The store was really messy but they had like only 2 employees... Otherwise decent deals..Cashier asking people if they wanna job... She was doung the best she could.Never know what kind of deals you will find...

Prices are like the name - dirt cheap. Only drawback is that the clothes racks are not arranged according to type, style or sizes. Clothes are packed onto the racks. Also, the appliance and miscellaneous aisles are in disarray. Otherwise it can be an interesting and rewarding shopping experience.

It is a decent Dirt Cheap. However, it is on the smaller side. The ones in Waveland and Gulfport are much larger. Ive much better luck finding things in those stores. I love to browse the electronic sections in particular and this one is pretty minimal.

I bought a mystery buggy for $10. I was very pleased with the contents. 3 Beautiful curtain rods, a shower rod and sorta queen size air mattress, a mop and several other items . The serta air mattress alone was so worth the money.

I think 🤔 this place is addictive lol 😂 I find fantastic buys up to 95% off the prices it sold for at many larger known giant retailers, and majority of times the manufacturers stand behind their products if anything is wrong or missing. In addition I’ve purchased many many items or carts 🛒 from here very cheaply too be able too donate socks 🧦 before to Homeless as well as school supplies I’ve bought in bulk and donated. And employees have always been friendly and helpful. Erin has friendly welcoming personality to customers. As well as the other employees I’ve interacted with there.

Went into the store about 2 Saturday’s ago. I’d asked one of the workers where would dog items be. He in turn asked his manager Sam. Without even looking, he says, “somewhere in the back...as he lifts his hand to in essence brush my mom and I off. I asked him to confirm that he was indeed the manager and he said yes. I in turn asked him, “is that the way you act when a customer is asking a question?” He replies that there’s no way they can know where everything is in the store. While I understand that, his attitude was disgraceful and left more to desired. His uniform wasn’t neat and he looked just the way he acted...he didn’t care and was there to do as little as possible to still collect a check. I ended up walking out the store, but could still here him yelling across the store after the doors closed behind me. I’ll never come to this store again. I went out of my way to come to this store and it was a waste of time. Thank goodness Tuesday Morning was right next door. This Dirt Cheap’s manager Sam could use some customer service training from Tuesday Morning. Or better yet, he should be fired.

I visited today with 3 children. A 6, 4, and 2 year old. Although they behaved very well and were all in the cart the entire time, I was given dirty looks by employees the entire time I was in the store. I bought a desk and a very heavy bookshelf, combined were well over 200lbs. I struggled for 20+ minutes trying to get them to the front of the store and push a buggy full of children, and the employees just watched me. I was rung up by a rude cashier, who, again, watched me struggle and didn’t help to assist or ask for anyone to assist me. An elderly man offered to help me open and get out the door, but the employees didn’t. There is something majorly wrong with that situation. It took me 30 minutes to wrestle it in my car because the boxes were so heavy I almost couldn’t do it on my own. I am so angry and upset by this bad experience. I spent tons of money inside the store and the savings I received are not enough for me to go back to this location. Those employees need to be reprimanded for their lack of assistance and rude mannerisms.

Surprisingly good and Im so happy its in Long Beach now. I haven gotten some really good deals here like on good candles, high dollar comforters ($79, paid $29). What a deal! I was so lucky and went back for more of both!

I love this store. You never know what they are going to have it changes egg very month and the prices go down weekly. Its a hit and miss someones. But its a fun place to go if you dont mind digging someones.

This store is a rip-off and people think they are getting a bargain. Most of the items are marked up so you are paying regular retail. Example: Angel Soft Toilet Tissue...in the store a 36 roll pack sells for 12.50 to 13.00 and they have it marked 16.49 with 30 percent off.

I love this store

This one isnt as organized as some of the others but its not bad. The air conditioning has been broken for some time and it feels like a sauna today. The signs dont get changed as often like some of the bigger dirt cheap stores. Overall if the air was cool I would enjoy it more.

I use to like visiting Long Beach Dirt Cheap, but lately the workers have an attitude. They talk very rudely and will talk about other shoppers in front of you. My last three visits have been the same and Im willing to travel further if it means I dont have to deal with rude employees. We all have to deal with difficult customers at some point in our lives, but it doesnt mean that an employee should verbalize it to other customers regardless of what happened.

Found some stuff for my new apartment at great prices

It all depends on what youre looking for. If youre looking for Neiman Marcus or Bloomingdales to get an ego massage while shopping, Dirt Cheap is NOT your store. If youre looking for some really incredible bargains on all sorts of stuff with a big CAVEAT EMPTOR attached, you might really like Dirt Cheap. The caveat is that Dirt Cheap is a salvage outlet and anything you buy here CANT BE RETURNED. Much of the stuff in this store has already been returned to some retailer for some reason. Some of the clothing has stains, tears, marks or may be mis-sized. They invite customers to take stuff out of the box, plug it in, test it, try it on, turn it inside out, and they provide fitting rooms, power outlets and some sizes of batteries for testing. But keep in mind, once you pay for it, its yours. Sometimes you can find some of the same items at the same price at the companys Treasure Hunt stores where you get a limited return policy. They give an extra 10% off to military on Mondays and to seniors on Tuesdays. They dont spend a lot of money on making the story pretty. Youre there for bargains, not an ego boost.

Make sure you take your iphone to check retail prices. I recently looked at a new cabinet that came from Target. It was marked up 10% of Targets current price which was $99.99. Dirt cheap had it marked up to $109.00, then offered at 40% off. So the sale is really only 30% off. Most products are not as Dirt Cheap as advertised. Be a wise shopper and check prices on your iphones first.Then be aware, that all Dirt Cheap stores are not priced the same way. One store may be more expensive than the others. Then others may be cheaper at Hudsons. It is a very confusing and frustrating way to shop with a no return policy. If you go to more than one Dirt Cheap store in one day you may find out that you paid more at a store and now cannot take it back.
