The service was incredible! From the moment myself and my 3 kids (all under 5 years old) walked into the store we were met with happy staff that made us feel so welcome. While I was getting sized for my sneakers the staff played with the kids and kept them occupied while another staff member worked with me. I’ve already told many of the fellow gym members about you and plan to return!

Highly recommended. This was my first time going to this fleet feet. Previously had visited west Hartford location - which was closer to work - but since I was working from home this location was a bit closer... Gave them a shotCalled and spoke w Rebecca about a specific shoe n size. She eagerly checked the inventory and volunteered to set them aside as there were only a couple left in stock.When arriving at the store a few hours later Rebecca had left for the day and Margaret greeted me and was very helpful.Amanda then came over to me and helped for the remainder of my time. Although I had set a specific pair of shoes aside we decided to have my feet scanned since it had been a while since I last did. After some analysis and a thorough review Amanda agreed the sneaks I had been wearing, and set aside, were a logical choice but also gave me a couple other options to consider. There was no pressure, just lots of feedback on my silly questions and lots of perspectives provided by AmandaAlso - the store was a zoo. Phone were ringing off the hook. People were coming in left and right. The entire team worked together really well and did their best to keep everyone happy and address their questions in a timely fashionHIGHLY recommended. Fantastic experience thanks to Amanda, who spent more than enough time working with me, explaining the results of the gait/posture scans, suggesting shoes to try. I left satisfied that I found the absolute right shoes for me. I never write reviews but I this was the bext experience I have ever had buying anything. Cant wait to go back!

I never write reviews but feel compelled to because of how great fleet feet is. I had the greatest service Ive ever had in my life while buying something. Brandon was amazing and you could tell he truly cared about making sure I got the right shoe. I ended up trying on like 8 different pairs and their feet scanning thing is so good. Never knew how flat my feet were until the scan. I will be making all future shoe purchases from fleet feet.

I believe I worked with Diana during my appointment. She was so easy to work with. I explained my goals, the features I enjoyed in other shoes, and let her do the rest. The first pair of shoes she suggested were amazing, but she encouraged me to try on two other pairs to ensure my decision was both informed and correct. I ultimately chose the first pair from New Balance. From their, we fine-tuned the fit through use of inserts, which she tailored to my new sneakers. I am certain that the inclusion of inserts will make the new sneakers even more appropriate for my purposes. I appreciate her listening, her patience, and her expertise. I also enjoyed the convenience of schedule appointments. The online interface couldnt be easier and it was an efficient use of time. Thats a feature I hope you consider maintaining even once social distancing restrictions are reversed. All in all, it was a great first experience and I look forward to returning.

My wife needed to pick up an energy product for running, and the employees were very energetic and helpful. Once they noticed our dog in the car, they offered to let us bring her in store with us to shop. This gave us extra time to look around at other products. We ended up purchasing a new pair of sneakers. The employees are awesome, and I would highly recommend shopping with them.

Natalie was the best associate I have yet to meet there. theyre all good but Natalie beats them she got me to buy inserts she got me to try them on she insisted on getting me into a new pair of shoes since I was in there returning a pair I bought online and she just made the experience great. now if you just had more comfortable seating it would have been the greatest experience.

I love going to Fleet Feet because of the knowledgeable staff. They really show individual attention and you never feel rushed to decide on a sneaker.

I never leave reviews EVER. I was waiting outside when a lady came running over from across the street to apologize for me waiting.(I had only been waiting 30 seconds) right away I was given the option for a full fit of my feet. The extensive knowledge of running, injuries, and anatomy made my experience feel individualized and personal. They were not pushy on me buying anything at all. Jordan and the owner seemed more concerned I was finding comfort and stability in my choice or shoes as well as insoles. I already recommended it to a person before the end of the day. Can’t wait to go back!

Went into Fleet Feet to replace my running sneakers after 3 years because I was developing discomfort and numbing in my feet. I did not book an appointment in advance, but they were able to see me within 30 minutes of arriving. Took great care of me, let me take my time, and were very knowledgeable when recommending shoes for my specific foot type. Absolutely great experience!

I tell the salesperson that I know exactly what I want, expecting to pay a little more for shoes in a store.1. So this is the most popular shoe for stability and over pronation of the foot...and they dont carry the shoes in this store.Furthermore....2. I asked if they could order them for me, but they determined they did not have them in ny size or width...in stockHowever I know for a fact....that they do have them online...I actually had them in my cart before I drove to the store.I thought that if they had them online, then they would have them in the store....so I could just get them today, not wait for shipping and start running tomorrow.Frustrating experience, and lack of any real help in store.15 mins later I went to fast feet in west Springfield, and was in the store for less than two minutes before I got what I wanted and left.

The woman who helped me was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She was really wonderful and she made the sale. It was also a bonus that the sneaker I liked was on sale. I had never been in a Fleet Feet store before this visit, its less than a mile from my house, but now I know where Ill go when my son and I need more sneakers. Im a very satisfied customer!!

Me and my sisters were very disrespected at this store. We were walking by the store and a worker there assumed we were friends and thought weren’t practicing social distancing.The worker then proceeded to rudely say to us “6 feet in public girls it’s the law” We don’t look similar because one of our sisters was adopted. We are repeat customers. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone in our home has purchased sneakers from them and have been very happy with the product. They measure your feet and make sure you are wearing the proper type of shoe for your feet.

Fleet feet is great when i got there they told me to step on this machine and when i got off they showed me a 3d model of my feet and I was amazed. I saw things things that i never thought I would see. The workers were really nice and tommorow Im wearing my new shoes for a 5k race and Im glad to say fleet feet away get it

Just got back from being fitted for some new sneakers. My orthopedic surgeon recomend ed Fleet Feet. She was right. Mark was great. He greeted us and shared a wealth of knowledge about what was the right solution for my particular situation. He didnt just sell me a pair of shoes. He spent the time and showed me some beneficial changes I could make that would make my feet much happier. Yes I spent a fair amount of $$$ but walked away perfectly happy with having done so. Great place that will definitely get more of my business.

As a clydesdale it is hard getting a good fitting. The fitting process here was excellent. They took the time to understand my gait and properly try lots of shoes. Ive been other places they look at you and autopilot to the motion control or ultra stability shoe. Not here. They understand every foot is different and put me in a shoe that addressed my needs.

Alex was very helpful in narrowing my shoe choices. I had had a shoe I liked, and wanted to check out the updated version of that as well as a couple of other shoes (to compare). Alex gave me a few options, was clear about their differences, and even held the shoe I wanted for me when I was on my way back to get it later that day.

Been getting my running shoes since they opened in Longmeadow. I love the personal service on making sure I get into the correct shoe. As I getting older it has been helpful with knee issues. Ive got my whole family going now.

Amazing staff and mentors, they all are very positive and knowledgeable. Their commitment to any level runner is so encouraging. I’ve learned so much in such a short time, I think I might be able to finally achieve that 5k, I’ve been attempting now for 3 plus years but havent been able to on my own. Now that I have the correct sneakers for my type of feet and tweaking the way I run, I feel I have better endurance, allowing me to go further without having to slow down “just” walk intermittently.
