Customer Service is always great friendly and welcoming! I usually find everything Im looking for they have a large variety everything from automotive basics to buy supplies beverages snacks holiday decorations towels laundry needs etc I mean theyre just selection is impressive

This place is a little bit of everything for your everyday needs especially when youre on a tight budget lets be honest dollar stores no matter what you have to pick and choose what you get for the most part for the price the items are even better than what you usually pay for the employees really nice I like being a regular at the discount mart.

I recently moved and since moving Ive had to find new stores that are near my place that way I do not have to drive in fear of not finding a decent parking spot on my return from whichever store Ive had to go to.. PARKING in LB is horrific so finding places that are walkable is a number #1 priority FOR SURE.. Which brings me to this store in particular..And..Im totally happy that this store is within walking distance to my home because it has a ton of things.. The everyday important things that I may need on a whim, this store has it, even to the random misc items I may need, this store seems to have most.. Im really happy with both the merchandise as well as the awesome customer service Ive received EACH TIME IVE DONE SHOPPING THERE.. They are always friendly and extremely helpful which makes the experience that much more pleasant.I DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TOO ANYONE WHO MAY NEED PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING.. Their selection is pretty vast so Im pretty confident in saying they should have what ever it is that u may be looking for... Just ask they will be very helpful and friendly.. I had very scary experience in this store.first the cashier by mistake overcharge me more than $11.then corrected his mistake .by that time I had a person interfere following my conversation with the cashier, he didn’t stop at that, was very rude and disrespectful. when I exit the store with my little child he approach me with the knife,I try not to scare my son calmly and reach to my phone to call the cops, but sadly he desappear .very scary place to be with family...

This is one of those stores I really enjoy going to. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. Its a good size store. The have very good prices all Discount prices.They have some of EVERYTHING in this place. On my second visit I must have spent over an hour walking the isles and trying to take in everything. Some food, Soda, Candy, Ice Cream, and then everything from jewelry to Rat poison. Too many things to list. Its not just a bunch of junk. They also try to put a price on everything.

It is a friendly and convenient store. The owners treat me great and make me feel important to them as a customer. I will continue to go there. Still shopping at Long Beach Discount still satisfied and I still recommend to anyone Children to Adults😁

I live 2 min by bike. I just went in to buy some water. Their water filtration system machine itself looks new. It is clean and fresh without dust and cracks. Its definitely not like the water dispensers you see outside of stores that honestly scare me, this one is indoors. It has several stages of filtration before it gets to your 1 to 5 gallon ok im still backing my post about the water. Its just five there is nothing about that water I do not like. Ive been filling up there since covid began and home depot jag no water until lately.But I was in there yesterday to see if they had pllumbers tape. They do. I was not surprised but. That store is so organized. Ever shelf is jammed packed with so so much more than theyve ever had before.I think its admirable to push your limits. Ive been living on off Cherry and 4th for 2 yrs Ive stopping in now and again for a typical 99 or dollars store item. But that day I went for the plumbers tape I was blown array my next stop was going to be ace who like would charge 10 times for an item I barely needed but had to buy for whatever.I left with a bucket full. If to have not been in in. While go on now. Anyhow just saying ..I think its important to review small shops in our neighborhood. Supporting each other wil go a long way. Anyhow the folks that run it are super nice.If your heading any direction to go buy a supply you could likely get the you should give it try .

This place is a close walk for me. If they were friendly i would go more often. Its a great place to get reverse osmosis water for 25 cents a gallon.

This place is awesome. They have everything you need without a bunch of junk taking up space. Also if you cant find something your looking for and your a regular you can suggest getting it and they will get it.

I could not believe what Im standing in line with the checkout I looked over at the glass cabinets and there was fireworks like sparklers and I cant. The all fireworks are illegal in Long Beach what the heck how do they get away with it

Used to go a lot until they started selling those little live fish. Those poor things look like they wish they were dead. Cant stand animal abuse, never going back.

Do Not Buy anything from here and expect a refund or a trade for defective merchandise.

The store itself is large and with great assortment, always tidy and good price service and customer service, they are always with seasonal products, the only thing if some dairy products are outdated and that bothers, but everything else is Well in my opinion.
