Service isnt great but the food is good and the portions are huge. The pastrami chili fries are bomb. The zucchini is great for like a party appetizer and it comes in a big ol clamshell. I would stop by here on the way to a party or a potluck and grab some big trays for everyone to pick at. If youre in long Beach, this is a good spot.
Im on a low carb eating program and I was offered my burger in either a lettuce wrap or bowl.I got the lettuce wrap Colossal Burger and it was delicious!

Patty melt and fries taste great! But not much else…… they never answer the phone. If they possibly mess up your order they argue with you about it. They Do not accept ebt! And the wait is exceptionally long

Phone is always off the hook ( have seen it off the hook) I guess they dont want to be bothered in answering the phone. Today I called 11 times and phone was busy, I get here and walked in and guess what? The phone is off the hook.some of the girls are not friendly at all.

Prices are not as advertised! Stake sandwich was in discount as $10.99 on their whiteboard but they charged total $14.32 with taxes. I don’t know when the taxes increased LoL. When I asked why the price is more than they advertised, they blamed the system by pointing the cashier machine. Also the receipt doesn’t show the tax amount or the food’s name etc. This is my fist and last time here LoL, total rip off and the really didn’t care when I told them that they charged more.

Good place small drive thru lol. Can get busy real fast but hey you cant rush food cooked to order. My first time and Im bummed I forgot to ask for salsa but typically with a burrito 🌯they throw them in. Other than that I got a ham breakfast burrito and it was delicious! Will be coming back for sure😋

The meal was very tasty, correct temp,served in a timely fashion. I can not comment on the inside dining experience, due to covid-19 drive up only service. I could see the cook,cashier etc, were following all current health,cleanliness guidelines. Parking is available. Upon leaving staff did thank me for coming as well as have a safe day ! Very pleasant experience.

My favorite and only thing I ever order from here is the Grilled Chicken Salad. It not some thrown together salad with iceberg lettuce as a filler that i have experienced at other fast food places.. Its made using good quality mixed greens that are always fresh. A nice piece of grilled chicken that is sliced. Served with buttered grilled pita bread on the side. It is enough for 2 separate meals as long as u dont add the dressing to the entire salad, it will stay crisp enough to have for lunch and the rest for dinner.

We stopped by out of necessity, and while the Necessities were taken care of, we ordered some fried zucchini sticks. They were delicious, and stayed hot even past the 20-minute Mark while traveling on the 91 freeway. A great place to stop by in Long Beach.

First experience was great, owner was in and he was awesome. Second experience not so much. We came in at 10:20 pm into the lobby and we were told we have to get our food to go (order finalized at 10:25 pm). I understand the policy of not wanting people to eat in the lobby but you didnt close for 40 minutes and the doors were open when we first came in?Feed back: You could of allowed us to stay and just locked the doors. We would of been done before you guys closed. At least this is the policy of any other food place Ive ever eaten that had open doors. Maybe the employees here were not having a good night?Instead we ended up having to eat our food a bit less comfortably in our car. My cars going to smell in the morning as well, which is why we picked a sit down burger restaurant in the first place. Honestly, I wouldnt of come had I known on the site this would of been the case. Just some honest feedback.Update: I got to the parking lot and they closed the lights off at 10:38 pm. Took some pictures for proof. Not cool for people driving here to get food because online it says youre open until 11 pm.Owner may want to know employees are doing this.
My family has been coming to this restaurant since before I was even born! This place is a family favorite! Yes sometimes it does take a while for the food to get ready but this isnt supposed to be like McDonalds with their frozen burgers. They take the time to make the food fresh and ready as ordered so that youll have a hot meal everytime. They havent gotten any of our orders wrong with the single exception of having onions in my sisters burger a few times. Over all I love this place and plan to show it to my family as it continues to expand.

The Best Food In Long Beach!
I ordered a pastrami on rye and it was terrible; the pastrami was hard & tough, it looked like pieces of ham or bacon, the taste was extremely salty and it was a waste of money . This place is horrible, I would never come back . I didnt bother to complain, when a restaurant is this bad you just take a loss on whatever you orderes and you never return

I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes at the menu where you order. I kept asking if anybody was there and saying hello? With no response. I left and noticed the person running the drive thru still had her headset on and everything and there were no customers in the restaurant itself. Whats with that?

Ive been a customer at this particular restaurant for years. I will tell you truthfully that since this burger joint was taken over it has gone straight down the toilet. The food is garbage the customer service lack practically no existent, Im always passing by and its always filthy I am hoping the owner either changes his style of running this place cleans it up, treat all people fairly and with decency, and make a higher quality of food for the price we here in north long beach or sell to someone who will care.
