Can’t say enough good things about this place! Victor is very knowledgeable, and prompt. During the pandemic, it has been hard to find a Jacuzzi available for immediately delivery. Victor let me know all of my options and was extremely helpful and responsive. In this day where service has gone down the drain in a lot of establishments, I am happy to spend my money at businesses such as this.

During the height of the pandemic, it felt like all of our purchases we had to do online. The idea of buying a spa without seeing it, was not in the cards for us. So my wife and our toddler ventured out to several spa showrooms. While we live in LA, Cal Spas seemed to have the best showroom, so we headed down to LBC. Raul greeted us and didn’t feel like a car salesman. He asked a lot of questions and led us to some outstanding spas. We found one that we really liked and he wrote a quote and we went on our way to think about it. We took our time and he was patient. Once we pulled the trigger, he stuck with us throughout the process of delivery and getting the spa set up—which to us—showed his professionalism.

I was helped by Kyle Q. He was very helpful. He showed me many options. I have a deliberative selection process which could be called wishy-washy. Kyle’s patient manner impressed me. I’ve been to several other showrooms in the past few days with less than stellar results. One person didn’t even come out from behind the counter. At another place I was quoted a “sales” price that I know wasn’t, and only when I questioned it did they come up with a lower price. California Home Spas and Patio got my business because of the obviously storewide customer service and honesty.

Went in today to look at hot tubs and swim spas. Ian was an excellent help and answered all of our many questions. He was not pushy and spent a lot of time with us reviewing many options they have on the showroom floor. Our kids had a lot of fun browsing as well, and said they would also give Ian 5 stars! Garbage post-sales service. Spent over $20k on outdoor grill and spa and their delivery and installation process consisted of them dropping off the parts and leaving. BBQ grill end up being installed incorrectly and caused a propane leak which almost injured me. Calls for service go unanswered. If you get a deal on something cool, but dont expect to hear from them once they have your money.

Kyle Quinn made our experience at California Home Spas amazing.In early August we began shopping for a hot tub. Our hot tub shopping began with Kyle. Kyle gave us several options and various price ranges. He was very knowledgeable, honest, answered all our questions BUT let us know that due stay-cations and new social distancing guidelines it was taking the manufacturers 4 to 6 months to make and deliver hot tubs.Like ALL hot tub newbies, we wanted to find that special deal and wanted our hot tub delivered within a week or two. We shopped all over. Some companies sold hot tubs made from unheard of companies with no promise of repair parts. Some companies said that they had no idea when they would be able to deliver, BUT would be HAPPY to take our order. Some companies were displaying hot tubs that were 3 years old, out of production, and of course we could get the NEW 2020 model like the one in the picture. Some companies would price match BUT in actuality after studying their hot tubs, I found that the motors were undersized, the tub material & finish - cabinets - piping were of lower quality, and the controls were reportedly problematic and etc.Our shopping experience was was a strong reminder that You get what you pay for.(now that were smart shoppers AND we know all the hot tub lingo) We returned to Kyle, we had more questions - he answered them all, and again showed us all of the hot tubs. We picked out hot tub, placed our order, and were informed that we should receive our hot tub in early December. BTW in early November, Kyle called us and offered us the same hot tub in a different color, but we declined. We wanted to wait for our hot tub in the color we ordered. WE ARE SO HAPPY WE WAITED. All is well, our hot tub was delivered last Wednesday, connected, and started up. We love it!
