle dealers in the Boulder area. Besides selling new Kawasaki Motorcycles, can they have a great inventory of used motorcycles as well. They service all makes of bikes.
Amy in finance and Sean in sales did a great job helping me streamline my trade-in and getting the ball rolling on the purchase of my new z1000. I was taken care of to say the least and they made my process super easy and fun as well! Cheers guys
Hey guys, sorry it took a while to get around to this. First of all the bike is super special to me, and thank you guys for making a 30 year old dream come through for this old man. It exceeds my expectations for what I thought it would be. The bike is in great condition considering it is 30 years old. There where a few mechanical issues with the bike when I first received it,but Marshall and Daniel stood tall, and like a real honest business man took care of it for me with no problems whatsoever. Considering I am in PA, and they are in Colorado. The people at Rocky Mountain Kawasaki are good honest people, and I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future. This bike is a fine addition to my family, and I am one happy camper. Again, thanks to the guys at Rocky Mountain Kawasaki. Thanks,Mike Horn(Maverick)
I bought a bike and took delivery yesterday. My complete experience was beyond my expectations. Everyone treated me politely, honestly and it was fun. It was really a good time with some good laughs, kind of like family...Ill be back and I will take good care of her Marshall, promise.
My nephew is the lot tech. I know the owners and have gotten to speak to customers after their service. They where satisfied. That is all i know. Relaxed place. Fun and informative!
Mechanics take forever to do something simple that should take an hour and a half tops to do. Was told it would be done in 3 days that they were open and its been 3 days it shouldnt take this long
Never in a million years did I think I would be able to finance a new bike! But I got approved ! Everyone down at Kawasaki is awesome! Thank you Kawasaki...I love my 2012 Honda Shadow aero ! I will always keep coming g back for all my bike needs.
Super high pressure. I admit I was shopping for a Kawasaki Ninja by pitting them against a Fort Collins dealership, the sales guy from this place finally said If you want to play games, go somewhere else! then hung up. I wasnt trying to be impossible, I was just seeing if they could do better on price. I love the deal I got up north.
I have bought cycles and parts and had service done for years. Complete satisfaction. Im often told little tricks or tips that only come from experience. I got a real education about helmets recently. Marv, the service manager, has taken the time, many times, to explain an issue to me, like the tight spot on a chain, or the difference between different tires. He has solved obscure electrical problems that others could not diagnose. .Further, the shop is a great supporter of the community. They supplied jet skis during the 2013 flood to search and rescue folks and taught them how to use them. Every year they support and participate in the Moose Run, which provides money to motorcycle related causes. The parts manager is the auctioneer at the Colorado Motorsports Hall of Fame induction dinner. .They are a great team.
These folks are now my go-to folks in Longmont for work on my motorcycle. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, excellent work. They can get a little busy and sometimes you end up waiting - that happens sometimes. Theyre also a little pricier than some of the other places around - not by very much, mind you - and again, youre paying for the level of quality and experience. I highly recommend them.
Experienced knowledgeable folks. Highly recommended. Service all makes.
Excellent customer service even during pandemic
Rocky Mountain Kawasaki has always been great to us. My mom and dad go there, as well as my boyfriend and I. I sold my last motorcycle there, and bought my new one there recently (Kawasaki Ninja 2009). My boyfriend went in to get his tires replaced for his Honda CBR 2012, they offered him the best price and did a few extra things to make his experience great!Hands down, they have offered us the best experiences of any shop in Colorado. They offer fair prices, are passionate about motorcycles, and will treat you well. Would recommend!
I am a new rider as of this summer. I bought my first bike here (2016 NInja 300). The staff was great in helping me get set up and has been really helpful with any service and parts I need. Highly recommended.
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. My son and I looked at a used bike and put a deposit to hold it for one week while we got financing together. Called today to set up a time to pick it up and instead of holding it the week they sold it to someone else 4 days later. They didn’t even call and ask us if we still wanted it or not. We are a Kawasaki family and have several bike and will NEVER give these guys the time of day ever again. Just horrible customer service.
I responded to an advertisement on their website in regards to a dirt bike via email, then followed up by phone at about 3pm Saturday. I had full intentions of purchasing the bike, the salesman stated he will check and see if they had the bike still and he would call me back. I waited for a couple hours and no response. I figured that an establishment that, in which the whole objective is to sell would have a little more enthusiasm and follow up. I did not receive a follow up via email or phone. Yes, I could have came up there to see if the bike was still there but due to my schedule, I wanted to make sure the bike was there, especially considering that it is tax season and it is hard to keep stock. I’m disappointed, and I doubt that I will allow myself to make a purchase from that establishment in the future.
Worst place I have ever been!! I highly recommend staying away from this place!! Poor customer service to say the least!! Charged for things that clearly say on the work order not to!! No one calls to give you an update!! Tell you one thing then do another!! I would give them a negative if I could!!
Good place. Sales staff is knowledgeable and low pressure. Smaller inventory but Im sure they can get most anything!!
Save yourself time and money, go directly to Marshall Cook and his staff at Rocky Mountain Kawasaki, and forget the rest of the dealers. Theyre pricing is exceptionally competitive and they are part of the Costco recommended dealers and for good reason. There service and attention to the customer is better than any of the other vendors we contacted in both Colorado and Arizona. Dont waste your time with other companies, go here first and you wont need to go anywhere else. Plus the product guarantee is unmatched by anymore else. We live on the Western Slope, about six hours driving to Longmont and they are sending a technician to us to do our initial 20 hour service. Marshall Cook defines the term, customer service!!!!
Great staff. Great repair shop. Great selection of supplies for the dirt and street rider
Enormously helpful. Took my friend there to talk to parts department about a 1994 Ninja he purchased and they went out of their way to help him. I would buy and service at this Kawasaki location if I ever need a bike.
Allan wyatt is a WONDERFUL man he helped my husband find a bike he loved all the way from OK. The entire team here is just Awesome!!!
The shop seems a little disorganized, but they get me taken care of every time and for a fair price!
I Just moved to Colorado. Called Rocky Mountain Kawasaki about new tires, tune up, and a valve adjustment for a 1995 ZX9r. Not only did Jeff in service welcome me to the state, but also worked my bike into their cramped schedule. Very thorough explanations when I dropped her off. Couldnt have asked for better service. They still have the old girl, but with the quality of people I witnessed while there I know that when I get the bike back shell be top notch!! Great Cycle Shop that has won my business and the business of anyone that I know that has a bike.
Hands down the best service guys around. Always friendly staff and willing to help out. Take your bike there and you wont be sorry.
Nice people
Quality Clean business, great selection. knowledgeable Sales & Repair staff. You can feel the integrity, highly recommended...
Very friendly, knowledgeable and none aggressive staff.
I have bought 38 motorcycles from Rocky Mountain Kawasaki. I have always been treated well by everyone. Their parts department can always find those hard to find parts for me. Service does a great job and goes over every detail of what was done to the bike. If you want a great motorcycle buying experience I suggest you give RMK a visit!
Sam called me to help out with an air compressor. I was very impressed with the service area and show room. A lot of really nice motorcycles and 4X4s.
Rmk is the best. Mark in the parts department really knows his stuff. Hes been in the industry a long time. Everyone in the service department is helpful and courteous. Sam was especially helpful during my service appointment today on my sportster. I have been a long time customer since 2010 had a few different guys in service help me over the years and never felt pressured or had them suggest services I didnt need. I will be a customer as long as I live in Colorado.
This has got to be the worst place I have ever gone to! I go to service for help and some rude employee claiming to be the general manager in service is who I get to deal with. I say deal with because this was not a pleasant experience. I bought my replacement tires online and have been doing research on the best place to take my bike and there is no way in hell I will ever take a chance with this place. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the amount of disrespect I got just for comparing prices. I suggest take your money elsewhere they are rude and overpriced here!
Bought tires here, they had a fair price and a discount for the mounting, it was pretty competitive with online prices.
I always love coming into the shop whether its to look around for gear or just look Iat stuff I dont need. RMK is always helpful and the staff is always eager to help out. If there was negative, I would say it was because I got asked 100 times if I needed help with anything. But thats hardly bad thing.
Great service super helpful, got a great bike and great deal. Thanks Tim & Amy made it fast and easy.
I was given great advice on lowering my bike. Sam got me in when he said and came in under estimateMy new favorite shop!
I have been a customer of Rocky Mountain Kawasaki since 1986 when they were originally located in Boulder. I have purchased every motorcycle I have ever owned from them. And Ill never buy a motorcycle from any other shop. They are simply the best. The owner Marshall and sales manager Kyle are great to work with. And their service writer Jeff is outstanding! He is extremely knowledgeable, fair and honest. I came in wanting to get some expensive service done to my motorcycle and after checking it out he recommended I not spend the money because it wasnt necessary. He recommended an alternative course for service that was far less costly and did what I wanted done perfectly. Where do you find honesty like that anymore? Their mechanic Marv did the work on my bike and it now runs like a Swiss watch. The parts staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Even the lady who rang up my last purchase was knowlegable and showed me how to properly use some features on my new helmet I wasnt awaire of. Got to be one of the best businesses in Boulder County.
Small store but they can take the time to help you even if it means sending you to another store. Great people
Nice store. Customer service is wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable! Will go again.
Ive had a great experience with the service department. Enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Best of all, they kept me informed, every step of the way.
While the shop is tidy and well stocked, one of the guys I dealt with was a sexist, disgusting, misogynistic dirt bag. Right in front of me, he belittled women, degraded them, talked about how he couldnt get laid because girls were TOO DUMB, and continued on for several minutes. I was too shocked to say anything to him directly, which I now regret. I left shaking with anger and disgust, but did go back in and tell one of the older guys working what had happened, as the manager was unavailable. He apologized profusely, saying hed been telling the guys not to talk like that for YEARS, knowing someone would eventually overhear and be extremely upset. He was clearly upset and embarrassed by his colleagues outright disgustingness. This happened back in September of 2016, and Im still so upset that Im finally writing about it. To the management of Rocky Mountain Kawasaki, its not enough to just tell the guys to knock it off. This is a serious issue, one that requires a sit-down and RE-TRAINING of how your staff manage client services and appropriate workplace behavior. Motorcycling isnt a boys club anymore, and Im sure you know that. Men who talk like that should not be hired and should especially not be working with clients of any gender.
Good place has a nice inventory and really great customer service.
Ive bought most of my gear and farkles here, as well as both motorcycles Ive owned. Theyre great to work with: the kind of place that remembers who you are when you walk in. Their service department has also never let me down!I brought my bike in a few weeks ago to do a normal service and check on a warning light for the tire pressure sensors. I was able to bring it in on a good weather day (January/February weather here being fickle) even though it was a few days early. After the service and repair, they realized that the tire pressure sensor was covered under an extended warranty so they called me and refunded me for the repair. I hadnt thought to tell them about the warranty because I figured tire parts are just wear and tear. So they did the repair, and they did the research to find out that it was covered, and they set up everything to be refunded. Great service all around!
Service department was super fair in pricing and jumped right on my bike to knock out what I asked to be done. Great place to take your toys to get serviced.
I had purchased my first bike, a 2009 Yamaha V-star 650, from Marshall. Good dude, very informative and seems pretty well versed on getting a newbie rider on a bike. Then with a move immanent, Marshall even helped me sell the bike through consignment. Owner is great, and staff is great. I would recommend RMK to anybody and should my wife and I find ourselves back in the area, will happily return for another motorcycle or any motorsport needs.
The people there are very friendly, But the service was not so great. i called the day before to get a set of tires on my 05 Vulcan and was told to come in the next day. i got there at 9 am when they opened and let them take the bike. i returned at 12 to find it was not done yet. so i patiently waited and finally 4 hrs later it was done. but got over charged. had to call and make it right, but had no problems doing so.
Great chat and info from different staff even after it was known i wasnt in to buy a bike that day. Slammed busy season but still able to give my bike a quick inspection before a big mountain trip.
Friendly, helpful staff and great selection - fun shop to just stop by and look around!
We drive almost an hour to do business with Marshall and his guys. They understand our ATV application and go above and beyond in the service department.
Not impressed with their service. We took a Kawasaki to them over 6 weeks ago. They let it sit without repairs and didnt even start till we called and bugged them to get started. Rhwyvdont return calls. Than finely said it was ready. Drove out, takes almost an hour to get their and sat around for over an hour while they dinked around. When we finely saw the bike it had two very noticeable nicks in the new tank paint job. Than they wanted us to take it and bring it back in a week when the painter returned from vacation because it was a hassle for them to move the bike out each morning do complete other jobs. Really!!!!! They said it would take a day or two to get it fixed. Nope. Now its going to be a week. Still waiting!
Everyone is very helpful! Marshall is willing to go the extra mile to provide top notch customer service!
