Went in last night 9/18/21 around 8pm the guy who rang me up was the nicest person didnt get his name but very helpful!!! In the other hand the lady fixing up the store or putting things up seemed to be annoyed when i asked if they sold scrapbooking supplies in the past I had purchase so much stuff from other big lots stores. But thanks to the guy who went an extra mile to show me the different thermo bowls they get a 5 stars

I love this place!! Its my favorite time of year, Halloween. I buy an animatronic every year. The staff is very friendly.

A wonderland of discounts! Everyone wears masks and theres hand sanitizer and wipes at the front. Store is clean and has a great selection.

Havent been to big lots in years. Just decided to pop in and pop out. Ended up bathroom rugs, shower curtains and a rug for my bedroom. Very tasteful and chic plus I did not break the bank. And yes everyone adhered to covid-19. I will be back yeah big lots.

I love this little Big Lots! Big Lots stores in California are really different than those in Colorado. They have great selection at this Long Beach location, staff is helpful and friendly also. Everything you could possibly need in one place with mostly excellent pricing! Parking is kind of a bummer, but youll be glad you paid a visit.

Cant beat shopping at Big Lots. Really like getting my ziplock bags, cookies, and powder juice drinks. And their furniture aint bad either. Also their electronics & movies are a must. Love shopping during Christmas break.

Great place

Considering it looks and feels like a Zombie Apocalypse movie out here. I got lucky and 2 call in right when they got a shipment of toilet paper and paper towels! Which believe me lasted all of about 2 seconds. The workers here kept it in order, kept the peace and were really friendly and nice. And they kept everybody informed every step of the way it was cool. Two gloved thumbs way up for Big Lots!! 😁

Surprising selection in a pinch. Dont expect name brand everything, especially with electronics or some of the toys. But great source for some savings on seasonal, cleaning, and even small housewares.Not always super organized, but better than some Big Lots Ive been to.

Good bargains most of the time. Seasonal decorations and decor are always available early. Close to the holiday they tend to sell out.

Decent selection and well kept store. I get my yellow rice from here. You have to really watch the dates on product with Big Lots. The shelf rotation and general merchandising could be a little better.Parking lot is large, next to a Target and a Trader Joes.

Friendly folks and a good place to buy some snacks or candy. Sometimes certain snacks are that are about to expire in a month or so are on sale down to like ¢25! I got some cookies and orange juice for ¢50 today. So if you go often enough you might find good deals like those.

Basic box store shopping. Good low prices on some household basics but never sure what you might get. They dont always have a solid inventory. But fairly friendly staff

Love this place. Perfect for bachelors like myself and moms as well. Staff is helpfu,l friendly, and knowledgeable. Always new stock arriving, and availability changes. So if you really like something, get it now. The next shipment may be different, or manufacturers may never offer it again.

I have to admit that I used to shop at Big Lot quite a bit years ago because their prices used to be quite reasonable. But I hardly go into that store any more because I now think that their prices are not as reasonable as they used to be. On the contrary, I dont think they are reasonable at all.And when I do go shopping, I really need to get the best bank for my buck. So there isnt a whole lot more I can say about that store either. Plus, my motto is, if you cant say anything good about something or someone, dont say anything at all. So I wont say any more.

Always a pleasure to visit this store. Lots of Xmas decorations and lights for an affordable price. You will always enjoy going here and finding things you may need at reasonable prices.

Low priced household good and food. Staff is always hit or miss. The men being way more helpful and friendly than the women. My biggest complaint however is they NEVER have enough check out clerks and the line is always a 15+ minutes wait. And the last time I purchased a couple items the women took a personal phone call in the middle of our transaction and made no effort get off the phone or help me.

Bigs lots can be a fun shopping experience if you dont mind going aisle to aisle. It can be hit or miss if looking for an item you purchased before. You never know if you can get a same item the next month or not. Its a great place to get cleaning supplies, outdoor items such as furniture and lawn decor. The school/stationary isnt bad but its not extensive like staples. Health and beauty usually has many items to choose from too. Their per section was one of the best with pricing on treats but they have since increased the prices and are close to competitors now. No longer best deal in town🤐😯

I was in this place a few days ago and I must say the customer service is awesome. Their staff is constantly networking. One guy that was sweeping put his broom down helped another cashier to get the line-out the door and then went back to his sweeping, nice young man.Another man there I think his name was Anthony, went out and got me a cart after noticing that my hands was full. As we all do. I only went in the store for one item, coconut oil.This store has some really good prices, on many items that I have seen in other places.I will be returning back to the store for the customer service and for the pricing.

Big Lots used to have more deals. Prices today are similar to other stores. There recognizable brands are good, but too many brands that are unfamiliar. And like like all discount stores, some items once theyre gone, theyre gone, such as the delicious Inka Corn.

This is the closest store to me. I like it and the employees are nice. It doesnt have a lot of furniture selection like the one in Lakewood. If youre going to look for furniture go to Lakewood. Its a shopping center so theres plenty of parking and a restroom in Big Lots that they let you use.

This place is great and I have been to many big lots and this one has the cleanest restrooms of all the Big lots I have been too. The staff are friendly and very approachable.

I have always liked Big Lots but not usually a fan of their customer service. But I have officially changed my mind. The last two times I have been in, I have been very impressed especially with The Store Team Leader Ryan, who I am assuming is the Store Manager. A week ago, I had a complicated return and he was walking by and took over to make it easier for me and his his cashier. I really appreciated it because I was already dreading being hassled. He was pleasant and even helped me with other stuff in his store. He seems like an introvert but he was super proffessional and comes off very genuine.Additionally his in stock conditions were empressive since I came in the day after black Friday. Store was fully stocked, neat and organized.Today I went in again and store was busy, Ryan again was on the salesfloor helping customers and engaging his associates. Nice to see such attention to the customer experience! Thank you. Please recognize Ryan and his team. They are definitely winning the holidays!
