My garage door got caught coming down on a Jeep truck. Needless to say it crunched the top panel of my garage door and the door wouldn’t close completely. I called Chief Garage Door Repair at 7pm on a Saturday and got a voicemail. I hung up and was ready to call another company when dispatch called me right back. She put me in touch with David who reassured me he would have someone out first thing the next morning which was Sunday. Sunday morning Sean showed up and assured me that he could fix it and make it look like there was no damage to begin with. Sean was kind and courteous and very professional. He kept reassuring me that he would fix it but there may be just a little dent that he wouldn’t be able to fix. He fixed the bar, the spring and the cables. He was able to make it so there is very minimal damage still showing and saved me from having to get a new top panel!! I can not be more pleased and satisfied with the repair work!!
